After having a tooth extraction, unfortunately I experienced dry socket which I can honestly say is the most relentless painful experience I have had in my adult life. Having lived with the pain for almost a week, it became so unbearable I sought out the services of Sunbury Dental House. As a new resident to Sunbury, I had gone to my previous dentist for the extraction, so I was cautious about having to go to a new Dentist given the amount of pain I was in. Honestly I was terrified but from the moment I got into the centre I felt I was in excellent hands. Everything from the friendly staff, the efficient processes and the speed of being seen. Once I was in the chair, Dr Alex explained to me I did have dry socket and the options I had available to me. He made me feel reassured he could help and was very sympathetic to the pain I was. I won’t lie, the treatment I had was not pleasant but I did not feel any pain. Constantly being asked if I was ok (I was shaking), I tried to zone out whilst watching the TV above my head! Once it was all over, I was so grateful that I have such an amazing, caring, professional dental service minutes from my house. I went home and although was still in some discomfort, the pain I had experienced in the previous week was gone. I cannot recommend this Dental Practice enough. Thank you Sunbury Dental House for taking the pain away and getting me back to my old self!

Having not seen a dentist through Covid & now working from home, I sort somewhere local. My cover was aligned to Sunbury Dental House. The website was very modern & interactive and allowed me to leave a message and questions. I was impressed to get a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment in two days. Therein everything exceeded my expectations. Ali on reception was very helpful and got me smiling. Dr Chadi completed an examination, was able to translate the outcome in very simple language, taught me something about cleaning my teeth I had never learned in all the years and put together a plan to get things on track. Equally commendable was the hygienist Anita who done my initial clean. They lived up to what the website said, exercised no judgement, made it a positive experience and I felt like I was made a priority. THANK you and highly recommend.

I’ve have the same dentist since I was a few years old, unfortunately due to availability I wasn’t able to see my usual dentist and my brother had highly recommended Sunbury Dental House. Dr Richards is one of the most amazing medical practitioners I have ever dealt with, he explains everything throughly, listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about your comfort whilst your in the chair. His light hearted approach to dentistry makes a visit to the dentist a lot less nerve wracking. All the staff at Sunbury Dental House are friendly, understanding and want to help. The girls on the front desk are kind and smiling, always willing to try and help you get done what you need, a pleasant change from the normal tough emotionless medical receptionist you see these days. If you are going to give another dentistry a go this is the one.

I would just like to say that I couldn’t thank the staff at Sunbury Dental House enough, I have been in a lot of pain with my teeth and my dentist Dr.Thea has done everything that she can to help me and with her assistants have made my experience so comfortable and caring and they are reassuring and friendly, I have had to call for emergency dentistry and all the ladies at reception have made every effort to get me seen by my dentist or someone else if they weren’t available at a short notice, Dr. Claire was just wonderful one Saturday late afternoon. I would love to recommend Sunbury Dental House to anyone for their dental needs. Excellent and very clean and safe and comfortable rooms and reasonable prices.

I have visited Sunbury dental house twice now and I am sooo happy with the friendly service provided by reception and also my dentist Alex. I felt comfortable from my first visit. With my first visit, I really appreciated the follow up call to check in and see if I was ok. That was really thoughtful and not something I'd experienced before with a health service. I'm glad I have chose Sunbury dental house as my regular dentist. Also, if payment plans are needed, they are very easy to use which is a great option as we know how financially stressful procedures can be ☺️ I am glad I followed my intuition and went with SDH!! This was my first visit to the clinic for an urgent restoration of a fallen crown. The Baachus Marsh clinic was full and the hotline operator was very helpful in finding an alternative timeslot at Sunbury clinic. Although it is farther from my place, the visit was worth the travel. Dr. Newton and his assistant were very efficient and professional in fixing my crown within half an hour. They relieved my anxiety with regular communication of the next step and checking of my response. The receptionists were also courteous with smiles, giving us a customer-oriented atmosphere. The charge was affordable as well. I have no hesitation to recommend its service.

I would like to thank everybody at there Sunbury Clinic,they made me feel relaxed as I'm someone with a phobia of dentists. I had to have 6 teeth removed that have been a major problem both physically and mentally for most of my life and there treatment of me was both professional and fast(I was in and out in less than half an hour)they were caring and understanding of my nervousness,it's currently 10 hrs since my appointent and am experiencing zero pain. Excellent! Best extraction ever, and i should know as ive had 20 out unfortunately. Beforehand i was sad, not so much about the procedure...but losing teeth. Well Dr Alex explained in detail my options for the future and that alone made me feel better. Then, with the assistance of Isabella, Dr Alex performed the most painless injection and extraction ive experienced. The practice was impressive and i felt totally at ease and cared for by all staff. The team at Sunbury dental house are amazing!! They’re so friendly, welcoming, kind and patient. I needed to get all four wisdom teeth extracted for which I was very hesitant and scared of. But Dr. Richard explained and reassured me that everything will be fine and that it would be a simple procedure. The procedure was so gentle that recovery has been great, it’s like I never got anything removed! Best dental care around. Have been attending for so many years now and even my children have grown up attending Sunbury Dental house and they have amazing teeth. Fantastic service and extremely friendly staff! I have been going to Dr.Elly since early 2020 and my teeth have never looked better! Sunbury dental house are nothing short then absolute legends and miracle workers. My toddlers love going to the dentist because the staff are so friendly, welcoming and dental procedures are handled so gently. Sunbury dental house also saved my tooth that I was sure couldn’t be saved and left me with what feels like a brand new smile. I was warned that I may have some discomfort after the procedure but the only discomfort I have had is from my jeans after being able to eat chocolate again. Would I recommend this practice?? ABSOLUTELY!!!!

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr Fong has been my dentist for over 10 years, I first saw him as a very anxious patient suffering from severe dental phobia. With his understanding and patience I was able to get the dental treatment that I needed and no longer avoid a trip to the dentist as I know I am in the best care. Myself and my family have been visiting this dentist now for over 2 years. I have has a severely traumatic experience at a different dentist which left me out of a dental chair for over 10 years BUT these guys have absolutely changed my mind about dentist. I really love there services and how gentle they are. I feel absolutely nothing while they are working on my teeth. My 6 year old has had a tooth pulled out and STILL looks forward to his 6 month clean. Absolutely outstanding I won't go anywhere else.

Had my teeth cleaned for the first time in years and to say I was worried about any permanent damage would be an understatement! Caroline was the hygienist who performed my clean and she was fabulous! Without judgement, she genuinely listened to all my concerns, explained everything she was doing and why it was being done, and she was very gentle and thorough. An amazing experience at Sunbury dental house today! Broke an old filling off the side of a tooth last night, rang SDH at 9.00am this morning, lucky enough to get a booking at 11am. By 12.30 I had a new crown fitted and was on my way. Amazing staff at front desk and back of house, efficient and professional advice and work from the dentists, and a brilliant result. I saw Dr Alex at Sunbury Dental House and he epitomises the Dental House promise of being Melbourne’s most gentle dentists. He explained everything he was doing, made sure I was comfortable and was truly very gentle on my teeth and gums. Sunbury Dentist House is amazing! I started taking my daughter here when she was 6 months old and 5 years later she actually gets excited to visit every 6 months. Such a dedicated team that are so friendly and provide the most wonderful care. I rang this morning for an emergency appointment for her and we got in straight away. The practice is very clean and you have a wonderful experience as soon as you set foot in the door. We won't go anywhere else!

Highly recommend this practice, specifically the work of Dr Alex and the friendly team of assistants and front desk staff. I've been going to SDH for a few years now, and would never dream of going anywhere else. Always get taken care of with the utmost level of professionalism and the work done is always very gentle. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter had tooth pain and they managed to get her in the same day and look at her tooth. I had a really great service and Dr Thea was very caring and reassuring throughout the whole process. She was gentle and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I came in feeling anxious about the procedure but I was greeted with a warm welcome by Dr Thea and nurse Joy. I travel from Ballarat to see these wonderful people. My most recent adventures involved a chipped tooth that they were able to do their best to fit me in the next day after I called and it was with my preferred dentist. They are always so busy but they will do everything they can to fit you in. All of the staff are fantastic. For someone whose teeth have a mind of their own, Sunbury Dental House is definitely the place to go.

First time visit to this clinic. I have found them to be professional and informative. Able to get in on the day during school hours. Alex was brilliant and will be taking the kids for their check-ups with him. Wasn't left waiting for very long. Conveniently location near Target meaning dont need to fight for carpark in Sunbury. This was my first visit to SDH after recommendations from family. Not being one of my favourite destinations like so many other people, this practice was very well organised with reception team polite and efficient.
