I dont appreciate attitude from an insurance agent. "Another car" plus i never recieved a monthly total like i asked, never recieved a cancellation total either. I had flood damage, i wanted to have my washing machine covered, not worth it. I waisted a lot of money. Stay far away from this insurance company. I have been with them for 16 years, $280 surprise charge before christmas... I am paying half for the same insurance, with a different company. Edit: I am currently in contact with the company, to resolve the unprofessional issue.
