Although the selection of big and tall clothing is good, as with this particular chain of stores the majority of the items are very expensive and there are minimal sales or clearance items at this (or any) location. My husband recently visited this store while shopping for himself some casual clothes and was unable to shop without the sales associates pressuring him to look at and buy things that he stated he was not interested in. The sales guy ran him out of the store by his persistent hounding even after it was made clear that he was not interested. My experience during my first visit to this location will absolutely be my last. I cannot imagine returning to give any repeat business to a company to that would unapologetically argue with me while I’m purchasing an item at the register, this store is clearly not well managed. No professionalism or reasonable customer service were any part of my experience with this location. There have been several times while at the Arlington location that the staff have made myself and/or my husband very uncomfortable and we left with a bad taste in our mouths; Unfortunately, it seems that this Fort Worth location provides the same poor service.

Every time I come here it is a pleasant experience. Andre has helped me the last 4 times I’ve been in the store and he is always knowledgeable and willing to recommend or help me find what I’m looking for. Today he went above and beyond after I noticed my reward points were missing. He informed me that they redeemed them and sent a $15 certificate to my email months back. We then found out the email on my file was wrong. Andre took it upon himself to call HQ and see how they could get me my certificate that I had earned. After waiting about 10 min he told me they were able to recover the certificate so I could use it today. This is top notch service and The reason I always come to this store.

Patrick is an AMAZING person that you'd most DEFINITELY will APPRECIATE. His PROFESSIONALISM is AWESOME. He does a STELLA JOB at what he does!! When I come into Patrick's store you get an awesome GREET and ALWAYS READY to HELP YOU. He MOST DEFINITELY KNOWS MEN CLOTHING. He helps me everytime and KNOWS the QUALITY of all MAN'S WEAR ECT. Explains everything. I see why Patrick has this store. My HUSBAND or MYSELF WOULDN'T go to ANY OTHER DXL if he wasn't there. Always dressed for perfection that's how I know that PATRICK is the ONE that my HUSBAND I DEAL with. I'm so THANKFUL for Patrick. THANKYOU SIR for being a AWESOME #1 MANAGER!!!

I came in very close to closing time on a Friday and the guys were more than helpful. I had an interview that I learned of but didn’t have much time off between the time I learned of it and the day itself so I rushed to the store after work to find a suit. They got me a suit, tie, and shoes that pair well and make me feel confident wearing them. I cannot express how welcome these 3 made me feel. Andrae was the main guy helping me, I’m not sure what he makes there but he deserves more! He knew his stuff and never tried to rush us despite being close to closing time. Thank y’all for the hospitality, y’all run a fine business.

The lady there in the day time on a Thursday is not helpful at all. Went in as I always do at this location and asked for cufflinks. She immediately said they didn’t have any as I pointed to a few in the case for sale. She then said, oh yeah we have these…. After I asked to look at a few suits and as I began to pick one I’d maybe want to purchase, she walked away to the cash register and left me instead of helping me with the experience and purchase. After seeing there was no customer service I just wanted to leave and no longer shop. I’m very disappointed in this location and will not be coming back to shop here again.

I would really love to see them have more deals. As a plus size woman, I know first hand the frustration around the cost of clothing. But for a prominent store like DXL, you'd wish they'd be a little more cost efficient for their target audience. There's clothes I've purchased for my boyfriend from there that I've returned because I can find the same exact item on the actual brands website for half the cost. It's frustrating because they're convenient, but they're price gouging some of their items.

I believe her name was Shian(I’m most likely spelling it wrong). She was an amazing help yesterday while my husband looking for a nice professional suit to wear for an important event coming up. She was nice, understanding and most importantly patient. This was our first time ever coming there and with how nice and neat the store was and how amazing she was with helping it for sure will NOT be the last time we go!!! We were in the store already planning our next trip there!

I was traveling from another city and pulled into this store about 45 minutes before it opened. The manager saw I was waiting and opened the store up for me early. He then put his regular pre open activities on hold to help me find what I needed, which they always have what I am looking for. It's nice to find people with that dedication to their craft. I will keep it simple. $1400 worth of clothing (23 pieces) bought in the span of one week. One t-shirt had a hole in it so I decided to return it (4 days after purchase). Apparently you can not return anything that’s been “worn”. Issue being there is nothing that defines what worn means… 5mins or 10hrs? Now I’m stuck with a $70 kitchen rag. Otherwise, nice personnel and extremely helpful when shopping.

After over 10 years of not being "big" it hurt my soul a little to come back here but all was well once I stepped inside. First let me say my 2nd job was at casual Male big and tall, now dxl, and I expected the same service I used to give. I was wrong. They carried suits I wanted to buy, clothes I wanted to wear, and Andrede who helped me was excellent to work with. Thank you DXL and Andrede.

Went in for a Christmas party outfit. Andre is very helpful, he helped me match up the perfect colors to complete the outfit. Patrick figured out my measurements with great technique, then took my sports coat that same day to get tailored since the party was 2 days away and was at the end of the day. Overall great team work and customer service!

Came in to get interview clothes for my son. We were helped by Patrick. He was wonderful! Helped my son get fitted properly so his shirts looked great on him. There were 4 of us in the store at the time and Patrick was helping all of us at the same time. Coming around and around helping and checking each of us out. What a great experience!!

The store is great. Have lots of very stylish clothes. And it's such a good feeling when you know they're going to have your size. Instead of constantly being disappointed at every other store whenever you find something you like but they don't have your size. Employee Cheyenne was very kind and helpful. Would recommend this store.

Store was clean and looked great and when we obviously looked lost on where to start the cashier helped me find the perfect fit pair of slacks on the first try. He was super helpful and friendly and didn't make us feel pressured or rushed like alot of salesman's do. 5/5 Definitely going to be shopping there more in the future.

Andrae was amazing! He was able to get the perfect measurements for my husband and able to get my husband to dress in colors other than black. He was so patient and stayed later than his shift to ensure my husband would look good for his business trip. My husband now says, “he’s got a suit guy now”

Service is always top notch. Selection is iffy at times, especially since all this Covid insanity had turned everything upside down. They have always tried to, and in most cases can have what I want shipped to me. It normally will arrive in a timely manner, even for Mr. Instant Gratification.

Patrick is alway very helpful and he is very knowledgable about his product lines. Place is always neat and organized and well stocked. Nice selection to choose from on everything from gym shorts to suits. Pricing is fair on some things but a little high on others but competitive.

Excellent choice of clothing for that larger than life Man and occassional Female. Unfortunately the vest and shirts i purchased to fit around my middle ended up looking like a kid in her dads clothes. I just wish the styles werent so Square shaped and more shaped for a pear.

This big and tall store has some amazing people that work at it. They are extremely helpful in making sure that number one you look really good and number two you have the sizes that you need. If you haven’t been to one of the stores before I would definitely recommend it!

Went in just to get some khaki pants and a red t-shirt for my new job at the dollar store and it cost over $100. Just for a shirt and a pair of khakis. I'm a big guy and no Where else has my larger sizes like 5xl so i had to pay up. Way too expensive!

Excellent service! First time buying dress shirts from DXL, the sleeves were too short so I came to the store in Ft. Worth to make sure of the size. I was able to get what I needed ordered and received a $20 coupon for my next order!

I went in this morning and Patrick helped me out. He was very friendly and a good communicator, he didn’t rush me and asked me plenty of questions and gave good advice. I recommend shopping here, I know I will be back.

The only reason it’s two and not one is because of the customer service long story short spent over $300 on a suit jacket and two shirts, and within three weeks buttons were breaking off of both very dissatisfied

It is a really nice new store. They cater to the taller and rounder men among us. They are a little proud of what they sell, but they sell really good stuff! Service is great!
