My girlfriend was going to leave a review last night, but she was so appalled by the quality of this restaurant she no longer wanted to waste her time with it. Here I am though! The only good thing about this restaurant is the lady that greeted us at the front desk... GIVE HER A RAISE ASAP. After our initial interaction with her, everything went down like a mudslide. First of all, the booths are designed to get you in and out because they are SO uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't get out of their quick enough because we sat there for 15 minutes to order drinks, 50 minutes for a salad and an hour for our actual meals. What was the excuse you may ask? "Sorry our kitchen is currently swamped". Swamped with what? There was a total of 6 tables filled. Detailed review of food I got the garlic parmesan wings with mild heat. For a restaurant named after their wings, these were an absolute embarrassment. $1.50 per wing and out of the 10 wings you gave me, four of the wings looked like they forget to feed them the entirety of their lives. When I say you could literally nibble at this wing and the meat would be gone, I MEAN IT. $1.50 per wing??? I better get wings that look like they've been injected with a secret serum causing them to look like bodybuilders. Garlic parmesan wings? I couldn't even tell. Just seemed like mild wings. Chicken quesadilla- Honestly, the quesadilla was very good, but unfortunately we didn't both order it. A little greasy, but it's bar food so what can you expect? Salad- Can't mess that up, but I wouldn't be surprised. Closing comments- If you are here for anything other than wanting to be dissapointed, I would run FAR away. Don't get their wings!

I normally go to the San Juan location, but it was Friday, and I didn't want to deal with the traffic. The place is very big with plenty of tables, and it wasn't packed. We walked in, and immediately, the hostess asked if we needed a table for 3, I said yes, and she asked me to follow. We sat down, and less than 1 minute later, a waitress got our drinks order, which she brought out right away. She asked if we wanted to order or needed a few minutes, but we knew what we wanted. I ordered a 20 piece, Buffalo mild, for my grandsons. A 10 piece medium Buffalo for me, 2 Sprites, and a Coke. The food took longer than I expected, but it was not uncomfortably long. Everything was fresh and hot and delicious. The service was impressive, and the place was very clean. I will definitely come back and recommend this location to anyone.

Came here to eat lunch with a couple for the first time after playing ball all morning. Wanted to watch a match on ESPN. Went against my belief to always get what the restaurant is known for. Since wings can be a sticky mess and the day before I got a burger elsewhere decided to eat "healthy" and cleaner so I got the fish & chips. Waitress asked me what two sides I wanted so I said potato salad and cole slaw. Assumed fries were automatic along with the fried cod. Well, it came a little overdone with zero fries and one small container of potato salad. It appeared the dish was minuscule compared to the container it arrived in. I said to myself I paid $15 for this? I asked for tarter sauce and it never arrived so I asked again after eating a few bites of the very dry fish stick and another waitress said "we ran out". Asked for the cole slaw that never arrived and they brought me a small container of it. Anyway, didn't even bother to ask for malt vinegar and didn't want to create more of a scene in front of the couple I was dining with verbalizing my unhappiness with the food until today. Wish I snapped a pic of the entree. It would've fit in nicely with this review.

Pulling into the parking lot the big building draws your attention, however, the only thing you will leave with is big disappointments. Walking in you are greeted with sarcasm and lackadaisical attitudes from the excessive staff members loitering at the host stand. The large restaurant was void on a Friday night, but don’t let the vacancy fool you. Wait time for service and for food leaves you wondering why you are subjecting yourself to the sticky tables and menus for another second. Food finally arrives, cold and presented with the same attitude the staff emanates, which is a devoid of all flavor and fervor. Inspect your food prior to biting, because a hitchhiker was found in the celery. The insect could not be innocently whisked away as it was permanently pressed into the membrane of the vegetable. We sent the food back for a chance at redemption, but everyone has limits. 20 minutes still no second chance wings. The only saving grace is the manager who did not bill us. I can’t imagine anyone putting themselves through this experience, let alone paying for it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant and give it a to a place who earns your business.

Thankfully my wings were cooked well but I asked for two different sauces paid for two five pieces since they don’t like to split sauces which is so stupid but if I should pay for two separate five pieces then I should get each sauce I ordered and instead I got only one flavor my boyfriend’s boneless wings taste like straight dried up chicken almost like beef jerky and when we got there the customer service was horrible a lady was in the back an employee smoking a blunt smell like straight weed when she came up to the register which I don’t care but make my food right don’t have my boyfriend waiting and as soon as he got to the car checked my order because the vibe is off and of course our order was wrong. I called over 10 times they took the phone off the hook locked the doors when my boyfriend was running back up there to ask about my sauce flavors just a whole horrible experience ways to $40 don’t go there

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our server was racist and made us feel very uncomfortable. We ordered a cocktail from the bar and he asked for our IDs. We showed our FL drivers license. He then made an excuse and said he needs to check with his manager if this type of ID is accepted which made no sense. For dessert we ordered funnel cake fries. He brought it in a to go box and asked if we were ready for our check. We felt rushed out the restaurant. Not only was our server racist, made us feel uncomfortable, but also made us feel like we were rushed to leave. You can tell he tried to hide his racism but he did poorly. Never returning to this location again. If you are a POC, please be careful.

I came for lunch on a weekend. The inside seemed outdated and not modern. Maybe that's what they are going for? We got 20 wings and a basket of French fries and 2 beers. 20 wings are $30. Total cost was over $50. The flavor was good but the prices are outrageous. And they are small wings too. The server was laid back and casual which fit in right compared to the atmosphere. It wasn't busy at all and I suppose that because of the price of food. Who wants to spend $30 per person after tip for lunch?? I will not be going here again due to the high prices. If you don't mind spending money, then this is an OK place to go to for wings.

There was no communication, it took almost an hour to get 10 wings and they sat in the window and were cold by the time we got them. We also ordered 10 boneless wings to go which took another 30 min after we finished and paid. Our server wasn't very reliable nor accountable. The parking lot entrance was dangerous as well they made it almost impossible to enter because of cornhole. Worst location I have been to in the United states. Will never go again. Ranch blue cheese etc all cost a dollar extra. And the math was incorrect for the recommended tips to higher amounts even though the math was completely wrong.

My family and I come in often from out of town, it’s a convenient location to where we visit family. Everytime we visit we are greeted kindly. Our latest visit our server, Dylan, was phenomenal. He was patient with our screaming toddler, and got our drinks out in a timely manner. Our food was great, we tend to get the boneless bourbon wings, or the loaded fries with bourbon wings. *DELISH* we always ask to place our childerns meals first so it can cool off by time our food is out. Our bill is also reasonably priced (we look at the prices as we order!) and feel it’s fair for the quality and service we receive. Can’t wait to visit again!

This place was hands down one of the best bar and grills I have been to. The cooks were more than exceptional handling my food, which was extremely juicy and tender on the inside, bold on the outside. The GM Bev, and our server Alex were both as kind as can be, and extremely prompt when I asked to speak to Bev. Both were very personable and made me want to come back, no questions asked. Whatever they have going on, they need to keep it up.

Didn't live up to expectations. This place used to be great. The service was slow but I can deal with that when there aren't many people working. We ordered pretzels with beer cheese. Food took forever and then pretzels came out with some sauce and our server said he'd bring the beer cheese in a minute because he didn't want us to wait any longer? Ten minutes later we had to ask for the cheese, and then when it came it was in a melted plastic cup so it had clearly just come out of the microwave. Sent it back and was no problem but ew. Great bar but would not recommend eating here.

This was the worst I have ever gotten and the manager Beth was more worried about arguing and me going through the delivery service for resolution then being concerned with the issue of miscounted and wrong flavors of wings and a hair my partner pulled out of his mouth after biting a wing. Over $100 wasted no resolution at this time and a ruined evening of celebration for us due to incompetence. Don't waste your time or money going there. They don't care

Food was absolutely terrible. Margarita tasted like green tea, Philly came out and the meat wasn’t chopped. The shrimp was rubbery, they redid the Philly and it still tasted bland and I believe they use hamburger meat! It was just a terrible experience. The only good thing was that they comped the meal but it really needed to be free! But I’m not surprised, it was a Saturday night and it was dam near empty. They just need to give it up and close this place!

We went in at 8:30 on a Sunday night. When they close at 10pm. We were waiting on hostess to finish up with her togo, when we seen the server sweeping her station roll her eyes and make facial expressions like she did not want another table. Myself being a previous restaurant owner, did not feel welcomed. So we said we'd leave. The host chased us out door asked us to let manager know. When I told him he act like he could careless!! Paid us No attention. I've never been so disappointed!!

Absolutely delicious meal. Average cost too so don't expect to pay above average prices for the above average atmosphere. Definitely family friendly despite it's location among the local drug hotels. Never had any problems while dining here and will definitely be returning again for another dinner meal!

Duck Duck Rooter held their company Christmas party here on a Saturday night(between 75 and 100 people)! All of the employees were happy to help set up and decorate, the food was amazing even though it coming out in large quantities. Beth was amazing with answering all of our questions and making room for the DJ and photobooths as well as all of the other accommodations we needed. It was all in all a great experience !

Love the food. Went out to eat Sunday night around 8 , they said the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes . When the restaurant closed at 10. Then after our meal we paid with the tablet and as we left , we heard the waitress say loudly to another table outside that we walked out without paying . Then the host or server (male) held the door while we walked out then kept yelling for us to have a good night (sarcastically) . Rudest service I have ever experienced.

This was our first time here and let me tell you it was amazing!!! We sat in the bar and our server Michelle who was so nice and helpful. For myself I topped it off with a bloody mary. We basically tasted a little of everything and got full!!!! So much leftovers to bring home lol!!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!

I feel sorry for the poor service in this place. Horrible customer service. White lady racist that spoke with me didn't let me come in, because I didn't have an ID. Am 39 year old. That's fine I didn't spend no money at this place is not worthy.

I went on a Saturday night & there was no wait time. I was serviced right away, by the waitress, who provided great service. I ordered a raspberry. OMG! It was sweet and delicious! I also ordered a Florida Girl chicken wrap, which was also a good choice.

Absolutely love Beth! She was our bartender for years until she became the manager. She keeps her staff in check, but doesn’t have to do much of that because they are AMAZING!

Terrible experience.. Ordered grilled wings and got fried wings that got burned on the grill... The beer i order came with a cracked glass... Will never come back here again unless im protesting...

Went for Jeep night as posted on Facebook. Nobody was there. Good was meh, service was blah, and facility was nah. No reason to go out of the way to get here.

Love this location. Great serve times, food is great quality! We held one of our local film bars at this spot, and they catered to our every need wonderfully! The manager Angela was great! So was Ari our server!

Staff is on point!! Great drink happy hour! Love the bumble bee wing sauce!

Allison was the most energetic, on time, and charismatic server ive ever had, i often visit the neighborhood wings/bar spots around town and ill for sure be back just for her!!!

2nd Home Staff and Managers make it a task to say hi when they first walk by to ID themselves and ask your name. Great Food and 365 flavors and add heat To your food in levels

It was a Jeep get together but like always Wings were on point. Our server Haley was amazing.
