खूप वाईट अनुभव आलेला आहे ह्या पोस्ट ऑफीस च पहिला तर पार्सल दिलेल्या पत्त्यावर आला नाही , कोणताही फोन आला नाही काही नाही , पार्सल घ्यायला गेलो तेव्हा तेथील कर्मचारी म्हणाले आम्ही घरी जाऊन आलो कोणी नव्हत, चुकीच्या पत्या वर जाणार तर कसं कोणाला पार्सल मिळेल महत्त्वाचं तर हे आहे की तेथील कर्मचारी म्हणाले पार्सल पाहिजे असेल तर पैसे द्यावे लागतील नाही तर पार्सल परत करेन , अस असेल तर आता खूप जुन्या पोस्टल सर्व्हिस वरती कसा कोण विश्वास ठेवणार खूपच छान अनुभव आलेला आहे

Pathetic service.. they don't have any management system. Postman is not available. Employees don't behave properly to customer. Parcels and letters are not delivered and we have to go to the Post office many times to get it. They ask for tracking ID of RC book and rto license for which again we have visit rto and get that tracking no. Which is not needed as they can directly search and find that easily. Their service is very slow. Office timings are also very short.

Worst service, At time of visiting the post office they says we will call back once parcel reaches to us but they don't even call once...They just return the parcel back ....It happens most of the time....We just go to post office and they say we r not getting the parcel we will call u back and in tracking its showing diwa b.o...But after few without informing they just return the parcel

This post office is of now use. They don't deliver the parcels and Couriers. They are asking to send from Thane. Now I can not move in this lockdown that is why I am sending the Courier. How I am supposed to go to thane and send it in this critical situation. I request you to Kindly, start the parcel services at the earliest.

One of the worst office!! No postman available here, they don't deliver consignments. They just call once and if u miss that call they will resend your parcel. Don't know which office timing they are following, opens at 11am and closes at 4pm. Because of such post offices Indian Post is struggling and might get privatise.

यहां पुराने तरीके से काम किया जाता है। ना यहां कोई कंप्यूटर है ना कोई जानकारी वाला व्यक्ति। यहां काम करने वाले लोग इमादरी से काम नहीं करते है। ना कोई समय से आता है ना कोई समय से जाता है। दिवा में स्वतंत्र पोस्ट ऑफिस नहीं है। कृपया दिवा को नया पिन के साथ साथ नया और पोस्ट ऑफिस और पोस्ट बैंक का सरकार से विनती करे।

09 oct ko diva post office me notice aaya hai just samne wali building gangu bai apartment B -206 me delivery karna hai wo notice abhi tak delivery nahi huaa postman ko 100-200 ki rishwat dekar delay karwa rahe hai court ki notice jo koi seniar staff honga to postman ko boliye delivery karwa ne

One if the Worst Branch Office of Indian Post in India Most lazy & inefficient staff are deployed in this Branch Office Mumbra Office has no Control on this Local staff Hope @indiapost will take up this issue & do something to improve their services in Diva

Very bad and irresponsible post office, this post office is taking more than a week to deliver one courier from Mumbra to Diva which is 5 mins distance from train. No one answering the call and providing any input

One of best post office I have ever visited. Everyone is very cooperative and very helpful. The lady post master also guides customer in the right way and helps in doing work in much better ways and faster way.

Mera parcel 17 March se pending pada hai. Jab bhi jao puchne to 4-5 din bad aao bolte hai.. Ab next year ka 17 March aane ke bad hi denge shayad.
