Hope that tyrant Waldren is not still on the force. So if someone tells the cops I dont know if that person stole, they may have. That gives the police the right to physically assault and detain a person? Imagine if that's how it really worked? People would be setting up others they didn't like all the time. Oh yeah hey police officer that could be a thief. Yeah right there the person I cant stand. Im not sure if they committed the crime, they may have. At that point I know that the officer will yoke them up to determine of that was the case. Doesn't matter if there was reasonable suspicion. The only reason why I came here is because officer waldren is in a video articulating this very situation and backing up the unlawful requests made by police officers. If you don't believe me that he said that just do a search on Youtube for "Detained at Wal-Mart". An employee uses this very tactic with the police to get a young man named patrick detained and assaulted by a police officer. What did patrick do? not show his receipt for the stuff he just got done paying for. After paid they claimed he could have stole what he paid for and needed to see the receipt. If not then they contact the police and have them physically detain you. Looks like Walmart is working hand in hand with local police to pull this off more then you would think. What kind of country do we live in? Is this the land of the free and home of the brave or is this the land of prisons and home of the weak? If your a citizen and not a tyrannical police officer or someone who works with them then your helpless. Its clear that police are above the law and do what they want. The term used to describe that is a sovereign citizen. Our basic laws and rules do not apply to the police. Ask officer waldren. He said to put this on Youtube he doesn't care. He knows nothing will stop him from doing this to people. He as his blue isis on his side. That's one weak individual that cant stand on his own two feet. It starts with the poor leadership and trickles down. Think hes bad? HA his leaders are the ones that taught him his ways.
I should have sued Dallas County Marshal's a long time of ago. A guy ( Dallas Marshal) came into my job just to rough me up all because his friend ( A city code enforcement) did not like me. The code enforcement and I had a conversation regarding a sign my boss kept putting up. I explained to the code enforcement to call my boss being that he keeps putting the sign up. The code enforcement got mad and stormed out of my work place. Two weeks later, (the sign was down by now) the code enforcement brought in his friend from the Dallas Marshal's up to my workplace to rough me up. I worked behind glass and was not suppose to leave from behind the glass until end of day. The Dallas Marshal curse, yelled, and bump my chest (I am a female), saying that he will arrest me. Remind you he had no warrant and no reason to harass me on my job. He violated all my rights (4th Amendment). I do have a witness, another worker of mines saw this all, and at the time the company had cameras. The Dallas Marshal was a black male with a bald head(literally kojack style) and stink breath.
HORRIBLE! Ive done a little over 5 years of my adult life in various facilitys.. This one is top 5 worst. Besides Cockrell hill hell and gp hell.. Lol
No water, no food, abusive officers, abuse authority, very rude and lazy. They didn't check records or allow phone call or allow bail bond.
