From all the kind and sweet names she calls you. And how she makes sure you know the whole process of your procedures. With all those year of experience she has gone through she has gain lots of knowledge. Es una vergüenza la atención y el precio de ese lugar, mi esposa pago 242$ por una limpieza de diente simple y aun así quedo mal, además le dijeron que debía hacerse con ellos una limpieza especial que cuesta más de 1000 $ dólares. Así que debemos ir a otro odontologo para que terminen el trabajo. It is a shame the attention and the price of that place, my wife paid $ 242 for a simple tooth cleaning and it still looked bad, they also told her that a special cleaning that costs more than $ 1000 dollars should be done with them. So we have to go to another dentist to get the job done

Lack of communication which causes inconvenience, and absolutely not sympathetic for your time loss. The doctor is not the problem it's there front desk/ receptionist. Never had to deal with this non sense with any other medical/ dental provider. Taking my business else where and deciding not to invest my money or time here any more. Its not the first time Ive gone through some sort of situation with them but definitely my last. And not trying to be nasty, but im entitled to share my experience. Dental Faith there will be no need to respond to this post please and thank you.

I love Dental Faith! The dental assistants and Dr. Fedler are always so kind and accommodating and very professional. I normally don’t like dental experiences, but they make it so much more bearable and positive! I love speaking both Spanish and English with the dental workers there too ;) Me encanta Dental Faith! Ellos son tan amables y muy profesionales. Normalmente no me gusta ir a la dentista pero aquí ellos me hacen sentir me cómoda. Es una experiencia muy positiva. Dr. Fedler is the best dentist ever and Kelsey is the best hygienist ever! Both, Dr. Fedler and Kelsey, truly care about your oral care needs. I needed one filling redone and Dr. Fedler was so gentle from administering the anesthesia to doing my filling. Each time I get my teeth cleaned, Kelsey does such a gentle, thorough job... I know I am getting a quality cleaning at each appointment. If you want quality dental work and quality cleanings, Dental Faith is the place to go! 10/10 recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Simply the best! How often can one say that they fall asleep during a pretty important procedure at the dentist? Almost never! This place is amazing! From the staff in the front to the assistants to the hygienist to the doctor, such professionalism and care. Each employee I had contact with truly made me feel the importance of my comfort was a priority. The gentleness of each procedure is unlike I’ve ever experienced at a dental office. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and was really nervous about going again. I had to get a lot of cavities filled and everyone I have encountered at Dental Faith has been incredibly kind and helpful. They call to confirm appointments and check on you the day after a visit to make sure everything is ok. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. FEDLER!!! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She as well as her staff are efficient and extremely patient. I am older and had been without a dentist for a long time, on top of being unbelievably terrified of dental work. I had a very good experience with Dr. Fedler. She is easily one of the best dentists in Nashville. I have a very low tolerance for pain but she was able to accommodate me in a way that I was comfortable the entire time. The office space is very clean and her staff was very professional. Would highly recommend her to other people, especially people who have a fear of dentists because she is so gentle and kind.

I dont trust Dr's... Never have. After going to dentist after dentist I couldn't find one that I could deal with. Dr. Fedler was recommended to me by a loved one but I was still sceptical. I had 24 teeth pulled and couldn't be happier with my end results. The staff are very helpful and courteous. I will recommend this dentist to anyone. Excellent service, Excellent staff, Excellent outcomes.

I’ve been a patient here for 4 years and have always been treated thoroughly. They have taken me in during emergencies even when busy and always call to check up on me after my appointments. Everyone is so nice and patient when I ask questions. Dr. Paula is also very sweet and knowledgeable and doesn’t make me feel like I’m asking too many questions.

Este lugar es 0% recomendable. Espera de mas de 1 hora y media, teniendo cita previa y además una espera larga después excesivas innecesarias placas cuando sólo iba x una muela. La odontología Paula recomendó impulsivamente un tratamiento de corona, mal diagnosticado cuando mi muela sólo requería un cambio de resina, a parte a un costo de $1,450.

Amazing facility!! After years of not being able to get a dental exam due to a lack of dental insurance, I was finally able to book an appointment for an exam and they took me in without judgement. They gave me some great tips and advice that I’ll use from now on and I’m looking forward until my next appointment with them.
