I was recommended Direct Point Electrical by my partner who also used them for some work at his house. I contacted them with the work I wanted performed, a fan to be installed under my alfresco and two heat lamps for my bathrooms. They came back to me with a quote and I requested if these items could be installed before Christmas. It was no trouble at all. After accepting the quote Dean came back to me with an installation day for the following week. Today Ryan turned up at 7am very prompt, courteous and introduced himself. Showed him where everything needed to go and he set about doing his work. Extremely efficient, very clean worker tidied up after all the work he did. Great work Ryan! When I first moved into my house, I had some basic works done (new GPOs, data point, TV hang etc.). A year later, I called these guys back for a full electrical rough-in and fit-off of a garage-to-home business conversion (pics don't really do the scope justice, but you get the idea). The quality, punctuality, and responsivity were all of the same high standard I'd experienced earlier. Nothing had changed. Corey and Ryan came to do some electrical work at my home and I could not have been happier with the quality of work and attitude they brought to their work. We just changed the whole house to downlight's and had 4 new ceiling fans installed by Dean from Direct Point Electrical. The job he did was fantastic! Among the 3 companies I called, Dean came within 1hr. He replaced a faulty breaker and found a faulty power outlet which was causing problems, all in about 45 min. Price wise, a bit more than average, but definitely worth it every dollar. He also replaced 3 power outlet the next day. Service i will use again if needed and highly recommend it

Ryan and Mitch did a great job installing light fixtures, flood lights, and all the wiring that came with it, in our house. They did a clean job and you can see the high quality of their work. They were on time and easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely use their services if needed in the future. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE DIRECT POINT ELECTRICAL PTY LTD!!!!! Witnessed these flogs driving the Direct Point Electrical van throwing rubbish out of their passenger side window while driving. Absolute disgrace. If they can’t do the simple task of putting rubbish into a bin who knows what other shortcuts this company are taking? USE AT OWN RISK!

I have used Direct Point on a few occasions now, and they have always been professional and punctual. I had them back today installing fans and USB powerpoints and they did a great job and left the areas clean and tidy afterwards.
