SWINDLER - DO NOT TRUST HIS WORD. I took my watch to be fitted by the owner, Daniel. I assured him four links needed to come off, but he guaranteed two would be enough. A "special tool" was required, so he had to ship it off and quoted me $25. Nearly 30 minutes passed, and my conscience pressured me to stop back in the store and go with four links removed, regardless of Daniel's recommendation of two. However, within those 30 minutes, a "delivery man" had already picked up my watch, and there was "no way" for him to contact him. Daniel assured me it would be okay if I needed more links and that he would not charge me. The next day, I picked up my watch, and surprisingly, it did not fit and was too loose. Daniel gaslit me, saying that "only women wear tight watches" and he "cannot" remove any more links because removing the two was too much of a process. He then charged me $35! Through discussing with him what happened, I found out there was no delivery man, and he had to break and resize my band with pliers - he was lazy and didn't want to resize my bracelet for a second time unless I pay another $35. It's a shame someone runs a business like this. As you can see from the photos, my watch definitely “fits” - thanks Daniel!

I don't usually go out of my way and reviewing but I have to say this is best Jewelry store in the area. The prices are great, without compromising the service; they have excellent service. The man changed my watch battery and clock battery while I waited. I also had my sister's Tiffany necklace fixed when my nephew pulled on it a couple months ago. I got it back in the same condition I bought it the first day. I personally recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Total rip-off, will never go back I wanted to unmount a gold coin from a gold pendant. He said he could do it for the next day. When I come back he said he metled the pendant and hands me off $40. The gold content of the pendant was somewhere around $400 (spot price). I expected to get about $300 out of it. So I insisted and got $100, or I could get back a tiny piece of metal (claims it's melted pendant). So basically this guy unmounts pendants for $200. A joke.

Went in for some battery’s changed on a few old watches. Ended up with a new watch at a fantastic price. Daniel is an amazing jeweler who can and will handle anything you need, but he’s also so much more. Not only is he amazing knowledgeable about everything from vintage watches to current models, but he’s a great guy to talk to. I can’t say how much I recommend Daniel. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

Was looking for a bracelet for my wife came to Daniel’s he has a lot of options to choose from he found me an incredibly beautiful bracelet that was in my budget and my wife was in love with it but it was a little big on her wrist so we came back and he took out a few links off it and did not charge me a penny for it!Recommend coming here to buy presents for your loved ones!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I went to them hoping to get an intricate wedding band with multiple metals, gemstones, and a woodgrain design stretched to a full size larger and I cannot believe how incredibly it looks and fits! The prices are very reasonable, the attention to detail is tremendous, and the craftsmanship is immaculate. I have found my new go-to jeweler!

I entrusted Daniel’s Jewelry and Watches with my engagement ring to have it resized, and he did an amazing job! The ring looks absolutely beautiful, and I felt like he really cared about my experience and making sure I felt comfortable with the size and with leaving my ring with him. The price is also very reasonable. I will absolutely be coming back here.

I highly recommend this business. Today was my first visit to this establishment where my watch battery was quickly changed while I waited, and where at the same time I was able to sell a pair of gold earrings for a fair price.
