I am on my second car from them My first car was the best , I absolutely miss it It was a 2001 Toyota Sequoia 14 years old when I got it from them , 73,000 org miles when I drove it off their lot not one major issue Small issue but I fixed them a year ago I rear ended a truck very very small damage but my baby was totaled, at that time it only had 134,000 miles still going strong ... the point is that they know their cars and they know how to pick them , unfortunately I had to settle for a much smaller car another Toyota running great except, it definitely needed suspension work I am not a auto mechanic there was a strange noise at time of test drive but again I just chaulked it up to being a car I wasn’t used to When I finally did mention it my warranty was not valid any longer , I am not sure this was something they would have taken care of but I am not saying this to lessen the quality and service you’re going to get! I’ll keep going back to them as long as they keep buying quality cars .... I have always made my payments on time and I am in good standing with them if I know I am going to have a possible issue I call them as soon as I know. The owner is a Fantastic Man , because his heart is right he’s a Christian and God is placed first all other falls in behind as it should . I love these people!

This place is unorganized and lacks communication. John the manager was very rude to me and even judged me based on my age. I usually go in there to make weekly payments and for once i decided to skip a week to save up more than 2 weeks worth of what i usually give. My car got repo'd and was never even notified of being past due, did not receive a phone call or voicemail nor a letter. Then they tried saying that i didnt have insurance on the vehicle even though i provided proof to them twice and was confirmed by John that everything was clear. Now they are stating that there was not even that conversation and never received proof of insurance. And what really is going to prevent me from ever going to them again is that John had the nerve to ask me how old i was and i stated that that wasnt important right now i am trying to get my vehicle back and he stated that yes it is cause we are not going to babysit you. Wow such professionalism! Im a 23 year old hard working pregnant female who's been independent since the age of 16, i think im well past the babysitting stage dont you think! These people lie and judge, not worth it.

So my husband and I had been looking for over a week for a new second car and went up and down Military and just bad Experience all we check just about every car dealership... This past Friday we when coming from a dealership that had a little Nissan 9500 it made some noise and needed new tires but it was better then any other of the cars that we looked at but the when asking 2500 down and that was way over are budget... I'm not accustomed to getting good service, let alone great service. Discount Auto Center has been the latter for me. I am a first time customer with them, and this will not be the last time. I got an 01 Jimmy, and it was in great shape for a 20 yr old car. After picking it up over the weekend, I drove it into work. It started to smoke. I thought, "Oh no, this can't be!! I JUST BOUGHT IT!! I TEST DROVE IT 3 TIMES TO BE SURE!!" I towed it back to the dealer, explained the situation, and they got me right. Most companies who fly a Christian Flag on their property don't often live up to the tenets of Scripture. Discount Auto Center is NOT that place. They live what they read, and that equates to great customer service, and you don't have to believe as they do to get the care that I did today. Thank you to David, Ramon, and all of the staff for helping this Dad get a 2nd start in life.

One word to describe this place is integrity, and there’s nothing I respect more than that. My truck’s battery died within the first week of me me buying it. David PAID for it to be replaced. Even offered a tow. He didn’t have to do that. It’s not in the warranty. I also purchased it with a broken radio, which we had discussed them fixing in a couple weeks but no set date. There was no documentation on that... just their word. So I was surprised when he actually had me come in to get my radio replaced. He didn’t have to do that, either. He took care of everything for me, including getting it registered and all. Thanks David!!!! It was my first time buying from a dealer, and I’m so grateful to be treated like family.

Small business with big hearts. The staff here are very professional and caring. I felt very comfortable buying a vehicle from them. First off the vehicles they have are very clean and reliable. Even after my purchase, they serviced the engine, the brakes, put a new serpentine belt and detailed the inside. And it came with a 90 day warranty on the transmission and differential. Many other dealerships want to sell you anything they can. The staff here both in manner and action showed that they want to make sure that you are happy with what you buy and that it will be reliable for years to come. I highly recommend you consider this dealership if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

My truck kept braking down leaving me stranded. I kept having to take it to a mechanic to get fixed. I spent thousands on repairs. Not to mention my moms truck also, her brakes went out almost causing a bad accident and her truck also kept braking down. I would never buy a car or truck from them again unless I have a death wish or want to be left broke. My mom and I both went and just bought us new trucks because we want to live life without stressing about being stranded and we want to use our money for other things besides repairs. What are the odds that both of our trucks were from Discount Auto and all we did was have issues with them.

So we bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and my vehicles thus far have been good vehicles for the Last 2 years. Well I will say this today. I will never EVER PURCAHSE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM.. People were nice n promised alot I paid good money for the truck 4 months later truck broke down. I called them n they told me there was nothing they were going to do after paying 18k for a truck that I only use for couple months. I'm already to much money into the truck so I had no choice but to rebuild the motor $3600 I will never buy from These guys again nothing but issues n false promises that they will help u after ur warranty is up its a bunch of lies. Facebook just reminded me that it has been a whole year since i purchased my 2014 Jeep Compass from Discount Auto Center! I went here 3 days ago for them to put a starter on my car and they haven’t given it back yet and dose it really take this long to get a starter on a car! They called and said “we couldn’t get the starter” so the6 had to take it to another shop. So unless ur looking for a new starter or most repair DO NOT GO bc I have plans today and it is 12:18 Pm rn (in the day) and they still haven’t called. And I need to go somewhere at 1:00 on and 6:00.

Bought a car from this lot, through bank loan. Got 3 month warranty. Noticed a hesitation when we let go of the brake, seemed like a transmission issue. Took back, were told that the problem was resolved, nothing done to car, tranmission went out at 83000 miles and we were back and forth with the carlot until the 3 months had expired and they said there was nothing they could do. Had to have it fixed at a mechanic shop for $3800

Great people, very easy to talk too. While I was there the head guy, after discussing options with a customer, told him before you go you need to put air in your tire. The man didn't know he had driven in on a nearly flat tire. He had the man pull around the office and his salesman went out and aired up his tire. And yes, the salesman was nice as well.

Staff is completely uneducated or are trying to sell you a vehicle knowing the facts are incorrect. They offer warranty but nothing is actually covered. Their vehicles are overpriced for the mileage and year. Went in to try and get a cheap car and ended up buying a 2019 Malibu at an actual dealership that was still cheaper.

They take your money offer you things and don’t follow through state the don’t have receipts and that I should look up my account to see when I paid cause the don’t keep the records offer a warranty and tell you if offers things then when need state it dose not cover and they don’t seem to care as long as they got there’s

The customer service is subpar. There were no salesmen outside. I walked the lot for about 20 minutes and not one sales person came out to offer assistance. I likely would have made a purchase but I don’t tolerate bad customer service given that my money helps keep you in business and getting paid.
