Today March 03, 2021 we purchased our order from this location. We are usual customers of this location as well. Although, we are also struggling to survive with the economy, we try our best to support our community, try to save someone's job. When we start eating, immediately I noticed the onion rings were fried more than once. And the taste was very disgusting and I was almost vomiting. It had a very bad taste.I tried to talk to the manager. They said he was not available at the time. We had a bad experience before, but excused for that knowing the employee was new. Please do not practice these unethical behaviours, specially when you are in food industry and you have loyal customers. We are done with this location. Be aware they sell left overs, (cooked again). Take away procedure makes it easier for them.

Hey it's DQ, you know the hot and cold of it. I was upset about the guy leaving not caring about walking into me nor the social distance thing. I was quickly turned around by the greatings of the lady behind the counter. Almost at a yell through the plexiglass and mask came across as pleasant and I could hear! So many places I can't hear. The food wasn't ready to go and we had to wait. Getting upset it is taking some time, but the milkshakes were cold and tasty while the hot was ALL freshly hot. Not the reheated hot that gets cold quick! Worth the couple minutes wait... The Lady behind the counter continued with the voice I could hear and make out. As a DQ, this experience was great. I hope for a repeat next time.

There were 2 other caucasian gentleman before us, who ordered their food and stood patiently awaiting their order. Me and my colleague who are of aboriginal descent, ordered next. The customer service wasnt friendly be any means, as the other gentlemen before us, and we were told to go wait outside. I was appalled at this. I understand with the circumstances of how things are, that there are measures that need to be taken in order to accomodate everyone safely, but I also know RASCISM when I see it. Avoid this location, they have an archaic understanding of how to treat a colored customer.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a fantastic spot for a quick bite or a sweet treat! The menu has a wide variety of fast food options, including burgers, hot dogs, and chicken strips. The ice cream treats are delicious, with a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with plenty of seating and a fun decor. Overall, I had a great experience at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fast food and ice cream destination.

Twice this summer, ordered a double dipped chocolate ice cream cone from this location, Both times the soft serve was too soft to properly hold the chocolate dip. The chocolate does not fully form, leaving uncovered areas, with a lot of melted ice cream dripping through the cracks and down the cone as they hand it over. So essentially, they let me pay extra for double dip that doesn’t even cover the ice cream, and it’s a total mess. This has never happened at other DQ locations. Never going back to Dalhousie DQ.

The lady that was working the counter when we came in was very helpful and accommodating to my wife's gluten allergy. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience. She did this with other customers as well. She offered a lady that had some mobility challenges to get her drink and bring it back filled to her table. She could have asked her to go to the counter and get the cup and fill it herself,but instead was humble and helped her out. It is nice to see decent people in the world. Thank you.

I experienced excellent customer service at this DQ. Probably the best customer service at a DQ in general over all of the blizzards I’ve ordered. The whole team worked like a well oiled machine. Ethan was super friendly in taking our order & he actually knew how to make my favorite blizzard (buster bar all the way). His other 2 co-workers workers, worked seamlessly & finished both of our blizzards before we finished paying. AND the blizzards were top-notch. Thank you DQ, you did not disappoint.

I came here to this location to redeem my copoun. Then I was offered 2 wraps and a poutine for 7.00 all together I paid cash. 5 mins later I got my food and I notice one poutine and one wrap!! Like what did I buy to cost me 7.00??? This location is good at giving u not what you paid for. Not sure if it was a miscommunication but I might not be back to this location again might as well go to market mall for my pumpkin pie blizzard. Too bad no 0/5 option. Also got food poisoning to top it off.

Walked in at 9, sign said closes at 10 and almost refused to serve me, counting cash in till while checking out as they refused half the menu or to cook anything. Tried using coupons here before and they fought me and wasted my coupon since it expired by the time it was over. Would give it less than a star if possible. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! I live here and have to go here since its always the closest. Time to drive farther

They cheated me out of a blizzard. I received only vanilla ice cream in a blizzard and complained via their contact email. All I asked for was a coupon for a mini blizzard. I received only automated responses and requests for the address. I had already given the location to them, so obviously nobody actually read my complaint. If you're gonna waste my time and money, then I'll be leaving reviews with this information all over here.

This is the best DQ location I've been to in the city. I love the monopoly they have going on here, with buckets of their self serve for take out. It's the ONLY location I've been to that has these. I don't live anywhere near here, so I have to go in the late evening a couple hours before closing to get it so it doesn't melt. I've been here a few times and the food has always been hot, fast and good quality.

Great Dairy Queen location! It's open and spacious, with a clean dining area and friendly service. The food came out very quickly and tastes great as well! The restaurant is located in a convenient spot in the Dalhousie plaza, with lots of parking outside. Recommend this place!

The hot food is ok, average. The ice cream is the same as most DQ, consistent. Only bad thing is they don't follow the points system like most franchised DQ. So you can't save point or redeem points, kinda stupid if you think about it, since it's a franchise it's should be the same throughout all DQ. Now i go to the Ranchland location.

This location always has amazing quality and exceptional service. I went to sit and eat and they gave me drinks to start as they cooked my food, served to go me with how wiet it was and let me come back for the Sunday after I was done eating. The ice cream cakes are always amazing, and they have a great grab and go selection. It's the best experience I have had at DQ.

There were two customers in front of me, two tills were open. I ordered Soft Pretzel Sticks and a Blizzard. The young man on the counter was very friendly. I got my order in about 3 minutes. The pretzels were soft and warm. I ate them about an hour later - they were still awesome! The dining area was neat and clean.

Come ordered the royal Oreo Blizzard, $8 for the medium size so expensive.. after they made it they put it upside down to prove its frozen. Tastes okay nothing surprise. The call it royal because they add the chocolate syrup on the inside of the Blizzard. But it's useless and didn't increase any flavor of the Blizzard. Next time I will just get the normal one.

Ordered a $7 double cheese burger meal deal and substituted a medium blizzard. They charged me $15.xx which is more than if I bought the two item separately. The double cheese burger was a single cheese burger and I asked them to clean the machine for the blizzard because I’m allergic and they didn’t. Terrible experience would never go back

The snickerdoodle blizzard was delicious and the burger was cooked perfectly, I have issues with my jaw and it was very easy to eat. The only thing I would improve is that blizzard prices are pretty extreme.

The staff is very impatient and rude. And for some reason when I get a poutine they barely give any at all and essentially no gravy. I've also gotten the large size of poutine here before and it was less than what would be in the regular size and it was in the box they use for to go baskets so it stuck to the paper they lined it with.

After I expressed my opinion on D.Q. I now give it 5 out of 5 no complaints they are super friendly engage with customers lots of staff u dontvwait its clean no shortage of condiments cutlery to go type. Its fabulous now I go there far too often ..I do..:)

Dined in on a busy Saturday and was thoroughly impressed by the staff! This was the quickest and nicest service I have *EVER* had at a DQ. The two ladies working up front were run off their feet but somehow kept everything working smoothly, brought us our order, made our ice creams for after (and correctly) and were just so nice.

I went here the other day and was told the scanner was broken so I couldn't use reward points for my order. Other than that my experience was pleasant and I enjoyed their ice cream, as usual.

DQ has the best ice cream sundae and blizzards. The hot food needs work. I ordered the poutine for take out, it was okay, it needed more gravy because I ended up at the bottom of the box with quite a bit fries with no gravy on them.

A couple months ago I was there while they were closing shop. I wanted to get a refill from the machine but it was already cleaned and dealt with. However, employee David came up and got the machine working, going out of his way to make sure I was content. Great customer service skill, thank you David.

Just went here for miracle treat day! Blizzards were still really thick despite being really busy. On another note, the "Heinz yellow mustard" has clearly been filled up with a different kind. Looks more like a Dijon. Don't believe me?? Go check for yourselves and enjoy a deliciously thick blizzard!

Went here with a friend for sundaes and and a visit. Quick, friendly service, excellent soft serve. I had a hot fudge sundae, my favorite. Had a nice table by the window and wasn't too noisy. Traffic was steady inside. Clean and bright.

Received raw chicken strips when I spoke to the owner he denied any responsibility for serving raw chicken saying the cooks check temperature of food before it is served. The raw chicken we recieved says otherwise.

Great location! Took the kids for dinner and ice cream. Food was good and hot, ice cream was perfectly on-brand, exceeded my expectations. Staff was awesome! Gave us the whole DQ experience including the upside-down blizzards, which the kids loved!

As always, tiniest fry portions of any fast food chain i know of and getting more expensive, but wouldn't go many other places for specialized soft serve ice cream and expect this price point to be as comparably reasonable as it is.

The girl that served me made extra effort to ask about how I would like my blizzard made and gave me inside information about something that would make it better.I appreciate it when anyone does anything extra without being asked.

Everything here is overpriced. I mean a single burger here can cost up to $10! The food here is okay and the service is modest. Service is also quite slow. There can definitely be some improvements to this place.

I use to work here. I really have to say, they have the BEST staff ever!!!! They also have the best discount and price!!! The kitchen and the storage room is very clean and organized. The best DQ!!!

Ordered 2 mini blizzards and a Sunday. There were almost no toppings added to the blizzards and hardly any sauce in yen Sunday. Certainly not worth the money DQ charges for blizzards

Close to the C train, very clean and quite place. Professional and friendly staff. They service burgers, smoothies, ice cream , light snakes.

They always seem like they are trying to close early when we go around 8 in the evening. We seem like an inconvenience instead of more sales.

They have a designated waiting area, that frees the counter with no one standing for food.
