I went to Sunset Dental Centre to get 2 implants done yesterday. I was a bit apprehensive and excited at the same time because it is the first time I had this type of procedure done. Overall, what can I say? It was a fanstastic experience! The clinic is extremely clean, COVID protocols were followed. The Sunset Dental Team made me feel welcome. Dr. Liu is extremely detailed, professional and very calm. He made me feel very at ease. During the implant session, he took the time to explain what he was doing evey step of the way. He constantly asked me if I was OK; I sincerely believe that he cares about his patients and has their best interest at heart. The entire procedure took less than one hour! He went over the post op instructions in detail. And, he actually called me today (the day after the procedure) to see how I was doing. Dr. Liu is a compassionate human being. If anyone is wondering should have implants done, I need to share that I have not felt any type of pain since the procedure. I am not even taking Ibuprofen because there is no pain. If you need implants, please consult with Dr. Liu, he did an awesome job and the pricing was actually extremely competitive. His assistant and himself were constantly communicating and both had a very calming vibe. I highly recommend this clinic for implants. This is not a 5 star clinic, this is a 10 star clinic. Update on August 4, 2021 - I went to Sunset Dental for a cleaning. Huge shoutout to Kaitlyn who is kind, sweet and an impeccable detailed perfectionist professional! I have made Sunset Dental my dental clinic and am extremely grateful to have found them. All of the staff is extremely professional. I highly recommend them!

J'ai découvert Sunset Dental fin 2020 en voyant une publicité sur Google 1000$ pour l'implant dentaire avec consultation initiale GRATUITE. Étant intrigué j'ai visité le site et contacté la clinique. Le docteur Robert lui même m'a répondu TRÈS vite me demandant dernier rayon X et autres examens. Peu de temps après j'étais là bas pour la consultation et il m'a confirmé que j'étais un bon candidat pour un implant dentaire. L'implant s'est fait par anastésie LOCALE. Le dentiste et son assistant étaient comme ''êtes vous excité pour votre implant dentaire ?''. Je me suis dit ils sont fous, qui est excité d'avoir sa gencive ouverte en 2 et saignant à profusion. lol .Étonnemment AUCUNE DOULEUR !!! C'est très différent de l'anastésie générale et la récupération est beaucoup plus rapide. Le docteur Robert a été TRÈS honnête avec moi et m'a dit que mon os était bon et que j'avais besoin ni d'un ajout osseux, ni d'une déviation. Il a fixé l'implant et j'ai reçu les indications et en 2 jours plus aucun saignement et tout était propre. 2e rdv 2 semaines plus tard pour inspection de l'implant, RAS. 3e rdv environ 3 mois après pour installation de la couronne et voilà ! Une dent absente depuis 2004 et FINALEMENT de retour, QUEL PLAISIR !! Aujourd'hui après 2 mois et demi les douleurs que j'avais à la nuque ont LARGEMENT diminué, l'implant est solide et je mange des 2 côtés. La qualité du service, l'accueil chaleureux du personnel, le sérieux et le prix ... SI VOUS DEVEZ FAIRE UN IMPLANT ÇA VAUT LE VOYAGE ! J'ai fait 33km pour aller les voir, 4 fois.

I had fantastic time with Dr. Robert Liu at Sunset Dental. My appointment was at 5:00pm, however due to my work and traffic, i was almost 45 minutes late. However they were understanding and waited for me. I had seen Dr. Liu before before he opened his clinic. My experience with him was unforgettable, and amazing that even though his clinic is nearly 30 - 60 min away from my home, I drove all the way to his clinic in Greely. I had really nice warm welcomed by his staff, and they followed Covid-19 protocol. The clinic was super clean and it gave off calm vibe to me. Registration was super easy and Dr. Liu and staffs were very professional and took care of my dental issue. Despite the fact I was late, I did not feel the procedure was rushed, but in fact it was very thorough. I asked many questions regarding my teeth, and Dr. Liu took his time and answered them with non technical medical terms so that I can fully understand. He even recommended me some dental products which were very cost-effective. I highly recommend this place and I even told my co-workers and friends and family about it! Thank you so much Sunset Dental Centre team and it is definitely worth driving 30-60min knowing the fact, my teeth will be treated perfectly and I'll be welcomed. (Of course I booked follow-up appointment ^^)

From the start, my experience at Sunset Dental Centre has been exceptional. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and organized. The hygienist was very skilled, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. She provided me with excellent tips to improve my daily oral care. The dental assistant was very helpful and thorough, working with Dr. Liu to correct some unusual retainer issues I had, which I thought were unfixable. Dr. Liu was very prompt, gentle, pleasant, and thorough. He provided excellent advice to assist in my oral health, even pointing out specific teeth that required additional brushing and flossing. He took his time to answer all my questions. At no time did I feel rushed. I had questions about a few procedures. I couldn't help noticing how Dr. Liu is thorough and simultaneously cost-efficient in the services he provides and recommends. I really felt that all of his recommendations were in my best interests. The clinic is very clearly cutting-edge with technology I'd never seen before. This is truly modern day dentistry at it's best. I have been to a variety of different dentists over the years and this has definitely been the best dental experience of my life. I highly recommend Dr. Liu and his team!

My experience here has been great. I went for a free invisalign consultation all the way from Orleans (I had 2 others closer to home) and as soon as I walked out I decided to go with them. Unlike other clinics, they are very flexible and accomodating and really listen to your needs and concerns. The staff are great, approachable, knowledgable, and provide exceptional customer service! I highly recommend them! For me, the long drive is totally worth it. Also worth mentioning that their price for invisalign is more reasonable compared to others I've heard. Updating this post after finishing treatment: I am very happy with the results. I no longer have an open bite and my teeth look great! The staff continued to amaze me with their high quality, personalized, empathetic, friendly, professional and flexible care all the way until the end of treatment. They go above and beyond! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Everyone here is so kind and understanding. The receptionist Lina is quick to respond to calls and emails, even called to double check with my insurance in regards to coverage before my appointment so I knew what was covered and if I'd be paying for anything out of pocket. My hygienist for my inital appointment Kaitlyn was very kind, personable and extremely good at her job! Dr. Liu did my initial exam and 2 fillings and he is equally easy to talk to, is very communicative about what is being done and asks for input throughout to make sure his patient is happy and comfortable with what is being done. I didn't catch her name but he had a different hygienist help with the fillings and she was also extremely good at her job and made the whole process very easy and not stressful for me. I rarely leave reviews but Sunset Dental is exceptional, 5 stars all around!

Hello everyone, I had a very bad experience with Sunset Dental. I went to see them a few times and i signed the contract somehow they messed up with treatments plan and i felt they were telling not truth. They tried to get advantage from me. By the way, I am Deaf. I lost $300 and they were non-refundable. They told me that I have to pay $1400 for security deposit and i refused it. I never see that kind of money you have to put security deposit.I though i understood everything but i asked them if they can refund me and they refused. They have no heart to give money back because i wasn't understanding so i guess THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. Thank god i found somewhere cheaper. Don't put a risk with them. I went though bad experiences.THANK GOD I GOT CLEAR BRACES FOR AN AMAZING PRICE.

I found Sunset Dental Centre through the internet for doing my braces. Dr. Liu gave me a free consultation and explained the work that needed to be done. He is very patient and knowledgeable. His staff are very friendly and professional. I am so glad that I found this clinic because I am seeing huge changes and my teeth are all straightening. I am getting close to finishing up my treatment and Dr. Liu recently took some photos to show me the before and after. I am so impressed. I have switched to this clinic completely although it's a bit of a drive. The clinic is modern and super clean. I would recommend Dr. Liu and his staff without any hesitation. Great job!

I first met Dr. Liu when he was a student at McGill. I went to the McGill clinic in a desperate state needing two root canals done, and not having the money to pay a regular dentist for them and not wanting to loose my teeth either. Dr. Liu worked very hard as a student to make sure everything was done exactly right and I always felt confident and comfortable under his care. 5 years later and I still have both of those teeth and now Dr. Liu is my dentist. He makes the care of his clients his top priority and he works with a wonderful and friendly team. If you are looking for a dentist you will be in good hands at Sunset Dental.

I highly recommend Sunset Dental Centre in Greely. The team is so professional, friendly and caring and the centre is incredibly clean and comfortable. I had a dental emergency about a month ago during a weekend and Dr. Liu offered to come into the office on his day off to fix my tooth. He also checked in regularly by phone to ensure I was doing well! How often does that happen in today's world? I was so impressed and grateful! If you are frustrated with your dentist and feel that they do not take your concerns seriously, maybe it time to switch, I did , after 25 years, Sunset Dental showed the care and compassion that I need for my mouth. I can eat properly and more important the pain has gone, further work is required, but I knew that going in. No fear and I am a wimp. Love the people and Dr. Robert, sensitive and caring. He real cares about you, as does all the staff.

I had a very good experience with Dr Liu but there was another dentist there that I found sub par. He put in a terrible filling that had to be redone and I told him I had a loose filling that he said I didn’t. Well the filling was loose and needed to be replaced. So this dentist is sleepwalking or just careless. I won’t go back as it is too far for me and I don’t trust this second dentist. I can however recommend Dr Liu

From start to finish the service was excellent. Everything was explained to me well, my issue was resolved and a plan implemented moving forward to prevent further issues. The staff were polite and professional. The dental office was exceptional and went above and beyond in an effort to keep their customers comfortable, and safe. Have and will continue to highly recommend Sunset.

Wonderful teeth whitening experience. The hygienist named Julia who helped me did a fantastic job. My teeth are literally shiny white ! Very interactive making a typically not so exciting experience super enjoyable. There was even an overhead TV available to watch Netflix and YouTube mid procedure. Wow ! Would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Dr. Lui is one of those rare dentists who combines a state of the art awareness of new dental technology with kindness and good old common sense. His team is bright and competent and also very kind and a recent cleaning was one of the best I have ever had. Dr. Liu also sees dentistry as a form of art and his work is clearly a testament to that!

I got my teeth cleaned by Kaitlyn. She’s very sweet and she does not hurt me like other hygienists that have cleaned my teeth. She did thorough checkup of my gums before she started to clean my teeth. This is the first time I got my gums checked. Thank you Sunset Dental Team! I highly recommend this clinic.
