Of all the dentist offices in Ottawa, I would say that Dentistry @ Manotick is by far the best, kindest, and most compassionate service I have ever had. When my 2 year old son fell and chipped several teeth,  Dr. Grewal went to her office on Sunday, a day in which she is closed, in order to take a look at the severity of the damage.  After examining him and reassuring me, Dr. Grewal sent us home, and, in the subsequent days, she sent several texts to ask how he was doing, something that I would expect most dentists would not do.  As she is not a pediatric dentist, she sent out several referrals in order for my son to be seen as quickly as possible in order to ensure that there would be no complications, long lasting or permanent damage.  I would say that Dr. Grewal went above and beyond in this regard as within a few days, I already had an appointment booked with CHEO, when generally wait times can be months. Dr. Grewal is not only extremely good with children, but is an excellent dentist.  Both my wife and I have had need of dental work in the last few months and Dr. Grewal, as well as her staff, have shown us nothing but professionalism, compassion, kindness, and a willingness to listen to any and all concerns that we have.  Between my wife and I, we have had root canals, cavities filled, cleanings, and mouth guards made, all of which were expertly done and of the highest quality. Regardless of where my family and I may move, we will always call Dr. Grewal from Dentistry @ Manotick our dentist.

Changing from another dentist and going to Dr. Grewal, I had a thorough new patient exam which lasted an hour and a half and just in that appointment, Dr. Grewal did more for me than my past dentist did in the last 5 years.  She correctly pinpointed where my tooth infection was coming from and made sure her staff charted my mouth correctly.  She then made sure that I got a series of subsequent appointments to remedy all of the issues she found.  She quickly booked a root canal  and immediately penned an antibiotics prescription for my infection.  As she was performing my root canal, she was constantly asking how my pain was.  I could sense her compassion.  She also made sure I had appointments for a badly needed cleaning as well as filling two cavities. She and her staff are easy to get ahold of and friendly.  They also have good prices here.  I have made sure that my family and friends know what a wonderful place this is.

I wanted to write write this note and share my thoughts on the outstanding services and wonderful professional staff at Dentistry at Manotick. Dr. Grewal and her staff took great care of me and helped me through my day of dental surgery. I was completely relaxed, felt a sense of great comfort, and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. It has been many many years since I’ve had confidence in dental work, but all those days are gone now. Seldom do I stop to write a comment of reference and congratulations to a doctor or any other service supplier, those days are over. Having been visited to a handful of dental offices I’ve never experienced the sense of community as well as I have at Dentistry@Manotick! The staff is so friendly and polite, I’m always greeted with plenty of smiles and warming conversations. The office is modern and clean. I highly recommend this dental office to all family and friends in search of dental care. I received excellent dental care during my visit to this dentistry. Dentistry was very clean and COVAID safety measures were followed. Staff is very knowledgeable. I found the assessment to be very comprehensive, and both the hygienist (Julia) and the dentist (Dr. Grewal) took time to answer my questions and provide helpful and clear information. The whole process was very discomfort free and I have no complaint. I'm so glad to found Dentistry @ Manotik and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking amazing care.

Just had a procedure yesterday. Had to get a tooth pulled and some fillings. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Let me start by saying I have the MOST anxiety about dentist! I had 2 different appointments at other locations and never ended up following through. Yesterday they made me feel super comfortable and got the procedure done quick and easy. They helped calm my anxiety with a mild sedation. I absolutely would 100% refer everyone to this dentist. Thanks again guys

Every time I have an appointment, everyone is professional and comforting. Julia and Dr. Grewal are amazing, and I love how everyone is personable and really knowledgeable about dental health. It's actually a really pleasant dental experience here, and I wish there were more places that delivered care the way they do! Thankful for this gem!

I had complete upper and lower jaw implants on 4 and 5 pin supports. The whole process was for the most part fair and discomfort-free. I am now able to eat and chew as I if I had my original teeth. The price was very competitive and the appearance is natural. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending this dental office.

By far the best dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Grewal was very thorough, attentive and listened to my concerns. Her calming and reassuring nature made this a very pleasant visit. The front desk was also very professional and took care of all my insurance needs. Would highly recommend!

I always get the best treatment at Dentistry @ Manotick. Dr. Grewal and the hygienists are amazing and work very hard to ensure that my brother and I are well taken care of in our oral hygiene. Dr. Grewal did my Invisalign as well which was an awesome experience and worked incredibly well.

Dr. Grewal and her experienced hygienist team does great job. Reception and admin staff are also very well trained for direct billing and mannered appointment scheduling. The dentistry has waiting room, front seating area and is fully designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind.

This is by far the best dentist office I've been to in my 30years. Services are done quickly, politely, and at a reasonable price. I had a tooth repair that was unsuccessful, I came back to get a better (more expensive procedure) completed, free of charge.

I received excellent emergency care for a fractured tooth during the Covid 19 epidemic. Dr. Grewal and staff were fabulous. Very nice modern offices. Direct billing of my insurance provider. I will be switching my regular dental services to them as well.

I wanted to get second opinion for my tooth. The last place had told me that an extraction was the only solution. I was pleasantly surprised by the detailed inspection conducted by this place. They saved my tooth by conducting the appropriate procedure.

Everyone in the office is very friendly! Julia, the hygienist is very gentle. I usually leave my cleaning appointments with bleeding gums but not this time! It's a great place to go if you're at all sensitive. Highly recommended!
