DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We have had many issues since we bought our car in April, the repairs have costed tens of thousands of dollars. I wish I would’ve have listened to the previous reviews of buyers issues with the quality of the car. The buying process was a little off, Rick helped us get in the car we wanted but for whatever reason the price of the car increased a few thousand because I was on the loan which doesn’t make any sense to me but we still went ahead and we through with the process thankfully we purchased the warranty because it has saved us thousands of dollars. It started with a slight coolant issue a few WEEKS into having the car we just thought maybe they did not maintenance and inspect the car and get it road ready like they stated so we added some coolant and thought it was good to go. Then in September 5 months after getting the car we had a transmission issue took it to the Mercedes dealership and the whole thing got replaced now a few weeks later the engine light is on and the coolant issue has gotten worse so both of those now have to be repaired. Mind you we have had the car for now 6ish months and have had issues with the engine and transmission. This is not the first vehicle we’ve purchased we have 2 other vehicles, both used and have NEVER had any issues. It just shows the quality of the vehicle’s being sold here and I know I am not the only one who has had this issue with this dealership, if I could go back and purchase from somewhere else I definitely would’ve just due to the quality and longevity of the vehicle if we did not get warranty 5 months after our purchase we would’ve been out of a vehicle.

Do not buy your car here!!!!This is a ⚠️WARNING ⚠️ these people sell lemons to their customers and take advantage of them. When i brought it to their attention they would not help fix the vehicle. I was told it was maintenance. Can anyone tell me who buys a car and eithin a week theres maintenance due on it? It was goven to me filthy, gas tank on E,broken seat belt, wipers didnt work,blinker didn't work and service stability like came on 2nd day i had it. Gave them vehicle for a week got it clean full tank gas but they claim they couldn't replicate issue w stability tracj even though i showed them light when i drop it off and had videos and photos. Rick told me theyd fix blinker,wipers seat belt so again i go to their mechanic then was told by Rick his manager Eric who still to this day has not called me that he denied getting the seat belt and wipers fix which are both safety issues. All i wanted was for them to fix tge safety issues and service the stability track then everything else that was listed by a mechanic place i had to pay for diagnostics on id get fixed on jy own but no they wouldn't. Im a single mother trying to get buy they robbed me now i have to try to fix this vehicle and pay a car note!!tSO UNFORTUNATE!With all these issues I gave it one star so that way I could write a review I would give it 0 if I could.

Just want to say first and foremost before we even purchased the car and was just looking that when we were approached till we decided to buy we were treated by great personalities and great customer service!!! This was the first thing that sold me!! I could sit down and have a cup of coffee at these great people here!! Karen was very generous came out and greeted us and was very easy to talk to and of course Mr Shay was back and forth with me on the phone and was patient with me and asking questions about making the buy Mr Shay did a great job providing all the information that I needed and that gave me and my son the ability to make the right decision! WARNING: deceptive dealer, I asked the dealer since I was an out of state buyer (which I do often and never had a problem) if the car needed any cosmetic or mechanical work, the reps insisted that the car was in excellent shape and did not need anything cosmetically or mechanically. Its a very basic question and dealers are generally always honest about this in my experience. When I got delivery of the car there was a deep gash on the passenger door, significant wear on the front bumper and the trunk had 2 black fenders stored there. When I asked the reps they said they had no idea what I was talking about and thats when I saw that the 2 front fenders were purple in color meaning it was from a different car since this car is black!!! Again the reps pretended that they didn't know what I was talking about. Finally the owner called and denied everything stating "you purchased the car as is" but to that I said I asked a simple question "Does the car have any cosmetic or mechanical issues verbally and by text and your reps both denied and said that car was in very good shape". In all my years of buying cars in person or out of state I have encountered one other dishonest dealer in IL but this level of dishonesty is a much higher level.BEWARE.

First,  I have to say I got a beautiful car from this dealership.  But, It didn't go so well after the sale. Buyers beware of the "extra" cost of buying a car from these guys. After paying $3000 down, I didn't know about the added $1000 to the sale price until we started the paperwork. Hmmm, sketchy. Then to realize I got a car that had some serious safety issues, so I'll have to follow up with DOT on who actually does the state inspections on their cars because this car should not have passed. $458.13 to cover headlamp assembly replacement/repairs and light adjustments because right assembly wasn't even installed and left one was cracked causing condensation after the rain. $25.72 for new wiper blades because right after taking delivery it rained, blades were worn out and useless. $59.54 for used tire because of bubble on tire. $558.26 for front brake rotors. So after the additional $1101.65, I have a car that is safe to drive!

If you have a brain, you will shop elsewhere. There are way too many car dealerships out there for you to waste your money at this one. After buying a car from them, the speedometer stopped working, the rear tires had to be replaced due to the insides of them being damaged due to faulty suspension, which i also replaced. the motor mounts are shot too, causing the whole interior to vibrate and the steering wheel to shake like somebody with parkinsons. Used car lots are scammy, especially in san antonio. they typically don’t care about you or what financial situation you’re in, or how your life will be affected if they sell you a car they taped together just long enough for you to drive it off the lot before it falls apart, leaving you to do the repairs that either they should have done or had been honest about the car needing.

To be honest, this wasn't our first dealership. We came to Diamond Motors after a couple of previous cars we were looking at sold before we could get to the dealership. What a blessing that turned out to be! Diamond Motors was never pushy, nor did they call me incessantly. They listened to my concerns and respected them. We live over an hour away from the dealership and I asked that my financing be in order before driving there only to have "snags: come up when trying to finalize the purchase. This request is NEVER honored by dealerships, however, Diamond Motors did just that!! All we had to do was the test drive and sign off on the paperwork. We arrived at 3:30 pm to look at the car and we drove off before 4:45 pm! It was such a quick and easy process! We couldn't be happier!

Beware when purchasing a vehicle from here I was told my vehicle had no issues, from day 1 I immediately had lights show up and had to do maintenance, it took a lot of convincing to even get them to fix it, this is after they gave me a technically we don’t have to speech, furthermore I was told I’d receive my plates in the mail nearly 10 days after my tag expired I called to my surprise they had them the whole time but never bothered to even call, text or email me that they had the plates, if this doesn’t show the type of people they are and the business they run idk what does, not sure if I’ll ever do business with them again

It was a really good experience! I had a list of what I wanted from a car dealership and this one had all the check marks. It was a fast in and out. I got to pay with a credit card without an additional charging fee! They offered to fill up my gas tank for me. The best part was that I saw for about 12 hours only that they lowered the price of the vehicle by $1000. When I arrived at the dealership the price went back up to it's original price. I explained that I saw the car for cheaper and they honored it! As for the car, just minor issues but no big deal. I took it to my mechanic and he said its perfect for the price!

Don’t purchase anything from here. I just got a mustang yesterday that they said supposedly was fine and was inspected and nothing was wrong with it. Then The next day I get it there’s tons of issues and thousands of dollars I have to pay in repairs do not trust this dealership I was sketchy at first but I gave them the benefit of the doubt but never again well I look past the unprofessionalism it’s actually sad that they have to lie to people just to get a little bit of money LMAO

I purchased my Volkswagen Tiguan over the weekend from Austin. I’m 56 years old and Rick made this process the most stress free, accommodating, professional and enjoyable purchase I’ve experienced. Danger...Danger.. I purchased a Chrysler from Rick with his word that he would fix the issues that the car had. He fixed the window and dent but had no shop or employees to take it to the shop. I agreed to take it, the charges where over 2000.00 he refused to fix it and walked past me when I returned the quote/car. I now have 20,000 debt for a broke car on my credit that I had for a week. He also refuses to give the owners number to me hes a liar an very unprofessional.. BEWARE.

So I had the typical moment where I had to get a new vehicle. I pretty much needed a new car. Rick was cool as a fan. Smooth like peanut butter. Made the process easy. The car is great. I told him what I was looking for and boom he made some things happen. I am appreciative for him giving me the chance and looking out for me. Definitely go and get you a car guys. DO NOT buy from here, I financed a vehicle after I asked if the car had any problems whatsoever Rick said there was none and off the lot it started having suspension issues which I brought it in and they said there was nothing wrong with it and gave it back to me even tho there was clearly something wrong, not even 3 months later it started having major problems and check engine light came on they were not willing to help me with any of it

They force you to sign up for an extended warranty to buy a car. Anyone who has half a brain knows this is a scam, especially when they contact with a third party. There are so many other dealerships around town that don't force you into terrible financial warranty. Look for a dealership that actually values and cares for the best interest of their customers and no just profits or ways to scam buyers into unnecessary fees.

This is the place to go for a car, the salesman Rick is so very helpful, very informative, and very clearly here to help. Worked out a very great deal on an even better car than what was originally planned. The process was so seamless and understandable I left with a better vehicle within the hour and this was my first car. Picked up the car on Friday had it less than 5 days and it stopped working. Rick (salesman) said it's not their problem. if you go, get the car inspected by an actual mechanic. Dealer submitted the incomplete paperwork to the bank 3 times, delaying the buying process by a whole week.

By far the fastest, easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Rick was awesome and remained pleasant even though the initial deal didn't work out like I planned it. Definitely will keep my eyes on the inventory at Diamond Motors for my next purchase in years to come!
