Mâle at counter was serving a walk in customer but female décided she was to busy near shelves to serve even when a second car pulled in behind me. Usually visiting this shop every Sunday and is on our way. Unfortunately, yesterday afternoon the staff member was very rude and arrogant, refusing to serve me, as I was together with my son (20 years old), who didn't had and ID on him.

Wow, a Dan Murphy's drive thru store! One of only a handful in Oz. Smaller selection than the larger stores, but still carry the essentials and offer the usual great service and members special prices.

Counter staff member was extremely rude. Won't go back just on that basis. Maybe make eye contact and try not grunting at people, instead of trying to worry about what everyone else is doing.

Fantastic service. Shame the checkout doesn't automatically convert the price of four 6 packs to the price of a case without me pointing it out. No real bother. I'll definitely be back.

Went to det the wife's favourite gin and saw on the card 49.95 . Great deal . Got to the checkout and saw it was $65 or close to. Said it was 49 on the ticket that is members discount.

This is a drive thru Dan's, so it's not as big as your usual Dan's. However, still a massive selection. I suggest ordering online and using their direct to boot service.
