I am also adding in that I tried to reach out to the owner of the company & they keep on avoiding that situation. Also Adding to my review be sure to read down below just wanted to add that they agreed to pay for half of the transmission but still did a poor job transmission was leaking from 2 ends had to tighten whatever work they left unfinished or improperly done or dishonestly done they have a very bad mechanic seemingly to fix things just to make them more money just a disHonest Company here there is always an issue every time they fix something I have to return it or go fix it somewhere else myself also I called to leave a message so I can let them know the situation I am still having and Mario never returned my call this is a very bad place I would definitely not recommend them Still no stars a very rocky and uncomfortable experience. Definitely would not recommend to go here they sell you lemons! Removed my old review and putting a new review. Could not delete the old one so just edited it. And also I don't think it's fair that I purchased this vehicle only 5 months ago and already the transmission is giving out! I paid $18,000 for this vehicle & it was high in mileage but they kept on suggesting because of the lift kit & the custom rims and tires that's why the vehicle was so much I got ripped off! Amongst other issues that they did repair but I had to pay to get fixed. I did mention early on about the transmission and also about lights that were going on and off and they failed to address the situation so we had to repair it ourselves we replaced the alternator. Over and over again I had to repeatedly go back at least three times unsatisfactory! I Also wanted to point out one of the lot attendants or sales guy was on a power trip and I got in a little bit of a confrontation with him then pointed out that he had an attitude and then he all of a sudden adjusted his attitude he was very negative at first like he was from the street but then like I said when I pointed it out he switched it up to a positive mode! Still shouldn't of had that experience. Also want to point out that yes I was upset when I was talking to manager Mario so I went to apologize to Mario but he didn't seem to care or accept my apology he just looked away and stayed in his rude bad attitude mode! Very poor management! I would like the owner to please contact me so that he or she is aware of my very unpleasant experience and also aware of the vehicle that they sold me that I believe is a lemon haven't contacted a lawyer yet but I am now deciding to go ahead and put in a complaint in with the better business bureau, they, which is Discount Auto Sales have my information there in the office. I have also decided that this is too much and has gone on too far with not really any sympathy from the people that sold this vehicle to me or at least honoring & fixing the things that they should replace and that they should pay for. Only if they did a fair share of the transmission getting fixed. Because I do feel that they are selling vehicles that are not worthy of the price that they're asking for $18,000 vehicle and transmission is going out after 5 months no good! I also noticed down below that there was someone else that purchased a vehicle that had the transmission go out on them as well sounds like unsatisfactory like I said prices outraged and issues with their vehicles after purchasing them and driving them. So I just got off the phone with Mario told him to read the review and I got a call from the mechanic which his name is Ivan Alcantar he was pretty upset and was trying to argue with me very unprofessional and you could tell that they don't want to help out or cover the part of the transmission cost because they want to sit there and argue with me so unprofessionally sorry Ivan I need the owner to give me a call I'm going to proceed on to put the complaint in with the Better Business Bureau and look into getting a lawyer!

I would give Zero stars, it's not an option...about 2 yrs now we went to purchase a car at the moment they didn't have the car we wanted and after many tests drives (mind you al in one day) a 2009 GMC Denali was in the "SHOWROOM"/ office and yes the car was in good conditions. Like all used car salesmen do they offered us the car to test drive even to the point where they said we could take the car out for us to take our daughter out to eat then return and tell them what we thought of the car. Not to take too much of your time...we went down the road and returned...I was still not very interested in the car but we still continued with the paper work. A week into having the car the catalytic stoped working when we took the car back Mario " The office manager " was saying we had to pay for it to be fixed. That was our first issue with this location. Second issue a month after having the car we call the finance company to make the payment and we are told that we had to call the dealer since they never got the paper work. My husbsnd goes own to the office to make the payment and is told by Mario a new contract had to be made now the car was going to be a buy here pay here. The second contract till this day has not touched our hands. We have been to the office tried to talked with the OWNER to see if we could come to some kind of reasonable agreement as to the original price quoted to us by the sales men..we have also tried asking why the price of the car is the same price of a brand new car..Mario gives us run arounds with talk about the policy and don't give any answers that are satisfactory or that even make sense. Last week once again we went into the office under false pretenses we asked to sit down with the OWNER and we made an appointment, the lady said that the OWNER would be there. We went into the office since they needed to do some type of "BANK INSPECTION" when we arrive we are told the OWNER would not be present, this upset both my husband and myself. Tonight we are called out side by our neighbors..our car was bring repossessed...(by some very rude and disrespectful men...who by the way refused to let my husband get his work materials from the car) this company has been a freaken nightmare. I don't recommend anyone buying a car here or doing any type of business with them, I have spoken with other people who have had similar experiences with them.

Ok. Here we go. Took our van in to get fixed cause our neighbor backed into it and this is where her insurance sent us. Told us it'd just be the bumper. Took the bumper off and realized it needed more work, but had to order the parts. Picked up the van (battery COMPLETELY dead.. they jumped it for us)and parts came in a week and a half later. Dropped of van and left it for a week to get repaired. When went to pick up the van they found another part that needed replacing that they didn't have the part for. Battery was COMPLETELY dead again. They jumped it for is again but asked us if we had thst problem often. NOT before we brought it to them to work on.. we took it home. Another week and a half later part was in and we took the van back in to be repaired. Finally finished. A month later (we didn't drive it much during that time) tried to leave for vacation. Van was COMPLETELY dead again. Jumped it ourselves, but found out that they had dropped something on the connection part of the battery to the wire connected to the engine and it came loose. Instead of fixing it, they Jimmy rigged it by shoving a screw in-between to keep it tight. Would NOT recommend using them for repairs. **update** shop called me and is working out a solution for me. Great customer service but horrible communication skills! My husband and I purchased a truck from here and the day we got it the truck was great but the very next week the A/c was out, tire pressure light on , brakes went out, and battery was appropriate for the vehicle (my mechanic looked at it) so we took it in the see Mario after Adrian told us he would personally make sure it got done. Mario said our warranty didn’t cover anything that didn’t affect driving the vehicle but news flash if the battery keeps shutting off that’s affecting the suv to be driven if the brakes give out that affects the suv from being drivev, if the tire gets a flat that was stopping us from driving it. Then my phone got turned off because I didn’t wanna pay the bill so I was contacting them by email and not once did they mention insurance bill being due on a specific day they just had the car towed knowing I had my kids car seats etc in there. The money for the payment was in the truck and I had just set up auto pay but I guess it never went through I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a vehicle from then. They’ve been wanting to take the truck from me since I got it any little thing was answered with (or we’ll have to tow the truck) never again will I got to a tiny ran down shop again

Not to happy with the deal we got on the car for my bf but we dealt with it, then he telling them about the transmission took them about a month or two to do anything about it, then fighting with them to get the same key and alarm key as what he gave them when he dropped off the car to be fixed... fine we got through that... but since we got the car EVER time I call to make my payment, and I do mean EVERYTIME I call. .. I follow the prompts to get the payment dept (option #6) I literally have let the phone ring anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes. Sometimes someone in a different dept will pick up and then I am transferred and then the payment dept will answer, most times I hang up at 10 minutes call back pick a random option from the prompt and someone answers and transfers me. I would say if no one is going to pick up when u hit option #6 take that option off the recording.

Do not buy from these guys, they only good at taking your money, and when you need an answer from the financing department or any repair to the car you buy, they just go around sending you to one of other to get you an answer. I never got copies of the purchase contract and when I went to get them they keep on saying that cannot give it without authorization of Mario (Financing dept), and he is allways busy to help other than taking your money and closing a deal. Beside the truck I got is a trick not a truck! Battery die in me the next day, and the engine was f**k , engine light keeps on coming off and stalling at all times. Yea, it look good but wasn't ay good at all. Now they don't want to give me down payment back and they want to deduct a suppost to fee of $399 for their dpartment. TOTAL RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Hate this place. I went in was told bring 1500 down and the car is yours. I drove an hour the next day ro come get the car and took a day off work. When i came in the original sales person was not there and a new one took over. The bew rep told me everything the prior rep said was a lie and deal is voided. Now he stated i need 2500 down. This place is a job. The sales people dont know what they are doing and the managers just blame the reps. I spoke to both finance manager and manager and both told with my first rep is a lier and cant do the deal without 1500. I guess i shouldnt be suprised as when i found the post for the car on the post it had 3 different prices. I guess they dont know what they are doing. And when i was in there the reps seemed very hostile toward each other. Not a good place do not ever go here.

DON'T believe positive reviews.. I wish I paid more attention to the bad reviews they are very truthful and describe my experience. My vehicle has had the engine light on since I took it off the lot, air don't work, and it ticks. I take it to them all the time and it's always the same outcome I'm very frustrated with them and would not recommend them to anyone. Now I'm stuck and they are not so helpful as I thought, I always call and leave messages never get a call back, the list goes on. When I first took it in for repairs, I even had parts removed without permission, I think they thought I would not notice. They got my money and got me to sign and now I'm like nothing but a nuisance for them, I just want my truck fixed right since I already got ripped off. DON'T let it happen to you stay away.

WARNING! I have already taken my car in for over heating and a/c issues this will be the 3 slash 4th times only because the 3rd time around they did not have the piece to fix my car but I guess we don't have any Auto zone or Napa stores around so that they have to order my part from some place far to come in a week and a half and still waiting to arrive late. So when they gave me the car it was ok to drive now when I called in because the car over heated Mario had the nerve to say that the over heating was due to the same issue I was having. At this point I want to say screw my credit and just take this broken down car and you know what with it! Please do not buy any car from them save up your money and go to a real dealership.

If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle I would go somewhere else I bought a Honda pilot from their lot and less then 24 hours after driving off the lot the transmission went out while me and my 2 year old son were driving on the freeway. They refused to give me my down payment back and I got stuck with a car that was in the same condition as the Honda I had purchased. You are better going to bill Luke or Larry h Miller where the used vehicle's are maintained before selling. *The owner said i was given a new vehicle at no extra cost that is a lie I gave them 500 extra dollars after they made me switch into a different vehicle*

I just learn i couldnt get my truck back due to me losing insurance coverage for 3 weeks. I never missed a car payment and lapses on insurance due to trying to find another insurance that was cheap. I needed a work truck immediately so they sensed I was desperate. Sold me a work truck that broke down every month. It had body damage already so the only place that would insure it was their insurance company. I talked with Mario about getting it fixed they worked with me on the repairs and the next day the same problem was happening. I told Mario the truck was a lemon they fixed it again but came up with an extra $1000 bill. Wouldn't even let me get another truck. Mario ignored my calls for 2 weeks. I lost a good job from that truck breaking down so much. I hope no one else gets humiliated like I did.

Inquired about a 2011 f150 4x4 lariat edition. They said it was a bit out of my price range, but did everything they could to help me finance the truck. Next thing I knew I was driving off the lot in a very nice vehicle. I've been driving it for a week now with zero issues. I did however purchase mechanic insurance just to make myself feel better about my purchase. That way if anything does break down, I will be covered. I'm so glad I walked into Discount Auto Sales today. Over this passed weekend I lost my car due to a fire I felt like all hope was lost. Than I referred to Discount Auto. Soon as we walked up we were greeted by Adrian with a great smile and welcoming hand shack. Hoping to go home in something nice to show I work hard for my money. I didn't have all what they where looking for but Bob and Adrian wouldn't let us walk way with out trying everything in their power to make our dreams come true . After dealing with a sales associate and the stablishments manager, the negative reviews got thrown out of the decision of getting a car at this stablishment. Even though we (personal problem) were not able to continued with the purchase, the team was increadably understanding and not hesitant of understanding our situation. I have bought brand new cars at reputable stablishments and the treatment is always hostile. I can honestly say this stablishment is understanding and will not force anyone to jump on a deal. I would recommend this place.

This place has POOR customer service. They have a phone menu with options and when you press the option you need, you are forwarded to a voicemail where no one calls you back even after leaving a message. When you press another option, you are transferred to finance who is extremely rude. They are quick to give you inaccurate wrong information and cant ever answer a questions correctly. I would personally not purchase anything from this lot. Not because of the vehicles, but because of the poor lack of customer service. This place SUCKS!!!

Please don't believe the good reviews for Dicount Auto Sales in Phoenix. I bought a BMW X5 which from what they told me and showed me on the title that it was a clean title. A year later I decided to trade in to get my self another vehicle and come to find out the vehicle is a salvage title. They title washed the vehicle when they purchased from the auction in Colorado and brought it to Arizona as clean title. I called them with my concerns and all they did was laugh and not help. I advice everyone to stay away from the dealer.

We realized the car we bought over a year ago had structural damage reported on our carfax report. After a writing a bad review online I was called in to talk about the matter. The manager took the time to review the report with us and make sure we understood what that means and are still satisfied with our initial purchase. He was very thorough and did not mind at all that it was past his closing time. He even offered us a generous trade in offer in case we wanted to finance a different car.

Totally wrongly advertised said vehicle was a 4or and it was a 2wheel drive.. I feel that since it was my daughter and he felt that he could pass it off as a 4or and we wouldn't know the difference. Said we where approved.. my daughter told him she was waiting for her taxes to give a lump sum payment.. he asked to look at her refund amount.. all of a sudden we where no longer approved.. and he needed more money down. We walked out

Friends Recently made a purchase from this company. Next day the motor blows up on a 30k car. Now they are trying to refuse to give them their money back and this company still has the blown up SUV!. They buy cars from auction, do zero inspection or maintenance and try and charge full price for them. Will not stand behind their cars. I bought my Kia Soul from them last December. I love my car, but I took it in to get it inspected, it failed. I was told by the inspector that the battery was the wrong size and had been shaved down, there was no battery tie down at all. I was told the car should never have passed inspection to be sold ti me. SO now im having to spend $$$ to fix what they should have before it was sold to me.
