On arrival was greeted by a lovely lady-very helpful, knowledgeable (hence the original 4 star rating reliable affordable, and friendly service, had used this company many times). On return was met with a very rude individual(I couldn't call him a gentleman if he speaks to women like that). Disrespectful @ 715am (45 mins ahead of return time). Claims to be the owner? Argumentative, Failed to greet the female operator, after a brief heated conversation that I had to step in and address (you remember me), tried to accuse us of adding diesel to the wrong tank. Let me tell you Sir, (As a business owner myself) your so called "Reputable business" and our friendly reputable business and contractors will not be dealing with you again.

Do not rent a vehicle from this company. They clearly pick their victims, they hire dangerous vehicles out to unsuspecting paying customers, I hired one around ten years ago to move and decided never to go back. However being so long I had forgot the bad experience and because they were close I went there instead of Budget Trucks who were actually $10 cheaper. The vehicle I got had no brakes and many other problems it was an absolute deathtrap. If he thinks you can't drive very well he gives you a damaged NOT road worthy vehicle.

As a U.S. airline pilot, visiting the Windsor area on several occasions, I've always had wonderful experience with Delta Rent-A-Car and their staff. They have always bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and their cars have always been top notch. Being walking distance from the Windsor train station makes renting from them that much easier! Hired a minibus 12 seater for trip which had 14 seats and they had just put 2 seats up so was therefore not legal for a standard car license, while driving the vehicle the night I got it found that one of the headlights was out and not working at all, also had faulty charging point and had a cracked in the windshield when picked up. I would avoid using this company again.

Hiring a car from Delta was made easy and enjoyable with these friendly folks. . The Honda Accord that we drove for almost 2 weeks was just perfect, very economical and never skipped a beat even with the extra grandchildren transport. Friendly Staff, the star is only for the vehicle as I had hired 12 seater mini van and the vehicle was very old with wear and tears. And the price they charge are pretty much similar to other rentals so I think its not worth it, as for the same price you will be getting the latest vehicle.

If I could give a no stars I would. Needed a car and the car offered is not legal on the road. Bald tires, older car with parts not functioning; mechanic said it was unsafe to drive and to take it back immediately. Disgraceful, making money and putting people's lives in danger.

Great service people and fantastic vehicle. We hired a the Isuzu pantech truck. Auto. Drive amazingly and worked perfectly. After hours drop off option is fantastic considering after mv9ing all day last thing you want is to get up early again to drop off the truck Cheers guys

My extended family have used Delta many times over the years - they have once again saved me with a rental truck for a Christmas Eve move !!!. I've always found them to be helpful and professional, great customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Absolutely excellent and friendly service. The owner went above and beyond to provide me with a suitable car. Very friendly and accommodating. Car is in excellent condition and the price is great compared to the big rental companies. Highly recommend.

Neil & his competent young lady hired me a ute to pick up a pool ladder. My only issue was not being able to get gas I to the vehicle at the local 711. The operator tried pumps 9 & 10 & 2 men installing signals also helped me to no avail.

Delta supplied a beat up old van and they did not know their product. Very rude and condescending on the phone. Customer service I give a 0/10 I would not go back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone else.

For your own safety DO NOT rent a truck off these people. The truck we rented had a faulty handbreak and it let go while people were in/behind it unpacking it. It was lucky no one was killed. Absolulety discusted

They've always been good to me, they understand the needs for a person that works in transportation. So as a result they'd offer me a discounted rate that would perfectly suit my situation. 100% recommend Delta!

I have hired quite a few times from vans to small pans with tail loader. The vehicles are oldish but have always been reliable and the price and service with a smile great. Always my first choice.

They find every excuse to hold the bond and not return it. He is rude to customers and even hung up on one when they were requiring information...
