After having an accident and visiting the clinic 2 occasions to see the physio and 3 occasions to see the doctors no doctor had even examined me. The physio asked me to get a referral to get an ultrasound on 2 separate areas but when I asked Dr Kahlil he refused to give me a referral as it was for him to decide what was the best outcome not the physio. Perhaps if Dr Kahlil had done his job originally instead of demanding a claim number prior to treatment or examination I would have some of these issued resolved. Dr Kahlil has issues with time keeping and thinks that it is his right to make you wait up to 60 minutes and offers no apology for it but rather sees it as a badge of honour for some narcissistic reason. You generally only go to the doctor when you're feeling unwell or have an injury and at that point the last thing you need is to be met with an arrogant and dismissive doctor that has little to no regard for your health and or well-being.

And yet another (3rd) review from me for the care given to my husband by another wonderful man, Dr Yuhe Han, some time ago for nausea, which he successfully treated - much to the sincere appreciation of Darryl. Somehow he managed to understand all his various and extensive problems and medications - all without blanching!! Thank you so very much Dr Han. Lovely reception staff in a great medical centre! Very lucky This is the second review in 3months it has been my pleasure to post. Today (Sunday 8th Jan ) I saw a really lovely, caring and kind doctor for my infected foot. I made an appointment at Daw Park Medical Center on Saturday, 8th Jan, via HotDoc online booking. I also received a reminder email on this appointment on 7th Jan. When I arrived at the clinic on 8th Jan, I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was made for Saturday 15th Jan in the clinic computer because the doctor was absent on 8th Jan. We all understand appointments may need to be changed on short notice sometimes. But it was the very first time for a clinic to change my appointment date to a week later without any notification at all. I wish the clinic could inform patients about any change in advance and communicate with patients professionally.

A warm and friendly welcome by reception staff was received by us as new patients to this Medical Centre. We saw Dr Essam - he was very professional and gave us the time we needed. We felt very relaxed with him and will certainly be going back to him as our regular GP. Nurse who administered our Covid vac was so gentle - we did not feel a thing. Centre is modern with lots of space, car parking excellent and easy to get to with extended hours. Glad this centre has arrived in our area

The receptionist is unfriendly and arrogant. Without any information about after-hour on website or anywhere in the clinic, this clinic has extra charge for after-hour, and as a patient, I only get to know the extra payment when it comes to pay. I have phoned a few other clinics, extra charge for Sundays is not common. This clinic can have its own rules for extra charge, but without informing patients and just processing extra charge don’t sounds right in Australian.

I’ve always had excellent care here. Dr. Essam Khalil is wonderful and always takes the time to help sort out my problems. The staff are courteous and professional, and I always receive wonderful and friendly service. I am quite happy with the standard and quality of care. I am always treated with respect and have my concerns attended to. I highly recommend this medical practice. I’d like to thank all the friendly and professional staff at Daw Park Medical Centre.

My Doctor has moved to this practice. I am really pleased he has, too! It is conveniently located with so many facilities available under the one roof, it is exceptionally clean & reception staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops surround the centre including a supermarket across the road. Convenient parking. If you have to be at a Medical Centre at all !! - at least it’s made a pleasant experience by all involved at the Daw Park Medical Centre.

Tried to charge a $20 gap for requesting a letter outlining the prescription mediction I was taking overseas, and I was only on the phone for 2 minutes, it actually took me longer to get through to a receptionist. This was a templated letter that the doctor had given me before that just needed the date changed. Nothing but a money grab for a clinic that used to be bulk-billed. Won't be going back there again.

Booked an appointment, showed up and filled out the new patient form, waited for over 35 mins and when checked why it was taking so long, the answer was that they forgot to add me to the waiting list because I was a new patient and the doctor couldn't receive me anymore. I understand it is a human mistake, so I suggest that if you are visiting this place, make sure you ask and follow up every 5 mins or so.

Absolutely appalled how I was treated by Dr Jen Xin Lau. I suffer from severe anxiety, leaving the house was a huge step. I was crying at one stage and she told me I was being abusive and needed to leave the consult room as I’m holding other patients up. All about the money for them. Absolutely disgusted. Will be making sure no one I know attends here. No compassion or empathy.

Dr Essam Khalil has been an absolute pleasure through my recent health journey. In fact, he was the one that noticed first symptoms of my autoimmune disease and sent me for tests immediately. I was diagnosed and started treatment within months. He has been very thorough and responsive to my on going symptoms. He is the type of doctor you keep for many years! Thank you.

Arrived 10min earlier， but waited over another 40min to see Dr. Han. Also，the reception lady wasn't that nice just because I don't have a Medicare card. This place isn't a bulk billed for oshc student. I'm happy to pay for the out of pocket money，however，doctor did not solve my issue today so obviously won't waste time and money on it again.

Was on hold for 30 minutes, message saying I was at position 1, then I was hung up on. Called back, same result. I gave up after another 15 minutes. Useless phone service. So after getting an appointment I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time before I was seen. This place is hopeless, look elsewhere.

Reception and doctor were lovely. Had a booked appointment but still had to wait a very long time, which is totally understandable for a bulk billing practice The big problem was that I came with one request to get an urgent referral and despite assurances, it was not sent which had caused immense problems!!

I was very impressed with the staff's attention to detail, help in my emergency and services of my doctor the two times I've been there in the last 10 days. They fitted me in because I was in a bad way, now I'm off for a CT scan. Once they employ a female doctor, I shall move practices.

Go elsewhere save your patience and time most reception staff totally incompetent. If you just want a script ok if you have serious issues and need care go elswhere to a team that care. In saying dr are good for but clearly let down by the practice staff and management. OWNER

My husband had his first appt with Dr Essam and will NOT going anywhere else from now on...,friendly, informative, happy dr... flu shot given and covid bookings made. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. So glad this medical centre has opened.

Very disappointing, waited for 35 minutes after my appt time. (Not good when you’re working) No apology for the long wait time and Dr was not very communicative & didn’t come up with any reason or suggestions on how to treat my issue. Not happy Jan!!

Friendly welcoming and caring staff. Also, I have found my GP finally. Because I am getting looked after and treated. My mystery ailments are being taken seriously and so they are slowly but surely not so much of a mystery now …

Booked in for a 5.30pm appointment and went in at 6.15pm. Doctors are friendly but it would be great if the management can improve on time management or even allow more time appointments rather than wasting people's time.

Sensational and warm service from reception staff. Comfortable waiting area. Dr Essam was friendly and good humoured, and really made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be using their services again.
