This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I reserved and paid for a Ferrari 488 Spider 10 days in advance, but when I picked up the vehicle and only after I pulled off and called the sales man back with a question was I told that I was not given the vehicle I reserved and paid for. I went back to the location and demanded a refund but was told they don’t give refunds and the car that I paid for was not available? I was also told that no one of a higher authority was available for me to speak with. How can you tell me no refund when you’re unable to provide the service that I paid for? Must be a joke right? Complete rip-off, and to top it off the car they gave me was a complete wreck. Several buttons were missing, the roof of the car was torn down, the seats were ripped, and most importantly every warning light you could think of was on. One warning actually said to take the car the dealership immediately! I paid this company over two thousand dollars and they gave me whatever car they could find. The entire situation was a complete disaster and completely ruined the event that I reserved the vehicle for. I’ve never dealt with a company so inconsiderate and unprofessional. And, I haven’t been able to speak with anyone but the person who booked the reservation? Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DS LUXURY‼️ In response to the response below, of course I was not satisfied with the Ferrari 458 Italia (not a spider) that’s not the car I reserved and paid for. Your small partial refund was not sent to me prior to this review. You also charged my card another $300 before you sent me the email referencing the refund with no indication as to why? Also, your representative did give several excuses as to why the warning lights and check engine light were on and that he’d have the car picked up if I had any issues. He also told me the car was a 2017, which would still be fairly new to me and should not have wear and tear as such, I believe the car was around 2011, it’s the exact same model. My 2012 is in much better shape than this car and it’s driven daily. That was a lie along with the one he initially told me about the car that I booked and paid for Being unavailable until October 2020, so he gave me a different one to accommodate my reservation? That makes absolutely no sense at all! I returned to the location to leave the car and get a refund but your representative told me that was not an option and that there was no one else I could speak with so I had no other choice but to leave with the vehicle. I also paid for extra miles that I did not use and should have been refunded for because I drove the car to a location and parked it until it was time to return it the next day. I didn’t even use the 100 miles you provided. I’m not sure why the car I paid for was not available, whatever the issue was should have been communicated to me instead of me having to find out. What I do know is that it’s never ok to charge a customer for a service that you can not provide while enforcing this no refund policy for your mishaps, while failing to inform the customer of the issue in the first place. You caused a total inconvenience to me on a very important day that only comes once in a lifetime that I can never get back, then tell me you can give a small partial refund for the trouble and say you apologize? That is not ok, it’s terrible business practices.

UPDATE....UPDATE....UPDATE So, I've changed my review because I received a call from Mr. Micky. He has accommodated me in every way possible. He went over and beyond to do so. For this reason I have entirely deleted my previous review instead of just updating it. Micky was a complete joy to speak too. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, kind as well as humble. He came off to me as very serious about business and concerned about the operation and name that his company carry. Which is very critical in today's business world. That's if you want to be successful. If anyone read my previous review please disregard it because I can honestly say that I misjudged DS Luxury due to the mistakes of others. I honestly believe had he (Micky) known of my mishap he would have corrected it as soon as he heard of it. Just as he did. The Bentley they sent was very nice and if it wasn't for the mistakes of his staff I would've given them a five. WOULD I RENT FROM DS LUXURY AGAIN? YES WOULD I RECOMMEND DS LUXURY TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS? YES WAS MY ISSUE RESOLVED? YES WAS IT RESOLVED IN A TIMELY MANNER? I wish I could only give this company zero stars. The worst experience I have had dealing with a professional business on any level. This company completely ruined my daughters prom. I booked and paid for the car in February for my daughters prom in June and confirmed with the company the day before as well as the day of the event only for the car which was extremely raggedy, to show up a hour and half late. I called the company for a hour straight, my calls were answered initially and I was told the driver would call me back only to get me off the phone and ALL of my calls to go unanswered. The driver showed up at 8pm for a 6:30 pick up and stated he had another job before mine and apologized. The car was extremely raggedy, missing the center caps, scratches and several dents on it not to mention it was very old and out of gas according to the driver. I emailed the owner the next day to request my refund and of course my emails went unanswered with no additional communication from them. I'm so disappointed in this company as I did EVERYTHING required to insure my daughters day would be flawless.

Another amazing rental experience with DS Luxury. Writing this review a bit late, but I was lucky enough to rent the new Huracan Evo they had just acquired back on May 13th. The level of customer service that Francisco and the team brings is nothing short of amazing. Just like renting the Urus back in February, the process was smooth and easy. I even got to go to the gas station with Francisco to fill up the car before it was given to me for the day. With a little over 1,000 miles on the dash, the car was practically brand new....and let me say, the SPEC of this car is absolutely fantastic. Pictures do not do it justice...DS really knocked it out of the park with this one. The exhuast notes, the backfires on the downshift...all on a STOCK car...I can't say enough about renting with DS. They service a lot of clients but they still take the time to make sure you are taken care of in the best way possible. Huge shoutout again to Francisco for being amazing to deal with every single time. He truly cares about giving you a great experience from start to finish. I will be back to rent again very soon!

I booked a car for my daughter’s prom 3 months in advance and paid for it. This place contacted 2 days before the prom to notify me that they would not have the car. They offered another car that was not in the color scheme of the prom. I took the car because I really didn’t have any other options on the day I picked up the car we inspected the car and found all four tires were bald the car was dirty and empty(no gas) . Then to top it off I drove the car home to get ready for the prom send off got out of the car and the WINDSHIELD CRACKED!!!!! Someone had taken the car and got the windshield repaired with the sealant. I called them not even an hour after picking the car up and all they offered me was to not charge me out of my deposit. This place is HORRIBLE and I would not recommend it especially for any important events. If I could I would give it negative stars. don’t do it

Great experience renting with DS Luxury this past weekend! I was looking to do something special for my two year anniversary with my fiancé..called and spoke to Francisco. We setup a date for me to come in and put down payment on the black Urus they have. Great collection of cars on display in their hanger! The day I came to pickup the rental I dealt with Peter who was great. The Urus was fantastic, practically brand new with less than 3K miles on the dash... no damages, no weird smells...the perfect ride. The car was a head turner fersure and the upgraded stock rims on the car are my favorite looking option for the Urus. I got my security deposit back right away after a inspection when returning the car....and that was it! The car was a huge plus to an already amazing day. I will be renting from them again very soon! Very satisfied with my experience.

I have used DS Luxury on multiple occasions in Fort Lauderdale & Chicago..... TBH, the level of service (feels like white glove service) I have received on every occasion has caused me to consider becoming a member. I usually get the Rolls Royce Ghost or Wraith (which I love) but I've experienced a few of the exotic cars DS had available (Ferrari SF90 & Lamborghini Huracan) and every vehicle has been in "like new" condition, which is impressive as this isn't necessarily common with other companies. Conclusively, in my experience, everything with DS Luxury has been top on the line (cars, service, etc.). I will definitely keep getting cars from this company..... Possibly, becoming a member in the future.

Just returned their blacked out Chicago G63 (highly recommend) and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Valentine was my contact from the very beginning and as a car guy it was a pleasure to work with someone who has a passion and knowledge for cars and the fleet he manages. He even took the time to show me around and talk about everything else they had available. The car was clean and ready to go on my arrival with a thorough walk through of how to work everything inside and the return process was quick with the security deposit being released immediately after inspection. I recently rented a Rolls Royce while in Chicago celebrating my Anniversary . I never imagined that would ever be possible , so it was Awesome !! My sales person Jonah not only delivered the car to my Hotel but made me feel very comfortable with the process . He spent time explaining everything from how to start the car to all the details of the contract. The car is obviously EXPENSIVE , but I felt more comfortable that he clarified any liability issues as opposed to hinding them in case something would happen. He and the company were very professional and maybe next year I’ll rent one of the others . Than You

Never had better service with a car rental. Prompt and friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and worked with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted. They explained the entire rental process and allowed me to ask all my questions until I was confident I understood the terms of the rental. These are expensive vehicles, so I didn't want to take any chances. They spent extra time with me, even going so far as to communicate with me outside of business hours. I visited the facility three times and each time it was busier than the last, but that had no effect on their performance.

Francisco helped make my fiancé’s birthday perfect by surprising him with a Rolls Royce. He went above and beyond to make for a perfect birthday experience and weekend. He was available by text or phone which made coordinating details even easier. We had our 4 month old with us and he made sure the car would be accessible for a bucket car seat. This place is terrible there nice in the beginning then when it's time to pick up the car they hit you with $10000 deposits give you the vehicle with no gas in it unprofessional I had to wait a extra hour because the porter took the car home that night I walked in it smelled like marijuana was very filthy I told jonah and he said I'm guna give you a full tank of gas and never did at the end of the day I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I looked at the website to possibly rent a Bentley for an upcoming event. What I found was an array of high end luxury vehicles and exotics. When I looked at the pricing for rentals I thought it was very reasonable when you take in to account the cost of the vehicle, the insurance on the vehicle and the maintenance. I think it's a bargain to rent one for a few days without the cost of ownership.

Just rented a bmw i8 for four days and customer service (Francisco) was amazing from before I even landed in Chicago all the way to drop off at ohare airport, the bmw i8 was spotless when I picked it up and the car was definitely a neck breaker driving around (esp opening doors) I come to Chicago yearly and will definitely rent out another car from DS luxury next time I’m in town!

DSL had the best customer service and it was very easy to work with them. I was lined up with their bentayga for my first 24 hour rental and it was the greatest SUV I have ever driven. Booking with DS Luxury was so easy. I submitted an inquiry through their website thinking it may take some time to hear back. To my surprise, they reached out immediately. They were all so very kind and patient, walking me through the entire process. My security deposit was released within hours of our son's prom trip ending, which is a very nice plus.

This was the worst luxury car service ever. The chauffeur was the exception, however, costumer service was terrible. Security deposit received. However, a change in vehicle without any warning is unacceptable. All I got was excuses. I advise anyone to use other service providers. They are more expensive but the services were far better.

One of the things I appreciate about DS Luxury is how fast they are at releasing the deposit. In the past, i've rented from other companies where it can take a week if not longer to get your money back. With DS Luxury, my security deposit was released the same day. It's just one more way they prioritize their customers' satistaction.

Do not rent from this company. Due to the pandemic all prime were cancelled and they are refusing to offer refunds even in a crisis situation. They have no consideration for the crisis at hand. For my prom my parents rented me a Bentley. But when they showed up to my house,they ended up bringing a Porsche.
