The dentist I saw was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I came for a simple cleaning (6 months overdue albeit). The dentist re-filled 2 old cavities. He numbs me to do the filling. However, after the fillings, I had an uneven bite and needed additional filling on 1 cavity since I felt gaps between my tooth and the filling. Obviously I didn’t know this when I just got it done due to the numbing. I came back to get it adjusted, and he was very dismissive of my concerns. He completely ignored me when I brought up that I needed additional filling. When he shaved off the new filling to adjust my bite, I still had an uneven bite! When I asked him to adjust the other side, he rudely dismissed me by saying “I didn’t work on that so I can’t shave it,” and immediately left the room. I understand the explanation but the manner in which it was said was extremely rude and dismissive. Clearly the dentists here are not THAT good if they can’t adjust an uneven bite due to a filling. Please get a cleaning/filling elsewhere. The staff is nice but the dentists are awful.

I have been a Dazzling Smile Patient for Atleast 10yrs now. And I have no intention on ever going anywhere else. Even with recently moving 45minutes to an hr away from the flushing office. Dr. Neiman is the absolute best. Along with all of the staff at Dazzling Smile. I can not say enough good things about him as my dentist and about this office. I recently had an old filing come out and I was squeezed in to an already busy schedule as soon as "I" was available. Which Is the norm for this office. They always go above and beyond to try snd accommodate their patients. The office, bathroom, waiting area and rooms are always clean, neat and kept up at all times of the day. Staff is always friendly, helpful and as mentioned earlier always accommodating. Dr. Neiman is always friendly and does his absolute best to mk you as comfortable & in as little pain or discomfort as possible. Whether it's a routine cleaning or a root canal. His assistant Roya is just great! Always friendly, smiling and extremely helpful.

From the moment I walked into this office I didnt feel scared rather comfy. The office setting is very nice and relaxing. Smells really good. Paulette at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me as I had quite a few questions. She did me the favor of explaining to me how my insurance works. The rooms are very nice and livid. Everything is state of the art. Dr. Neman was really nice and made me feel comfortable. He is very gentle and at no moment did I feel any pain. Horrible service!! The office is always empty when I go. I told my son about the office and because life happens and he couldn't make it to his appointment, they are charging us 50 dollars. Mind you that my son has never been in the office. The dentist has never worked on his mouth and he already has a bill he has to pay. We tried to cancel the two times three hours before but apparently is not good enough for them. And I understand if it was a busy office but is not. They did not lose any patients to booked him cause the office is too damn slow.

These people are a joke. If you aren’t local 3 electricians union you’re treated as a secondary citizen there. They’re bs explanation about fees was purposely confusing. Not to mention the fact they will NOT lift a finger to transfer over your records to another establishment if they know you’re not happy with them. Front east felt like crooks. Money driven establishment, stay away will will choose the most expensive solution even if it isn’t necessary for you!! Stay away.

From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, everything about the place is great! The office is clean, new and sleek. The staff is friendly, polite and they know what they are doing. I can't say how many times I have switched dentists because the people behind the desk didn't know what they were doing when it came to insurance and scheduling.The dentist is also polite, quick and efficient. Also, there is never a long wait!! I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Dazzling Smile for more than a decade for all my dental needs. The dentists and staff are all nice! They know their patient needs and communicate in a very open and friendly ways. I have moved out of the nearby neighborhood for years. And it is easy to find a new dentist in the new neighborhood area. But I chose to stay at Dazzling Smile, feeling like going home and enjoying some friendly talks every time visiting. Highly recommended!

Loved this place !!!! Really friendly receptionist and the doctor and his assistant are great they listened to everything I said to them . ( I can be a pain ) plus the place is clean , I'm OCD and that's what made me feel really good coming here for my root canal and crown ! I recommend this place 100 percent . One last thing it was cool watching my crown be made never seen something like this at Any other dental office I been to .

This place is very unorganized place. I called to check if they take my dad. Insurance in the beginning they said yes . However when I went there they went to take my dad tooth picture and after word they came and they said they don't take his insurance and I have to pay 100 dollar. They should of. Said all this things in the beginning. I didn't go to work because of them .

Horrible dental office. The desk lady is by far the rudest person I’ve ever encounter. If I didn’t know how to calm myself down I would have cursed her out couple times. Amazing office. They're are very professional and are very, very good with time. Other dentists offices make you wait hours after your appointment. I waited 15 minutes filling paperwork and I was in. Paulette is very nice. She explains everything thoroughly. She is very funny as well. I would recommend this place to anyone

Long time patient of Dazzling Smile. Dr. Nehman is friendly and takes the time to assess x-rays and address any concerns. My last cleaning was very thorough (hurt a bit, but teeth look fabulous now). Paulette is one of the best desk staff I've dealt with. Parking can be a bit tough, but look in their lot first.

The dentists and dental assistants are very knowledgeable, and explain all procedures in advance. The secretaries are expert at collecting payment from dental insurance companies. All records are electronically stored.

They were very accommodating with my work schedule and were able to get me seen super quick for an emergency I was dealing with. The front desk staff is very helpful and the dentist is very efficient.
