Would definitely not recommend this place. Found a car on their Facebook page so went down and spoke to a salesman only to be told they didn’t know where the car was. I was told multiple different stories about the car from it being at the detailer then it was at the panel beaters once they realised it wasn’t at the detailers so they told me to come back in a few days because they would have it back by then. In the meantime I spoke with their accountant to sort out a loan and was told that if left a deposit of $100 it would look better for the loan so I did. Went back a few days later like I was told and they still had no idea where the car actually was, after a bit more investigation they told me the car had actually been sent back to wherever it came from because there was something wrong with it. They found another car for me to look at which I did but it wasn’t what I wanted so I asked for a refund, gave my details and was told I’ll have it in 1-2 weeks. Only just got it back after waiting 12 weeks, numerous phone calls where I was promised a call back about it but never was. Messaged their Facebook page to only be ignored.

Picked up my new car 2 days ago only to discover that it has rust under the paint, the battery was unsecured ( unroadworthy) and there was no service history or owner's manual. After reading the other 1 star reviews I'm extremely ticked off. The ad stated that the car was 'immaculate', it's anything but. I've sent the boss some photos and let him know that I have it booked in for inspection tomorrow and will send him the report. I will wait for a response but I'm not expecting to hear back judging by the other reviews. I'll be taking them to court if they don't sort this out quickly.

Was reluctant to make another application after having an application declined from the bank. Informed them of this and the reason why bank declined it and asked them to be honest and let us know if they couldnt help as I didn’t want to make another application which impacts my credit history! Reassured that “no application denied” so sent in an application and never heard back! Phone calls, emails and texts all went unanswered! That was about a month ago now. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! It is not difficult to communicate even if the answer is no!

Very bad service once they have your money. We haven’t even been able to have the car transfer into my daughters name as Cranbourne motor group are holding the transfer fees for the last 7 weeks . I have made a number of calls and still no result. We also had a warranty issue after only one week and I couldn’t even get a phone call returned . Then after I managed to finally get someone on the phone I was duck shoved to the warranty company for a $50 part which is actually the car yards responsibility for the first 3 months.

Peter and Jayden do not trust them . Picked up a car drove down the road about 5 kilometres and the petrol light, engine light and service lights came on, didn’t even have the car for a week and the car didn’t start due the wrong size battery in the car which was a reconditioned second hand battery that stoped working, I have also been waiting for 4 months for my second key to get sent to me and now have been told that they havnt even transferred the car into my name .

If my partner hadn't have fallen in love with the car we would not have bought anything from here. No conversation or offer of extended warranty until reading our finance contract in which they had added $3600 worth of warranty with no discussion prior. Car had spare tires "stolen" the week we were to pick it up, hard lid had been broken into, it was mentioned to the salesman who said they'd get it fixed, didn't happen. Poor form.

Really happy with my experience. There’s a young man there named Milo. Normally sales people at car lots are frustrating but Milo was excellent. He listened to what I said and found me an awesome car for an awesome price. If your looking for a car I’d really recommend you go speak to him. Finance team were really helpful and made everything extremely easy. Really happy with cranny motor group and will be a return customer!

Best Customer Service Experience, Jackson was patient and not pushy and stayed with us until we eventually found the right car. Even stayed past close time to make sure that we were 100% happy. Quincey in finance was just lovely she was amazing. All the guys in the whole sales yard were friendly polite and made sure we were being looked after. Next car we need no other place we will go to. Highly Recommended.

My son-in-law bought a car from here a few months back. Within a couple of weeks the engine warning light came on and within another week, the care was not driveable. The most unreliable customer service after no return phone calls and emails for weeks when trying to return the vehicle. Son-in-law has taken the matter to VCAT and seeking other damages as the car should never have received its roadworthy.

Just purchased my first car from Mihailo/Milo his service was very welcoming, went through him because he was referred from a few family members of mine, I absolutely love my car I needed a 7 seater and had to stick to budget and he made sure of that! Beware!!! Beware!!!!!!Beware!!!!!.... I had to use AFCA to get my dodgy deal of $1000 back from their financial partner, and now been waiting 6 months for a $100 deposit refund. Dodgy, Dodgy, Dodgy. Came in the other day to look around, had a rough idea of what i was looking for but had extra help from a salesman named Milo. He was very friendly and helped me in any way he could, from information to recommendations. I didn't feel like i was being pushed or hassled which is hard to come by in sales. Very impressed!

Second rating on here as I finally have the time to go and get my $100 refund from 6 months ago, last week Wednesday. They said they will pass it onto their finance team before Friday. It's now a week later and no refund yet! Poor service. I will be visiting again and update y'all later. Lol

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!! They will take it and never give it back, they will pretend to be nice to you but they actually don’t. Avoid them at all costs, I’m still waiting for my $500 refund that they have never given back to me.. so don’t trust these dogs, worst people ever!

Terrible service. Went in and asked for a refund of my deposit nearly a month ago. They asked me to send the receipts through email and provided where to send it to. I've sent countless emails and nothing has been processed yet.
