I am impressed with selection and the prices. I used to buy at Ross and their selection terrible and the prices aren't any better compare DWS. I got coupon in the mail and even got a bigger discount compare to the coupon alone when they offered it at the cash register. One nice thing is they have all the brands that you would find at the much bigger department stores. One item I wished they had was a selection of work boots since we live in Texas but there are other places like Cavendera that provides a good boot selection. I will certainly check DSW out on major holidays as they apparently offer even bigger discounts. The store is very clean and bathrooms are available to shoppers. Parking was no problem at all. The best part about the store is the layout and it is easy to find what you are looking for very quickly evem though its a big store.

Bait and switch. Their customer service line doesn't work and the online chat doesn't work. They have a promo code for a picnic blanket, but when you get to the location (ingram/410) they say they don't have any in stock. I call a location 10 mins away (this one) and they say they have 2. I get there only to hear that they got rid of them 5 mins ago. Why even have a promo code if you're not going to honor it? If you did not have any, why did you not just say that? You just wanted a customer in the store. Well, you got what you wanted. You got me in the store. But you lost a sale and my business. I returned the shoes. Looks like I'll just go to Amazon. Your service leaves much to be desired. Even the automated recording sounds sarcastic. UPDATE: Bought the shoes from Academy for the same price.

I called ahead into this store and ordered for pickup because I was in a rush, upon arrival everything was fine until I got home to get ready to head to my destination and Realized I had been given the wrong shoe style. I drove all the way back to the store frustrated because I’m late to my obligation and called ahead for a reason. I talked with the manager KELLY who has absolutely zero care for their mistake and walked away in mid conversation about the correct shoe and then proceeded to tell me to get in the back of the line to purchase the shoe they were supposed to give me in the first place. Very poor customer service.

Dsw was offering a $30 gift card for VIP appreciation day. The catch was you had to use it the same day only and also if you read the fine print they listed almost every brand in the store that was excluded. After spending over an hour trying to find a pair of shoes I decided to not buy any shoes because it's very hard to find a pair of shoes when most brands are excluded. Pretty sad that you are a VIP and yet you leave the store feeling unappreciated. I have a suggestion for dsw corporate. Why don't you list the brands that customers can purchase. That would be a big help

Didn't buy anything but had a good experience here. Wasn't sure of the woman's name who went above and beyond to help me out but she had a cool Darth Vader tattoo on her arm. She is extremely helpful and friendly and because of that when I do need a different pair of shoes I will return to this location. I do recommend stopping by and checking them they have a pretty decent selection of different brands here at a decent price.

I usually enjoy going into this DSW because they have more variety than the location closest to where I live. I went there thinking they would be open because of their hours posted online and even though it said they were open online, there was a written sign on the door saying they closed at 5:30 PM that day because of staffing issues. Help your customers out by updating your online information so that it’s accurate.

This is my favorite DSW location. It has a great selection and things are mostly in stock. The store itself is clean and the employees are nice. The line can take a while sometimes, but that's okay. You should come here with plenty of time to spare because they have a GIANT selection. That's why I love DSW. I can find all the styles I would ever need in one place. No need to go to the mall and shop around forever.

Shopping experience is great, Karen Ortiz help me immensely. She was nice, helpful and very professional. I shop there alot for great savings and beautiful, stylish and COMFORTABLE shoes. TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE bought a pair of shoes in store tried them on they felt perfect Wore them out for about an hour till they rubbed my skin off and gave me blisters went to the store and the lady wouldn’t let them be returned she was very very rude terrible customer service. She said it was my fault for wearing them out and that it’s not fair to other people.

I wouldn’t use any stars but to make a comment I had to….. Saturday16th July they had a blackout… instead of being apologetic they yelled at people to get out !!!!! They argued with customers when they said they were being rude… they need to be trained to handle such things… we were shopping for for shoes for a wedding …won’t buy them there now!

Ordered ONLINE. This should never happen. Can you believe the charge was $8.50 to return shoes that obviously had been worn several times, and then shipped to me as new. I took them to this location and Arla explained what happened and rectified the situation. Beware if you order online, and I will resume shopping at this location again.

Purchase some Florsheim Driver. I wore them about 4 times the stitching fell apart. That lady in sales was rude she said I can't take them back because they been use. I didn't expect new shoes but to fix the stitching yes. I never bought a shoe that only last 4 times before. Never coming to this store again or DSW...

With the grandson took the mid review option hurting to bad to move. Did see a number of sales staff. Nope, never asked we needed help. Yes, they were in close proximity at times. Might be the new sales approach. Let the customer remain lost or let the customer make first contact. Just guessing, here.

Marcelena/Marcella is rude and has no patience. All about money money money. Just because I was asking about their sale being advertised. I could have walked in and bought the whole store, I could have been asking for a friend. Horrible customer service.

DSW has a huge selection of shoes, especially for women. It is a self-serve place, and hopefully you don't need any help, as there are few people working there. Otherwise it's a great place to buy shoes.

The store is clean and organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn't too busy, and there is plenty of parking. I had to return something ordered online and it was quite simple.

Exceptionall!! Found a pair of L'ARTISTE shoes that I thought I would never buy because of the cork heel, too high. But I have to say these are the most comfortable shoes I have invested in!!

I hate that this location never carries any shoes for wide feet in the actual store. I would like to actually be able to try on the shoe before I buy instead always having to do online.
