Very sad, Dickies employees. It was our first time at this store and my husband loves this brand but we’ve never been so we decided to take a family trip. We got there at 5:50pm and this store closes at 6:30pm. My husband tried on some clothes and then a “blonde” employee told us the fitting rooms will close in about 5 minutes. I acknowledged and then minutes later, she comes back and says, “Okay we gotta close the fitting rooms. It takes a while to sanitize them.” Lady it only takes a few minutes to wipe them down! I know how hourly workers make a project last so long. I said, “Okay so what do we do?” My husband was literally still trying on a pair of pants. I asked her what time they close and she said at 6:30pm. I asked her what time it is. “It’s 6:09pm.” Mind you, they turned off their music and A/C at 6pm! It was so uncomfortable, that all customers left asap. We ended up purchasing but as we went to check out, everyone gave us dirty looks and the checkout lady was also acting very weird and didn’t respond when I asked her why they turn off the AC so soon. I know that as employees they should not have to go through their last hour of work sweating when it’s 100 degrees outside. It’s not worth it to try to save a few bucks on electricity while you treat employees and customers that way. No wonder they were acting like that.

Good helpful staff. Came in to exchange or return pants Ordered online during the week, normal Sizing 33w. 30l where too small As I walked in talked to lady at cashier Explained to her and I had my items in Car. As I it was my first time in the store And was going to look around to buy other Stuff also. She said no problem on exchange as long as its in stock. As I was looking around helpful lady Came up. I explained my case and she Took me the area where items was I was Looking for. She explained those pants Tended to run smaller, had to go up in Size and recommended to try on. Out standing fit, for the exchange items. Picked out other items too. Went to check out. Asked lady I had to To car to get the exchanged items, Returned. She processed the items exchanged and the new purchased items Very courteous and professional. Good experience with staff and store On my next visit to Fort Worth Dickies Will be on list. Bye.

My wife and I went to Dickies on 7 29 2022 looking for hard to find work wear. After going to many other stores we found out about Dickies and they had exactly what I was looking for. But more important were the people that met you as you walked in and immediately ask what we were looking for and took me directly to the area where we needed to be and even helped me find the size of pants I was looking for, and even went to the back to check and found more pants as I was needing multiple pairs. This is an A+++ place to go, not only for product but for customer service. I will go back!!

The store was very well stocked. Very nice inside. We were looking for a pair of Dickes Black Pants, and these that we found were great, they even have a small secret zipper pocket. The staff were very helpful. They even had a policeman on guard, It's busy and downtown. I was amazed at the scrubs they have and the breathable thin material they are made out of. I never thought Dickies would carry, scrubs, but they do and you will love all the different designs and colors !!!!!

We called to find out if Dickies had a certain style and size in jeans. They had 4 pair and put our name on them and put them at the cashiers register so they would not sell before we could get there. It made our shopping so much easier, faster and much more convenient. The cashier was fast,, courteous, friendly and professional.The store was indeed busy but it was clean, well lit and very shop friendly. We browsed and in and out within a couple of minutes with those jeans!

Associates were terrible, almost like they didn’t know how to properly do their job. 10/10 would not recommend this specific dickies store. Tried to make an exchange from an online order and the store lied to my face claiming their systems aren’t the same as online systems. Keep in mind I walked in the store with a box, so clearly I had an online order, and I was directed to get what I wanted in store first but then they denied my online exchange.

It's been 2 decades since I've been in the store and it was better than I remembered. The staff was polite, helpful, and actually working well with each other and customers. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great inventory. The prices were great and fair. I found what I was looking for, received help to find the right size, and bought more than I was looking for because the price was right.

The employees are very helpful and the value of the clothing is great. Seems to be a police officer on site on a daily bases, well at least every time I went. For those who might be curious if there's a difference between what Wal-Mart carries and what's here. Their own design is slightly different but better in what they carry at this store. Dickies is my go to place for work clothing.

I love dickies been creasing them since the 80’s‍♂️.. I normally buy in store but my store didn’t have my color and size available @ the time so I ordered online.. My only issue is the double crease you will get sometimes.. I feel like dickies should be more aware of that before sending them out to customers.. Other than that it was no problem.. The return went smoothly…

Before going to the new Dickies Arena for the rodeo we stopped here to look things over. And hopefully find a pair of trousers in certain size, color and style not available near home. Lucky me. I think I got the only pair. Lots of other items for men/women/boys/girls available. Worth at least one trip here. Ample parking lot next door.

I know when I entered the store they were getting ready to close and I was rushing to make my selection and leave (had 30min). From the moment i entered the store and while trying to locate my sizes the team repeatedly reminded me i needed to hurry they were closing. The focus was on getting me out not what i needed.

Shopped online at dickies for scrubs. Essential to my work. I received the tops but not the bottoms. Weeks later they tell me they’re out of stock and can’t get them to me for another couple of months even though they took my money for the bottoms and never told me anything. Dickies is an unreliable company.

This is a fun place to visit. It is more of an outlet than a retail store. They have different stuff every time you visit. The price is akways good. The selection is hit or miss so come early and stop by often to get the best choices. We like the sale days in the parking lot. I like the backpacks.

Great retail store with the latest Dickies fashions as well as the basic favorites like tees, coveralls, and scrubs. When they do their yearly garage sale, it’s amazing. Sample sale at very low prices. The store is also a lot bigger than it looks! Lots of great options and sizes available!

Rosa the so called “manager” is the lowest class individual I’ve probably ever met, was quite rude to me and my grandfather (former vice president) It will be the very last time we ever make this mistake. Should be ashamed of treating retirees this way. Absolutely disgraceful

I stopped by Dickies on 8/3/2023 and one of the employees named Christopher really helped me out, he was very friendly and he gave outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend the Dickies outlet store which has the best selection.

Not much parking. Haven't been here in 8 years. I found some clothing that I was needing but I wasn't going to pay $80 for a pair of coveralls nor $50 work pants. It will probably be another 8 years or more before I return.

Awesome selection of clothing and best of all the employees are polite and attentive!! We were asked twice if we needed assistance and that's called excellent customer service!! I won't hesitate to shop there again!!

Can never find the shorts my husband likes to work in so I thought I would go directly to the dickies store. They had exactly what I needed and it was a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

My overalls bib clips broke .went to the store to see if they had any the lady gave me some which i was very thankfull for & i spent hundred dollars on stuff i needed i e shorts & cool tshirts

Always liked dickie brand im a blue collar guy and i need tough clothes, this is where i always go buy my dickies, staff is really friendly store always keep clean 5 stars all the way.

Wonderful selection of products, especially the one thing that's been hard to find the last couple days, coats and winter outerwear. Staff is pleasant and very hepful.

Recieved overalls for Christmas. Tore wouldn't trade out. That had new lot LK mine 1 serial#different but refused to help.i blew up. Sorry but treated me sub human
