This has to be the worst haircut and blowout of my life. It was my first time there so I showed Michael FOUR photos of what I wanted: just a TRIM and loose beachy waves with long layers. He cut my hair way too short (well above my shoulders when it was well past my shoulders.....I cried after I left) and he gave me tight ringlet curls that made me look like Shirley Temple. I sat patiently during the curling process because he told me he would pull them apart at the end for the loose wave look, but obviously that didn't work. Even the other hairdresser who checked me out after told me how different I looked when all I wanted was a trim and wavy blowout. It was a horrible experience. I ran home and washed my hair immediately and had to blow it out myself. Will have to grow it out for months now to get it back to the length I wanted. What a disaster.

I heard about this place because I complemented my friend’s layers, and she told me to come to Dazzle and ask for David. I did and I can confirm— This place is amazing!!!!! AND ITS THE CHEAPEST HAIRCUT IVE EVER HAD. I can’t rave about this place enough. I have long brown hair, and used to have a fear of haircuts after so many hair dressers cut wayy shorter than I asked. I used to go over a year between haircuts, but I enjoy and trust David so much that I have started going every 10-12 weeks. I Literally think I would trust that man with my life lol. He REALLY listens and knows what he’s doing. They always recognize me, every time after my first visit—it’s one of the few places in the city that feels like home to me. $25 for a wash/cut/dry, expertise, amazing listening, good people, and a great price. Just can’t beat it!

Easy, breezy process and reasonable prices to match! I called the day before and explained the urgency of getting in quick. They scheduled me a next day appointment at 2pm. Upon arrival, they were fairly busy. They offered me warm beverages and updates as the time went on (and I was only waiting a few minutes after my appointment). My stylist, David, was seriously so pleasant to spend the afternoon with! We had great conversation the entire appointment! And before the chatting began, he took time to learn about my hair history, review a few of my photos, and discuss color options! My hair was cut slightly different, more straight than before, but it looks great from what I can tell! And I have up to five days to report issues, if any. I will be back!

I visit this place regularly since 2014. Service wasn't that bad, but last time a new assistant at this salon was mopping the floor in the middle of me getting a trim with shave. Upon getting up the floor was still wet, and i slipped and hurt both legs. I just knew a disaster was waiting to happen. I honestly can't trust this place anymore. I consider myself lucky i can still walk.. after this nasty accident that could've easily been avoided, if only they cared more about their clients then just their business. People have enough problems to deal with. Now i have to do get an mri and x-ray, and not go to work. My orthopedic doctor said this was a serious matter, and this worries me ! because I have a wife and 3 kids. Heh, thanks for nothing guys.

Dazzle beauty salon is the best place to get your hair done. Both Micheal and David are professional, kind and respectful. I’ve been getting a haircut from these guys for the past 10 years and it has always been a pleasure to see them. I had my hair cut by Michael. He was outstanding. These guys manage a super high quality business, great value, expert hairstylists, and friendly and professional staff. Please, try them out. It's not going to be your overpriced Manhattan salon, it's a local business and it's a better haircut than what i paid $120 for 2 months ago on 5th avenue. You won't be disappointed. And did I mention Michael is AWESOME??

I needed a quick wash and a trim after unexpected hair goo happened. Great price, very quick service and Michael was very nice. Best haircut I've had in years. I think i will go out of my way to go here again next time I need a trim. Noticed some other hair care services i may be interested in, but appreciated that there was no hard sell, especially since I was in a rush.

A friend recommended Michael when my stylist of about 20 years moved away from NYC. He did a fantastic job the first time I visited, and has reproduced it on each subsequent visit. It was great to see him after 3 months in lockdown during COVID-19, when I was about 10 weeks overdue for a haircut. I felt clean and professional again. Thanks, Michael!

I really love this beauty shop. The products that they had so effective and safe for the skin. They had all different kinds of beauty products. They had also a Korean beauty product which is very effective and affordable. The staves were very accommodating they will help out if you need some assistance.
