We had our move with them and had a few issues. - the movers that came seemed like amateurs. The did not have professional moving techniques. They did not use any equipment or supplies. They failed to protect some of our delicate furniture, they did not cover or wrap anything. - their morale was low they kept giving up,saying various things would not fit to enter into the house and did not try to find alternative solutions. I had to be persistent and offer alternative ideas to get the furniture into the house. - they damaged my mother's beloved furniture hutch. She has moved to and from various homes for over 10 years and it has never been damaged by other moving companies. Deomas movers did not attempt to wrap it or protect it by wrapping a blanket on it as other movers did in the past. They had covers/blankets many in the truck, but their thought process was not at a professional level to think of such things. - one of the guys took off a door on my balcony without permission and then they could not put it back. It took over 30 minutes to try and put it back. They charged us for the extra 30 minutes. We paid for their incompetence. - they are not cheaper than other competitors, I would advise you seek more professional movers. To protect your furniture and house. -the owner was nice and responsive. He apologized for the damage to our furniture. But still would rather have undamaged items. That was our honest experience. Take what you will from it.

Deomas Concept did an absolutely great job! They were very polite and professional. They took great care in ensuring that none of my fragile items were damaged and I had lots of them. They made my move quite seamless and stress free. Their prices were very good as well compared to what other movers out here charge. Pre deposit needed which I found strange and they collect money 1 hour before the job ends (estimate the time if completion) showing lack of trust. The movers arrived on time. The move was completed quickly. Update. Took back one star because the movers didn’t put my bed back together properly. They lost a screw and didn’t put the frame back together properly. After a week of squeaking I fixed the frame myself.
