I’ve now been to this pharmacist a few times and can highly recommend them. Each time the staff from the front to the back have been equally lovely and helpful. Today an item I purchased scanned up higher than it’s actual price and before I walked away (after payment), the staff member was able to flag this and resolved very quickly. I hadn’t even noticed this and the staff member did before me! I’ve been very impressed with the services here- both Mla and Eva have been exceptional to deal with and it’s clear they genuinely care. Thank you!

Absolutely atrocious website which is clearly NOT monitored by competent I.T. people. Three times I've attempted to get onto the site and been unable to login. And YES I did remove the ad-blockers and fixed all my computer preferences, all to no avail. Beware of their catalogues too as they advertise specials that aren't available at the majority of stores but they don't specify locations. I can't be bothered wasting my time trying to access this pharmacy group so now all my business will go to Chemist Warehouse. Thanks for nothing!!!

Was told my script would take fifteen minutes to dispense, (was not busy) returned after 15 minutes to be asked would I prefer the generic brand, so it hadn't even begun to be processed. After another 10 minutes was told my script was invalid for some reason and I would need to reschedule an appointment with my GP to rectify the problem, also that my escript had now been cancelled. Tried the "cancelled" script with my local pharmacy and my script was dispensed quickly without issue. Won't be returning to this place.

Absolutely shocking service and poor practices in not providing a replacement product or offer of a refund when a faulty product is returned to the store within 30 days. Do not purchase anything mechanical or electrical from this store as they will revert you to the manufacturer for a replacement when faulty at huge expense. Unbelievable!

Had a great experience at this new chemist addition to Karingal Hub. Was after some paracetamol for my partner and located them quickly with the assistance of the pharmacist. They won't be able to compete on pricing with the likes of CW however the service will keep me coming back to this store.

Be mindful of their ridiculous returns policy '7 days' even when items had not been touched or opened. No negotiation or bother to keep their customers happy, I will never shop here again for gifts or prescriptions. These were Xmas gifts
