First the positive, Paul was very polite. Of concern was the message l received the night prior to the move asking my pickup and drop off address? Surely that should have been on my booking? On the day of the move they turned up late, spent 20 minutes trying to dismantle a bed which l then got my son to dismantle to ensure no further time was wasted. After the move was completed l discovered the two most expensive items, my fridge and washing machine were damaged. Paul arranged to come and view the damage at 10 am a couple of days later, then called to say he had arranged to come at 2 PM....? When he came he admitted they were liable for the damage on the fridge but the (new $1800) washing machine merely had "paint marks" on the plastic door (they are scratches!) Now l am to pay $500 excess (my fault, l signed the contract) and have to deal with the insurance agency. Paul informs me l should not expect "bew for old replacement" and offered a refund of $250. My fridge is a relatively new Samsung asus my washing machine! Moving is in itself a really stressful experience, the outcome of this move has only caused more stress. Re your response Hi Paul I am disappointed and somewhat shocked by your dishonest response to my review. The move was very small as l had donated the bulk of my furniture to charity. They moved: One bed base-no matress One tv cabinet Washing machine Dryer 10 boxes 3 plastic bags containing linen. One bed base (which we dismantled ourselves in the end as your staff were incapable) One matress One couch A spa The move was not rushed! The travel time between properties was 10 minutes. I could not find anywhere in your contract that stipulates white goods etc should be inspected before payment. Non of the white good items have been moved from the position your men left them as they are being stored in the garage in preparation of a move later to a larger property. I specified where your men should leave the items so l didnt have to move them again. I would happily go to court and testify that this was the case and if your men dispute this they would be purgering themselves. How dare you infer in your response to my review that we may have caused the damage! There is no "grey" in this situation. At the time of the incident both you and your men admitted liability. I do not undestand why you are now reneging on your commitment to remedy the situtation that your men caused. What an appauling way to run a business. I believe in honesty and integrity, sadly you clearly do not share my values. I shall be pursuing this matter as l do not want anyone else to have the same experience. Your contract states you have a "zero" damage history. You need to remove that statement as it is simply not true. I have several poeople who would be happy to make statements that these items were in perfect condition prior to the move

Paul was very good over the phone, Promised me 8 ton truck and when I followed up with an email responded with 6.5 ton truck quote, I suggest you keep everything on Email, I highly recommend that you don't trust a phone conversation. Secondly even though I confirmed 6.5 ton truck and followed up 3 times, Paul never responded to my phone call or email and left me in a Limbo. He said that I sounded like too much trouble, Really ? For asking what was discussed ??? I ended up paying a higher price to another Mover as I couldn't change my move date. Paul's claims of his great reviews over the internet just seems like a stroke of luck and not due to the ethics of business. Overall my experience was NEGATIVE and regretfully I cant recommend this company. UPDATE : Owners response is defensive and not true, he couldn't keep his commitment and didn't stick to his promises, he sent a truck to my home by mistake and I never got a confirmation from him about the job, else why would I book with someone else. The kids who came to my place were great, they said no problem we have a job waiting after you and were happy to go, paul was not their owner, he just was contracting via a 3rd party, but the review says they lost a day, again deception. I did not have any reference for Paul, purely a Gumtree find and not a great one. Work with this company if you want, just make sure you take everything in a written quote, dont deal on the phone and you should be ok. As soon as I said to him to put what he said in writing the quote I received revealed the real truth and everything went downhill.

There should be no star for this service. I moved my house with these guys on 25/11/2017, two strong guys moving a two-bedroom house in nearly 12hrs from Clayton to Narre Warren South. Very slow and not professional. One of the man names Jays, terrible work attitude. Dont use this service, just waste your time and money. If you are the owner, stop being a liar. Everything has been packed up carefully before your staffs arrived. You were on abroad at that point of time and everything has been discussed on the phone. It was you who suggested us to use 4 ton truck not us to choose. It was you who confirmed that 4 ton truck was enough. My husband and I have applied for 4 days off work before moving just to pack up and disassemble 2 beds in the house. Your staffs kept stopped for chit chatting and resting. We have tried to urge but they then tried to delay on the way to tour new house. They even didn't carry our stuff in side the house but chucked everything in the garage. There is no more word to describe your irresponsibility and nonprofession. If it were not you who was on site, please make sure you can manage your staffs before opening a business.

First, the positive feedback which was that the guys that did all the hard work were really polite and did the job at a high standard. However having had booked the removal service over a month ago, to be told on the day of our move that he did not have me booked in (although I had the date confirmed via text the week prior). I was left for 4 hours, after settlement time waiting for one truck to arrive. Paul was very unorganised and throughout the day did not give me updates. I don't know how many times I tried to call him and send a text for him to update me on what was going on. I was left feeling stressed as to whether or not the actual removing process was going to happen, as the new owners of our house were soon to arrive. I wouldn't recommend his service if you were moving house and it was time sensitive.

Our move was done in two stages. The first stage was moving the appliances. As it was not a lot of stuff to move we agreed on two guys and a 4.5 tonne truck. Moving day came and the guys were there on time and the stuff was moved quickly with a lot of respect towards the stuff being moved and the new house. The second move was the full house move and we had three guys and a 4.5 tonne truck, as the bigger truck was already booked. Once again the guys arrived on time and were extremely professional and respectful. Dande Movers were recommended to us by two lots of our friends and we will not hrsothes to recommend their service to others. I have to say, Dandy movers is amazing. Staff are caring and professional. Today was a hard move 3 story town house to a house, the boys did not stop. They did not mark a wall they where professional and moved like lighting bolts. I totally recommend the company. This was the second time I have used them and where so happy. Jay was very prompt.With a short notice they arranged our house moving. Very punctual and professional. Two friendly guys who came did not take any time off and fill the medium truck amazingly and almost all our belongings for 3 bed room house loaded. Move was to 40 km and they finished it in 3.5 hours. Highly recommended and best of luck Dande Movers.

They are really professional! I got excellent service for both moving and cleaning. While moving, they were on time, did not damage anything, had all the tools to move large objects. And for cleaning, they are the best, cleaned every single corner with least monitoring and we got the bond back without any difficulty. Big thanks to Paul....

Jay and his team are the ultimate professionals. We have had them move us twice, pick up furniture for us numerous times and setup furniture like our beds so that our family can have a good nights rest even though we are unpacking.
