I was a patient back in 2018 or 2019 but decided to leave a review because now that I am older, I realize just how sketchy their business practices are and wanted to warn people. After reading lots of these reviews, I see that I was not alone in receiving a hard sales pitch going in for my first routine cleaning for “moderate gum disease” that I had never been diagnosed with previously. Because I was young and trusting, I assumed they knew best, and felt extremely pressured to make a decision while literally still sitting in the dentist chair. They literally made it seem like if I didn’t get the “deep cleaning” my teeth were gonna fall out. I went with a financing plan and was told I would have to keep coming back every 3 months. I now see just how not normal that was and definitely should have gotten a second opinion. After I think my third or second appointment, the dental hygienist basically scolded me the entire time and told me if I kept being “non-compliant” with flossing, they would stop booking appointments with me. You would have thought my teeth were rotting out of my head. And even if they were, that’s THEIR JOB to help. I had never even had a cavity, and still have not since. I was in my young twenties, low self esteem, and very naive. I basically left without booking another appointment because I felt embarrassed and unwelcome. Now? I would have definitely gotten a second opinion. I have gotten routine cleanings at another dentists with ZERO issues or mention of gum disease. If I had moderate gum disease, I’m pretty sure I would have heard that from another dentist or I would feel sensitivity/pain. I have not. They are wanting long term clients to keep giving them money for issues that don’t exist. Not trustworthy. I hope they have changed since then, but after reading similar reviews I thought I would share my experience.

So my wife and I were looking for a Dentist closer to where we live. This seemed like the spot. I HAVE dental insurance which they accept. Scheduled for a routine cleaning ( my wife ) for 8:30am. She was left in the cleaning chair for 45 minutes after the x-rays and the dentist pop in, just to wait for a billing person and the hygienist to show up. Then they refused to give the routine cleaning because of the $1000 dollars of other work they suggested had to be done. ($3700 before insurance discount). I have never been told by a dentist office that they would not give me a routine cleaning because it is wasn't "ethical" to proceed unless I agreed to pay for 1000 dollars worth of other "suggested" treatments... (That includes over $350 for a night guard... what does that have to do with cleaning teeth.) Are some of those treatments needed for optimum health, sure maybe. Are they more important, effective, or as necessary as a routine cleaning. Most likely not at all. This place is designed to clean your teeth and then drain your wallet one tooth charge at a time. Making what you have for insurance completely pointless. I Cancelled my future appointment and would not suggest anyone to attempt this place.

I’m only providing 4/5 stars due to my last visit. I’ve been coming to the Dentist of Bellevue ever since they opened. Kyndra, Dr. Begley & Dr. Lynch are the only reason I would ever return after my last visit. The front desk staff is arrogant, especially Jaqueline. I was questioning my cost after my appointment. I asked for an insurance breakdown, and she said, “I can’t do that right now; maybe tomorrow.” I just wanted to know why insurance didn’t cover the cost of my appointment. On top of that, I requested to use CareCredit, but she tried to tell me that your purchase has to be a minimum without APR, which I understood, but I still wanted to use it. She seemed aggravated that I still wanted to proceed with the payment. Jaqueline then “tried” to sign into CareCredit and said “sorry there’s an error. Do you have another form of payment?” She proved to me until I walked out that it was going to be her way or no way. I paid my fees with another card and left. I hope leadership notices this. Again, I’ve been visiting for years and I never had an in-counter like that with any of the staff.

Absolutely wonderful. I started seeing them when I first moved to Nashville, and they are hands down the best dentist office I’ve ever encountered. From a warm and pleasant check-in to (yikes) setting up financing for a procedure, and everything in-between, they are top-notch. Kyndra is incredible; her advice and guidance have completely turned around my overall oral health—and she’s super fun, to boot. Both Doctors Begley and Meyer are knowledgeable, empathetic, and skilled. I didn’t want to spend the day before my birthday getting a temporary crown, but since I had to, I’m glad they were here for me. They were able to get me an expedited appointment with only 2 days turn-around time—AND an appointment with an endodontist for a root canal 4 days later. I’m a HUGE baby when it comes to dental work, but I trust this team. And they put up with my nightmare dentist anxiety BS Thanks, you guys

I was going to another dentist for a while until they stopped taking my insurance. I let a few years lapse before starting to go here because I, like many people, tend to avoid the dentist. All of the staff here are very caring and professional. Unfortunately in those few years of no dentist appointments I developed a few minor problems — in the past year going to this office I've had a deep cleaning and some subsequent follow-up cleanings and then a cavity/root canal/crown procedure done. I trust their professional opinions and appreciate all the info they give me when I ask questions. I also appreciate the scheduling system and won't be neglecting the dentist in the future. As many people have noted, Kyndra is a rock star and Dr. Begley is very warm and caring. Hopefully it's just routine cleanings and checkups from here on out!

From the second I spoke to the staff on the phone to schedule an appointment to the second I walked out yesterday I have never had such an amazing experience at a dentist in my life. Everyone was so informative, so sweet, so caring, and happy to be helping someone who has been self-conscious about her smile for A really long time. I’m nowhere near done with my treatment but I know I will be happy to walk into this dentist office anytime I need anything. I’ve never felt more like a person than a dollar bill at any other dentist in my life. I will recommend anybody to come here because of the experience, the environment, and the amazing staff. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Everyone who works here, from Cindy at the front desk, Kyndra the hygienist, or Dr. Lynch, makes me feel welcome, important, and expertly cared for. After not having dental insurance for a long time, I came in with some issues and they took such good care of me. I just had them do veneers on my top front teeth bc of staining from antibiotics as a kid. They look SO good and Dr. Lynch and Savannah showed great care and attention to detail throughout the process. I really could not be happier with the result. Not to mention they put me at ease when I had some tooth discomfort, always called me back promptly, and went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. I found my dentists and I’m never going anywhere else!

Most confident and clean experience that I'm driving across the city for. I have been on a dental journey and was not satisfied with the confidence level of the last two dentist offices I've visited. I came here as a referral from a friend and have been over the top satisfied. Their COVID protocol is seamless as well, I never feel at risk in this office. My dental plan is different here than with my last dentist and it's super clear where we are going next. I have a lot of work to do because I was really intimidated by the dentist for a long time. They'll work with you to find the right payment plan and offer multiple levels of payment options.

Dentists of Bellevue gives OUTSTANDING customer service and care to their patients. They were wonderful to work with during my emergency broken tooth replacement and provided upmost care that exceeded my expectations. The office manager Cindy went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me take care of a claim with my insurance company, and I'm so grateful for her professionalism and outstanding help in taking care of that issue. Dentists of Bellevue somehow found a way to make my very unpleasant dental problem as painless as possible, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new dental care provider.

SCAM artists. UNTRUSTWORTHY dentists. How terrifying to not be able to trust your doctor. I had a 'crack' in a tooth and Dr. Begley said it needed a crown. I even said "are you sure?" because crowns are expensive... couldn't a filling do the trick? She gave a speech about not rushing my decision because she wanted me to trust her. So I went for it. Yesterday, I just got a letter from the insurance company saying they reviewed the procedure (independent dentists reviewed the information) and there was no evidence that tooth required a crown- it could have been a normal filling. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The staff was very nice, but they are extremely overpriced. They gave me an estimate for my dental extraction and bone graft and then the day of my surgery added an extra $250. The procedure was already over priced. After speaking with a few friends and colleagues who have had the exact same procedure, I’ve learned that I have spent 3x as much as they have spent. This is with my “great” dental insurance. If you have extra money these people are really nice but unless you have the extra money you can find the same services for 1/3 of the price.

My experience with dentists office has been noting short of awesome!! The staff is very professional. My hygienist Kendra, well words can't begin to descript how kind, friendly, and professional she is during my cleanings and check up. Giving me advice on how and what I should do to take care of my teeth. To my dentist Macy, you too were awesome!!! Being attentive to my needs as a patient were meant with respect and care. As someone who hates going to the dentist, I really found a place that has made me feel as much comfort as possible. I just moved to Nashville and booked an emergency appointment, so I was incredibly nervous to go to a new place. However, all of the receptionists, technicians, and the dentists walked me through each step of the process and were truly welcoming compared to other offices I have been to in the past. Dr. Lynch was absolutely amazing! I am now going to be scheduling all of my future appointments with them.

5 stars top to bottom. Kat was great on arrival and handled not only being understaffed but also a very difficult, disgruntled customer. Then Dr Lynch and Kyndra were an amazing 1-2 punch. Thorough, complete, friendly, minimal wait. Listened to my concerns—namely ridding of coffee stains—everything I asked for and more. Also reviewed and discussed findings and recs before doing anything, and she is not at all pushy, which is important today. I highly recommend Dr Lynch and staff to everyone.

Warm welcoming as always. Used them before and the place was great. After two years of staying away do to COVID. I came back for cleaning which I don’t get. I thought I was at a car dealership. High pressure selling. I was told I had to have three crowns done. My teeth don’t hurt and I have had no problems with the three that they wanted to put crowns in. Sadly I will not be back. Was a good place before not now. And I came back with cookies for them. looking for a new dentist.

Kyndra Windoloski was my hygienist….If I could give her 10 stars I would….She is awesome and very nice and very professional….By far the hygienist I’ve ever had….Very laid back and funny and if you have doubts about going to the dentist….Trust me come here and ask for Kyndra….U will really like this place and Caroline Lynch was my dentist….She is amazing also….The whole crew is great! Excellent appointments. Was able to get a cleaning appointment online a few days out, they take insurance and the receptionist was nice. All of the workers were friendly, competent and quick. Dr. Begley is very intelligent, talented and good at explaining things. Not to mention the convenient office and available hours. Also they use MyChart so you can book appointments and look at your records after the visit. This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to, hands down.

I’ve been a patient for several years and I moved to Murfreesboro but I drive to see the staff of this dental office because I am treated so well. I want to recognize Cindy (the office secretary & insurance expert), Dr. Lynch (for those big rinses ), Dr. Begley (always smiling), and Kendra (for always being an outstanding hygienist). If you are looking for a multidisciplinary team for oral care this is the office to check out! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had a crown that came off, luckily the crown didn’t break and I still had the crown. I called the office where they were able to get me in the same day to get the crown back on. While I was there everyone was extremely kind and easy to talk to. They were able to get the crown back on. I had a great experience and will be recommend Dentists of Bellevue to my friends. Overall, the environment was inviting with knowledgeable staff who were very kind.

Some of the staff is very kind and really good at what they do. Unfortunately it’s under a corporate umbrella so everything that you would think comes with that (over priced. Recommend things that aren’t necessarily needed. And try to upsell you on “better materials” that other dentists will do for you with a much lower cost) they do have very nice modern tech but just depends on if you are willing to pay extra to have all the bells and whistles.

Kyndra Windoloski is the best hygienist I've ever had. She's always in a great mood, very kind, funny, & she does a fantastic job. I was really nervous about some more serious dental work I had to have done. She explained the entire process to me, why it was necessary, and what we were trying to achieve. She was happy to answer all of my questions & helped my anxiety about the whole process. I highly recommend her :)

I absolutely love Dentists of Bellevue. When I moved to Nashville, I was in year 6 of 8 having terrible periodontal issues with my gums. I dreaded my old appointments. This office is friendly from receptionist to hygienist to dentist, and they have every service on site. They tell it like it is, good and bad, but their expertise and honesty got me on a plan that solved nearly a decade of gum and mouth pain.

Great experience. I went in for a routine cleaning (though it was my first in a few years after Covid and becoming a parent) and Dr. Lynch was very clear about everything. Because I had not been to the dentist in a few years, so I expected a lecture. Instead, Dr. Lynch was positive and focused on steps moving forward. Everyone in the office seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended.

All of the staff here are so friendly and efficient. Dr. Brown is personable and explains things in a very understandable way. The office is immaculate, and their online patient portal system makes scheduling and checking in such a breeze. I’m happy to have picked them for my new dental office!
