I experienced excellent customer service from friendly and helpful staff. The car counter is in a good pick up location at the transportation building. It was a clean car with low mileage (less than 1800) and it made using National the best choice, especially being a member, where I can pick my own vehicle in the garage .

It’s not always easy to rent a car for a one way trip, the biggest issue is vehicle availability. However, more often than not National comes through for me. The Emerald Aisle program makes the process quick and convenient, it’s a great program especially at major airports. I have nothing but high praise for National!

I am an Emerald Card member so it is easy to choose a car and be on my way. Everyone at the facility was great both when picking up and dropping off the car. It had a full tank of gas (I so appreciated not having to pick up a car only to stop at a gas station to fill the tank). I used National at O'Hare in Chicago.
