I have been at DentalCare Carnegie for a couple of years now and have initially had good experience but in the past year or so I feel a little different. I was transferred to another Dr. without any consultation, not advised whether it was a permanent change and just kept booking me on with the new Dr. I don't want to name names but as patients we build rapport with our Dr and the way that was handled in my opinion wasn't very professional. Its at least been twice now I've seen the new Dr. and never felt compelled to feedback until today. Last week I went back for a clean and was told I need two old fillings replaced - and was told I need to put down a $100 deposit. I honestly don't recall ever having to put a deposit for fillings but maybe things have changed... (I've had multiple fillings, root canals and crowns done so I'm not new to dental practices) Fair enough, so I came back to replace the fillings and then after all that effort I was told I need a crown instead. I know I am not a dentist but surely if that was a possibility, we should just have not gone ahead with replacing the filling and gone straight to prepping it for crown... (or at least have a detailed discussion with me with what options I have and what are the consequences of each option)... So I asked if it must be a crown it was a definite yes answer and again i was told to book an appointment and put down a deposit. Idk i might be wrong but my gut feeling really made me feel like I was a figure ($) and just to make sure I come back for another appointment. I don't know if I will go and seek a second opinion now but this is the first time I've felt that way at DentalCare Carnegie after being there for a few years. A little bit sad really because they were good in the past and I've even introduced 2 friends to them. P.S. I don't think what happened to me was terrible but I felt like there was a much better way to handle it: explanation, asking for patient's thoughts and giving patients time to make their own decisions (or opinions) based on facts provided. Communication is key.

After chipping my tooth at work, I thought the universe might have hated me. I left work to drop my puppy at my in-laws and frantically called local dentists to see who could help. Within a minute of speaking to the lovely girl who answered my call at DentalCare, I suddenly was calmed to know that my drama was only going to be temporary and I was in the right hands. I had an appointment within 30 minutes and was greeted with a warm and empathetic welcome on arrival. My appointment was with Dr Himali. She was so lovely and calm and once I was in the chair, listened well to my concerns and how the incident occurred (a metal straw lol). Dr Himali offered me multiple avenues for repair and was able to informatively provide me with everything I needed to make the decision I felt most confident with. During the procedure, she continuously checked on me to see if I was comfortable and also suggested some hand gesture communication methods I could use during the procedure, if needed. Dr Himali requested opinion of progress for my chip repair throughout the procedure from colouration match, tooth length and shape. She was precise and accurate and to be honest, my tooth is better than it was before I chipped it. At one point during the procedure, I even considered if I could get away with a nap because it was so gentle and the sound of the TV above head was so relaxing. After an experience that started in pure chaos and distress, the entire experience provided by the team at DentalCare actually made my day better than expected. I don’t recommend chipping a tooth but I do recommend DentalCare. They will forever be a new family favourite amongst family and friends

Do NOT trust the services here. This is like a business for milking patients for every drop or penny. If you go for a clean, you will be recommended a plan. Your worked teeth will require reworks within 1 year (returning patients are sought here). If you ask for your medical records/FCO, you will be denied. And the quality of fillings is horrible. I bet most extractions lead to a dry socket and infection, as was mine. Tammer Amyra first dentist, then Paul Aulakh, the second marketing agent/extractionist. Pushy tactics. Surprises at every nook. Extractions are crucial to their money making business plan, not the service. Seems they candidly recommend extractions even if you don't need it. Hence, please always seek a second opinion elsewhere, or simply don't visit this place. It's been 2 years since my last visit before finally switching dentists, but I'm still suffering the consequences of their mistakes; the dental pain and expenses still continue due to extractions they recommended, whereas it was NOT required in the first place! Please AVOID this place and you will thank me later. And watch out for one of the receptionists who often gives unqualified medical advice. PS Medical Admin - I know the admin will now search my name on the system because you love replying to comments here, play the blame or excuse game, but you won't find me there; so please post a reply here, and I will call your office to chat. And this time, I'm not removing my feedback. After 2+ years of contemplating whether I should review your practice, I have decided to do it... even if to save just a few naïve people from irreversible misery caused by your dental service.

I am saddened that I have to write this review! What seemed to be a gem of a find turned out to be a massive regret. My first clean and check session went well but 6 months later the follow up messed up everything! I just went back for a routine clean after I was reminded by the staffs via sms. I went inside with no issues and came out with swollen gum after the clean. My gum became dark at one part and my upper gum got so swollen that I could barely talk or move my mouth. The swelling could be seen from the outside too as my cheeks were swollen too. And then the worst part, figured my teeth was left with some sharp edges which started pinching the inside of my mouth and back of the gums resulting with serious bruises. It became so bad that I had to go to a GP and was told that I have got a tooth abscess that I got right after the clean. After having antibiotics for 5 days in a row nothing changed. I am still in a lot of pain, swelling and cant close my mouth properly as the teeth at fhe back of the gum constantly keeps coming in contact with the inside of the mouth. Will see another dentist soon. Really disappointed. And ofcourse, don't get fooled by the general scaling prices, they will add x-ray prices of both sides, this treatment that treatment and the final bill is much more that what you can anticipate. Not happy, not recommending and never going back.

I'm regretful to report that this has been the most distressing dental cleaning experience my wife has ever endured. I must acknowledge the warmth and genuine assistance we received from receptionist. However, the incessant pressure from other staff members for a follow-up appointment severely dampened our overall experience. Our main grievance lies with Dr. Rachel, who displayed alarming impatience and excessive force during the procedure. The aftermath was even more distressing. My wife suffered severe bleeding around one tooth, an issue she had never faced in her several previous cleanings. This bleeding persisted for an agonizing 20 hours, ultimately necessitating an 8-hour emergency room visit. Due to this harrowing ordeal, my wife can now only consume cold liquid foods. It's only fair to highlight the commendable assistance we received from Dr. Sami the next morning. Her gentle, compassionate, and undeniably professional approach provided some solace. While we're grateful for Dr. Sami's exemplary service, our encounter with Dr. Rachel has sadly cast a long shadow over our overall experience. I implore anyone considering this facility for dental services to think carefully about their choices and to be discerning about the practitioner they choose.

Both Dr Alexander Maer and Dr Himali are very professional and welcoming. After taking digital imaging and pictures of my teeth, it was clear to me the sotuation of my teeth and what was the next suggested step to undertake. Every time the doctors would ask me if everything was clear and let me ask all questions I had without rushing me out. While undertaking surgery, I appreciated the doctors to anticipate each time possible discomfort and remind me what procedure was being carried out. After the surgery, I have been informed in possible discomfort and what to do in case of mild pain and when was needed to take action in case the pain was too much to handle, I also appreciated on check out, the desk handed over a summary of step by step actions to take after the operation and a clear and detailed payment and procedure plan with average time the procedure will take and automatic messaging to inform me of the next scheduled appointment. Finally, the premise is equipped with ceiling mounted television that can be a good distraction for longer procedures. Overall I'm very satisfied of the service and I don't mind to drive a bit longer to receive their services.

Dr. Julie and the Team have given me the most beautiful Hollywood smile makeover! I was pretty unhappy with my previous teeth, their shape, color, surface, cracks - everything, and have neglected them for too long during the years. Dr. Julie was really patient with me, super involved in the crown design process, walking me through the steps of the smile transformation, and was incredibly gentle and considerate of my needs and preferences. She explained clearly what could be done and what couldn’t be, and how crowns can serve as an Invisalign-like effect for my front teeth. Dr. Julie and the team, the lab and everyone involved in creating my teeth absolutely nailed it. I am so grateful to the whole clinic’s staff too, as I’ve received incredibly friendly and warm service all the way through! To have a beautiful smile is something so important as a way to express my happiness and joy fully, and I am proud to display my brand new smile thanks to Dr. Julie. Thank you so much!!

I found DentalCare Carnegie through the Medibank Members Choice provider search and I am SO glad I did! I can confidently say I will booking all my dental appointments here from now on! The minute you walk through the door you are welcomed by the friendly and helpful reception staff. As a very nervous new patient with a fear of dentists that stemmed from my childhood (lack of pain relief and older dental methods in the early 90s), I have to say that Dr Himali put my nerves at ease instantaneously. She really took the time to not only listen to all my concerns and get to know me but to also explain out my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. She regularly checked with me to see if I was experiencing any pain throughout my check-up and filling procedure. Her warm and friendly manner made the whole experience pleasant and as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend enough! Thank you DentalCare Carnegie, I look forward to my next appointment!!

Today 11/3/2023 @1430 my partner excitedly went for his teeth whitening appt at this clinic apparently he was told the procedure will only provide a short term (3mos) effect. Point is they should have explained to us about the pros and cons prior to booking the procedure. The dentist who he seen for consult the first time is diff from the one he met today- so where is the basis of your assessment? Going back to 2 weeks ago when we enquired for the whitening procedure- receptionist was very unwelcoming, my partner was booked for whitening consult only to be ripped off cleaning and xray and whatnot as steps needed to be taken prior to whitening procedure as per clinic. Receptionist at that time kept messaging that they needed deposit prior. We never had any proper explanation/instruction provided for us and after the consult they just sent out online invoice asking to pay deposit asap. Clinic looks very promising outside but don’t be fooled. So disappointing!

Reception left my forms on the counter for other patients to read for an hour +, absolutely no care for patient privacy. Some additional (not needed treatment was added), everything was rushed. The whole thing felt like it was focused on money, not patient care. Dentist was very bad… everything done in blitz speed… was so weird. A dentist visit is not a race. Also in the long wait I spent there, every single customer was nudged to write a Google review… hope this helps? Editing to add to their response - they insisted on using the paper form, and the receptionist knowingly left my details on display, despite me pointing out the form from the waiting chair myriad times when customers were reading my details. Very unusual of them to blame the patient though Would not recommend the dentist at all UPDATE: After only a month, a filling that was supposed to last five years has fallen out. The dentist is worse than I originally thought, avoid!

I am very happy with my ongoing treatment by Dr Julie at Dental Care, Carnegie. She is very gentle, kind and a considerate human being ❤️ I had 2 crowns and cleaning so far (one more treatment left to do), and I can already say that my search for the right dentist is over. Dr Julie explained every procedure before beginning my treatment. Once I was happy with the procedure, they begin the treatment with complete transparency. I love how they treat their patients with lot of concern and support. It was an exceptional experience, not only with Dr Julie but with the whole team, starting from booking my appointments at the reception, to the clinic staff, to the assistants involved... Dentalcare Carnegie is a wonderful dental practice. My children and I have been going here for many years and we have received the highest level of dental care. Dr Alex and Dr Julie in particular are so knowledgeable, experienced, gentle and caring with everything that they do, especially with our children. Our children have no concerns at all going to see them. My elderly mother has always been afraid to go to a dentist. She recently had a sore tooth and I took her to see Dr Dave at Dentalcare Carnegie. After the appointment she came out so happy and relieved as her issue was fixed and she said Dr Dave was the best dentist she has ever been to see! I highly recommend Dentalcare Carnegie. They are open 7 days a week and will always fit you in for emergency appointments.

I’m leaving this review for the exceptional experience that I have received from DentalCare Carnegie. A big thank you to Dr Nathan! He is super friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. During my two visits, all procedures were explained before conducted and I was given time to take breaks in between the treatments. My feelings were confirmed multiple times through out the process. The assistant Claryna(sorry not sure if I got the name right) was very friendly and professional as well. The girls at the front desk were amazing. The overall experience was 10/10 and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Looking forward for my next appointment. See you in 6 months time lmao

Saw Dr. Julie Sheng for toothache on my molar that’s been festering me. The team contacted me on the day of booking to understand how the toothache started and suggested to get previous records from my previous dentist in the cbd, which I like so they have my records/history going forward. Dr. Julie explained the cause of my toothache whilst showing the xray of my teeth, gums and bones. She also provided the details of what are the next steps and asked me if I am happy to proceed with the root canal after she provided the estimated costs. I appreciate the transparency, explanation of details, and confirmation before proceeding with the treatment. Recommending the same clinic to my husband now.

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience I've ever had. From the first day I visited Dental Care Carnegie I felt as though I had been cared for and treated like family. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel calm and relaxed throughout my dental procedures. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I had never experienced! Highly recommended. Excellent service from a very professional and friendly team. The receptionist team and the dentists were great and made me feel comfortable. I had a dental emergency on Sunday evening and Cathy (the lovely receptionist) kindly booked me in although I called them in the last minute. Dr. Ashley did the procedure thoroughly and with maximum care and minimum stress. He is also a very nice and approachable dentist and I do appreciate his great manners. Very friendly, professional and efficient service. I recently visited Dental Care Carnegie, which was my first time back to the dentist since covid. Overall was a great experience. I really liked that I was able to secure a booking for the same week online, the Dentist was on time and they took time to explain different types of treatment options. Previous dentists have made me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot, and this was definitely not the case at Dental Care Carnegie. Even my experience paying the bill at reception was pleasant, where the receptionist took extra time to make sure that I claimed as much on my private health as possible.

I cannot thank DentalCare Carnegie sufficiently for how well they took care of me on Christmas Eve. Having travelled from the ACT for family Christmas in Melbourne, I broke my front implant on 23 December 2022 and was both in discomfort and distressed at my predicament. DentalCare Carnegie were wonderful to me as a brand new patient. They took me in, calmed me down and fixed my tooth. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, and I must mention their highly professional staff. Made a last minute appointment at DentalCare Carnegie due to tooth pain. My first time at this dental practise and my experience was so pleasant and professional that I will be bringing my family here moving forward. Upon entering reception Oliwia was just so lovely, helpful and had a caring nature which is so appreciated. I saw Dr Andrew whose professionalism and advice were fantastic. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions I had regarding my treatment which put my mind at ease. I have always put off visiting dentists. So, when some peanut brittle fractured one of my teeth a few years back I was forced to ‘suck it up’ and get something done about it. Thankfully, Andrew M and the staff at DentalCare Carnegie sorted me out. Great communicators, efficiently and respectfully stepped me threw each step of the way, clarified costs and, in the end, crowned me King Barry the 1st. It was without hesitation that I returned recently for a repeat crowning process for a similar issue with another tooth. Same great service and care, this time by Andrew P. Our prep school child needed emergency dental late in the evening due to an accident resulting in a dislodged tooth. When we found Dental Care Carnegie offering emergency dental services, Esther at front desk was so wonderful and calm to accept my child to be seen within 20 minutes of calling, even offering a warm herbal tea upon arrival! Despite coming close to their closing time, Ester and Dr Oren was calm, inviting and really patient with my son and did not rush the process. We were happy with the result given the circumstances. Just unfortunate we do not live in the area! We recommend this dental clinic!

Long story short: Dr. Dave is amazing! I’m a dental student and I’ve seen how my wisdom teeth grown on the Xray. Not the easiest when it comes to extraction! Knowing that keeping the tooth complete would be beneficial for my future studies, Dr. Dave was able to secure my whole tooth without other complicated procedures involved. I reckon with his profound knowledge and experience, he’s definitely a trustworthy dentist who I would like to visit regularly for my check ups in the future. The staffs are very friendly and professional too! Overall one of my most pleasant experience in terms of dental visits.

Everyone in DentalCare Carnegie is 5-star! I live in the Northern suburbs but still willing to travel to Carnegie for a dental appointment. The dentists are all very competent but it’s the people at the reception and the dental assistants that are top notch. They are all very warm and accommodating. I had a wisdom teeth surgery with Dr Paul recently and it went really well. We were able to finish in about half an hour, and recovered pretty quick. I also appreciate that the clinic called to check on me the day after and give more after care instructions for a speedy recovery.

I changed dentists late last year due to moving house and picked this dentist as they are the closest to my new home. I was a bit nervous about leaving my former dental clinic (who I had been going to since high school) but DentalCare Carnegie have been great so far. The receptionists are friendly, and my new dentist (Dr Dave) is super nice and explains everything he is doing which I really appreciate. Also, this clinic is open after 5pm which means I don't have to take a day off work when visiting the dentist. Definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone who is local.

Our few recent visits this year to Dental Carnegie have been nothing short of exceptional. Patients’ care staff is consistently extra accommodating, always caring and responsive. We have been seeing Dr Andrew and every time he is a very thorough with assessment, explanation, and treatments of urgent and ongoing dental issues, from simple to complicated ones. I had four wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. Leading up to the operation I was quite anxious - not only about the operation, but also about the sedatives that are meant to ease anxiety. I had complications in recent medical procedures. DentalCare Carnegie were patient and caring as I reached out with my concerns and questions. These positive qualities were displayed by multiple staff. Furthermore, the operation turned out to be faster, smoother, and more comfortable than expected! A special thank-you to Dr. Dave and Dearna for their extended support.

Driving to the dentist, I was nervous, shaking, and thinking of some wild reason why I didn’t have to go. As a grown woman I even had my mum meet me there to calm me down! From the second we got there, we were greeted by the lovely receptionist who immediately helped me feel more relaxed. Dr. Samil and her lovely assistant did everything to help me feel comfortable; even holding my hand! Told me all the possible course of actions, even the cheaper alternatives if money was tight. Will definitely return to these guys if I ever need to!

I can't speak highly enough of the team at DentalCare Carnegie. I recently needed to make an urgent appointment for an aching tooth. I was able to get an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning and being a very anxious patient it was comforting to be treated with such calmness and care by the whole team.. Very professional and supportive throughout my experience. I have just received a follow up call to check that all is going ok, which has made my mind up to transfer all future dental treatments to Dental Care Carnegie.

I was very happy to find such an efficient dentistry in my local area. I had to visit for an emergency assistance and saw Dr Andrew. It was such a relief to receive very professional advice and treatment on the day! I had not been to a dentist for over 30 years and I was in QLD when I bit a piece of crackle and chipped a tooth. I went to the clinic when I came home and Alex was the dentist who fixed my tooth. I have now spent the past 15 odd years visiting Alex for regular checks and deep cleans. Pain free and professional service from all the staff. Strangely this last appointment clashed with a last minute call up to see the director of the business where I have been working and chose the dentist visit as a priority. Smile

Highly recommended at dentalcare Carnegie. Thanks so much for dr Vishi peung who professionally did root canal for me. I had very painful tooth and I was not sure which one of the tooth that actually hurt because all my nerves so painful. Dr Vishi tried to test every tooth to make sure which one was the problem one and he did fixed it very well. I am very happy with the results and never have that problem again. Both of my kids always do teeth check up at this practice, they do very good care for the kids.

I was very impressed with Dental Care Carnegie. Each and every person I dealt with from the reception staff to the nurse, and finally the dentist Dr. Alex were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. I’ve been going to a dentist friend for years, but having recently moved to Carnegie I was finding the hour drive a bit too much, so I decided to finally bite the bullet and find someone local. DentalCare Carnegie has been one of the best dental experiences i’ve ever had. Personally accomodating, they treat you like a person and not just a patient. As much as I prefer to not be at the dentist at all, they make the experience that much better with friendly customer service, welcoming staff, perfect medical practice and follow ups proceeding a major treatment. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area or anyone willing to make the trip for quality dental care :)!!!!!!

Best experience with a paediatric dentist yet, and we have seen a few. Honest, practical advice. Patient and encouraging with our young daughter. No expensive up-selling, or unnecessary additional treatments pushed. Genuine care for our daughter, centered around what was best for her. Clearly very experienced with children and families. Highly recommend if you are looking for a straight talking, kind and caring dentist. Clinic staff welcoming and friendly. Will return.

As someone who doesn’t really write reviews I had to write this one. A dental emergency with my 9yr old daughter on a Sunday going into a public holiday was not very favourable. However Dental Care Carnegie were fantastic right from the first phone call with Oliwia who was so lovely and understanding. Dr Himali was so patient and gentle with my anxious daughter and we are very grateful to have found this wonderful dentist and will now return for our general visits.

I am petrified of going to the dentist but Dr Himali and the whole team made the experience so easy. Receptionists were lovely, the premises are really clean and relaxing. There is a TV on the roof so you can watch TV while in the chair and it’s a great distraction. Dr Himali talked me through the whole appointment and was patient and understanding. When I left I had a clear understanding of next steps and what my next appointment would be like. Highly recommend

I took me a while to decide to do a review or not. I did 2 cleaning and check ups with Dr Andrew, the first I did an X-ray, and everything seemed fine, after 6 months he literally took 15 minutes to check and clean my teeth. I was thinking “weird, everywhere else take their time to clean”. Anyway, I was suspicious so 6 months later I went to another dentist who did a proper check and clean and guess what: 1 Gingivitis and 1 Periodontitis. This place is a joke

Great experience at DentalCare Carnegie! From reception(Gemma,Cam,Anat) right through to my dental nurse Divine and Dr Himali, all 5 star treatment! I was fortunate that Dr Himali and her team could see me when I was suffering with intense Wisdom tooth pain. From the initial consultation right through to post procedure aftercare, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So grateful to Dr Himali and the team at DentalCare Carnegie for looking after me!

The receptionist team and the dentists here are phenomenal! Very friendly and eager to go the extra length to make the experience comfortable. In contrast, the outside specialist they got in, Dr Paul, was much less approachable, not to mention quite abrasive to me in the lead up to my major procedure. I guess it goes to show that the staff at DentalCare are willing to uphold a very high standard of customer care that you wouldn’t get at other practices!

Hadn't seen a dentist in over a decade due to a previous poor experience. Dr Jason Ying was friendly, gentle, informative and didn't pass any judgement about my previous oral health decisions. Gave me a step by step action plan and reasonable quote to fix my oral health issues. Would also highly recommend to Bupa health insurance members with general dental cover or above: really helped with costs! Thank you Dr Jason and the Dentalcare Carnegie team :)

Having needed to get my wisdom teeth out pretty urgently, I was referred to DentalCare Carnegie by a friend based off their incredible service she had experienced a couple of months before with the same procedure. I was absolutely blown away by Dr Dave and the team with how kind and caring they were whilst getting my teeth out. Excellent dentist. Dr Ashley was so nice, helpful and made me feel very at ease. He helped me work through a good dental plan at a reasonable price point. He also works Sunday which is great as I have children and am working so make appointments during the week is hard. Also the receptionist Olivia was so helpful, she went out of her way to help me find a suitable appointment and was very accommodating. Definitely deserves the 5star rating!!

I’ve been to a couple of bad clinics so far, and I’m so glad I’ve come across DentalCare Carnegie. They have absolutely provided me the BEST dental experience. Everyone (receptionists, dental assistants & doctor) I have met so far was super friendly and helpful. Their friendliness took away a lot of my anxiety. I was so anxious about cost and experience I hadn’t been in seven years. They were so nice; listened to my needs and answered all my questions. Omg. I always come here and there no doubt that from their reception service and their kind words to their work quality. BUT this time I was just blown away with Dr.Dave. After experiencing tooth pain on Good Friday and not having any access to a local dentist over the long weekend, I booked a last minute appointment here to try fix the issue. Dr. Andrew was so great. He really helped all my anxieties and it was such a pain free experience I am so greatful for the work he has done. Still slightly anxious but feel a lot more confident to come to my future appointments

All staff are really friendly and helpful. Drs do accommodate emergency patients with welcoming attitude. Multicultural clinic with so many languages spoken that helps the patients with language barriers . They are fully equipped and you don't need to be send out for any procedures. Dentists are specialised in different levels to accommodate. Overall my brother had a great experience over there.

Did my friend tooth extraction yesterday. The booking was so fast and same day. The team working there is highly professional and kind. Dr Julie the dentist explain everything to us clearly and let us choose our option. She is really kind and professional. The staff highly trained and following up up everyday with us. Excellent practice. From initial phone call with excellent empathetic practice manager even though I was visiting from Sydney and I had an acute problem on Boxing Day. She could not have been more helpful. The receptionist and dentist were excellent and my problem was resolved painlessly. Great dentist - very friendly and professional. Had great experiences getting a sleep splint, fixing my broken retainer wire and the regular clean. Dr Rachel was very informative explaining the problems and different options available. Also the receptionists have always been very helpful at the front desk and over the phone. So glad we found this dentist when we moved to this area.

I could not recommend the team at Dentalcare Carnegie enough! They fit me in within an hour of calling for an emergency root canal on a Monday night, and I’ve since been back twice more, each time with exceptional service. Dr Himali is gentle and kind. I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Julie! I’ve had some not so great dental experiences so was quite anxious arriving to my appointment. Julie has a very kind and calming nature and I immediately felt safe. She is fast and accurate in her work and I felt zero discomfort despite having major fillings done. I’m so thankful that my teeth are now in safe hands.

I had some major work to be done and needed it in a hurry because of the pain I was in, and was able to get in on the same day. Took my 7 year old for a check up. She felt nervous before going in. She had her teeth cleaned and rear molars treated to protect them from cavities. My little girl felt so relaxed with the staff and loved everyminute of her appointment. She cant wait to go back in 6 months. Would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone with a fearful child.

From the ladies that greet you at the reception, to the dental nurses and Dr Andrew, they each made the experience incredibly pleasant. I have very sensitive teeth for various reasons and get terrible anxiety when I have a check up. The dentist was so understanding and caring. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and calm every step of the way. They gel numbed my gums and constantly asked if I was ok. Love this place.
