The place was bought out from the previous 1 star review BUT it still lacks in regards to getting 5 stars. Customer service still slacks BAD. Closing before they are techincally closed. Not allowing orders due to this even though their hours state they are open and it is well before 30 minutes of closing. They don't answer the phone and their food changes on who is cooking that day. (Sometimes the wings were great some days they were absolulety horrible) as a frequent customer to this and the other establment over the bridge I will gladly choose to drive 20 minutes for the better customer service, food and atomsphere. Managers at the yellow bluff location need to do better. Train your staff to not sit in booths in customer eye sight, to check on their tables frequently, do manager touch to tables to ensure your doing the best you can. Don't tell people they can't order because the kitchen shut down an hour early, put notices up saying take out orders aren't accepted after a certain time IF this is really a thing or if your staff was lacking in caring. Make sure your tables aren't completely sticky as well. This review has been for the new 3 star vs the 1 star from the previous owners. Continue to do and work to be better.

4 people and not one person even considered the food edible. Two of four would literally eat anything as long as it's edible. 45 minutes for two overcooked burgers, one being a kids burger. Not even enough meat on kids burger to make a single meatball. It was cooked so bad that rats could play hockey with it and have no interest in eating it. Service was terrible, kitchen complained they had to cook an hr before closing. Asked to speak with a manager to figure out the issue, was told she would come to the table. Instead she doesn't show and they act like nothing happened or there wasn't an issue even after the waitress agreed that what we were served wasn't how we asked. Come to find out there is no manager currently working. Needless to say, we won't be going back unless I'm looking for a place that doesn't offer what your order and food that's inedible.

I had a horrible experience here back in May of 2023. I came in town to celebrate Mother’s Day with my mother and placed a to go order here. I came to pick up the food and the cashier checked the bag in front of make sure it was my order. When I got home, my order was missing several items that I ordered / paid for. I called but the phone was off the hook the entire day. The next day manager Jackie said all she could do was give me 10% off my next order. I was back in town today and was craving wings so I placed another order. I met with Tiffany and explained my last visit at the restaurant. She was very apologetic and comped my entire order. Thank you Tiffany for your compassion and consideration. I will definitely be returning back to this Resturant whenever I’m back in town.

Went to the New Berlin location on the Northside of Jacksonville Fl. They have a band inside playing so loud I couldn’t even hear the host to place my order. I tried ordering over the phone and was told I must pay over the phone when placing my order , apparently they don’t trust people to come pick up the food unless you pay in advance. Then when I come to the restaurant I’m told there is a 15% gratuity added to all Togo orders so they decided if I should tip for good service or not and how much. Food was Not worth eating service was horrible, I think the hostess was drunk or at least had a buzz. It was just a horrible experience all around! I would definitely not suggest this restaurant at all.

To-go order: got wings that were supposed to be tossed in the Gold Rush sauce. Got the order home and it looked like the sauce had been tossed in grease and then poured in the bottom of the tray. Then the wings were just put on top of the sauce/grease concoction. Also didn’t get the ranch or celery we asked for. But that’s on me for not checking my order before leaving. In their defense, it was extremely busy with college football kicking off and they were having bingo night there, too. So, while I won’t rush to go back there, I would give them another chance.

Unfortunately it was not the best experience. They only had one waitress for the entire restaurant. They did have a sign up stating they were understaffed. My husband and I are normally never let thay bother us but it did take time for her to get our drinks and take our order. We arrived at 7:20 and did not receive our food until 8:40. Sadly my wings were cold by the time they got to me. My husband said his were still warm. Flavor was average. I thought the staff could have been nicer and the place didn't look very clean. I normally don't leave a low star review but very disappointed.

We walk in and are the only table in the restaurant, we wait ten minutes for the server to even come take our drink order, once she gets our drink order we wait another 15 minutes for our food order again the only table in the restaurant. We were in need of refills for a good 15 minutes before we got one the server only checked on us one time other than bringing out the food and check. Very disappointed in the service.

This place is absolutely ridiculous they charge a 20% gratuity on all takeout orders I only give god 10% why should I have to give them 20% and I’m not even eating there. The food was undercooked cold I was shorted wings and all they wanted to give was 1 ranch for 20 wings then charge 1$ per extra ranch this is ridiculous. Place on inside was nasty floors were sticky and seen roaches crawling on the floor very unpleasant and unprofessional establishment roach motels in corners of floor. If I could rate a 0 I would. Poor customer service for average food

We’ve visited several times over the years and had almost given up hope until we tried again and we’re served at the bar by the AMAZING Pam!! When I tell you she is the best, y’all for real!! She is awesome and takes pride in her work and it shows! I feel she has single-handedly taken this establishment up so many notches! The wings aren’t as flavorful as they used to be. I love their Cajun Ranch sauce, but this order was somewhat lacking. As a veteran, I was really disappointed that they no longer provide an honors discount. This place is complete and utter garbage. The wings we got are smaller than little Caesar’s wings for outrageous prices. Bartenders are always good. We live not far from the restaurant. In the past we have tried to eat here but they keep changing their hours. We decided to go in in the afternoon today and it was just a bad experience. We ordered cheese sticks and they came out cold. I ordered a 5pc boneless wings and I'm not sure what I recieved. The restaurant was not busy so there should not have been any mistakes and the food should have been hot. We will not be going back to eat.

Paid $16 for 10 wings extra crispy. I get grilled wings that taste like char. I immediately called and was lied to that they were not put on the grill. 10 strikes and you're out. I can't wait for different restaurant choices to move in. You guys can't even cook wings right. I will never be back again. It is very rare to get a good meal. $16 is insane for food I just threw away. Here is a picture of my grilled wings!
