I wanted to give even less than this. Very unprofessional and also they dont deliver the monthly magazines. When I asked why they are not delivering to the flat they said we should have a post box otherwise they wont deliver the package. Very strange in apts if the mail box is not there then they will skip the delivery. This is going on for several years. Postman is arrogant and the registered post recently came was torn and folded damaged, that was the certificate when asked he said it came like that. Postman does not give his number nor show his id while entering apartment while it is mandate to give this info. Speed post or registered post intimation will not be there. Staff accountability is zero here. Post master is supporting all of them. When we visit postoffice none of them responds properly have to wait for hours. I think orientation classes to be taken to these guys on how to behave with customers.

My daughter's passport was dispatched from NSH Mumbai to Manpada S.O. I was tracking the speed post online where it took just 1 day to send the passport to Manpada S.O but for 3 days it was Manpada S.O and not gone out for delivery. Obviously I called on the number and no one picked up. I travelled then to this post which is 15 mins drive from my place. As expected the office was in a messy condition. However, when I inquired about the passport, representative there were quite helpful and checked the tracking and gave me the passport which was lying along with bunch of other packages. On further inquiry, they told me that there is only 1 postman who handles all these deliveries and hence the delay. Regarding the telephone number, the person in that office told me they don't have any phone in that office. I give 2 star only for a little bit cooperative staff person.

I went there to collect my misses Speed post. They gave me 3 days time to collect the same. As i was out of town i visited on 4th day but staff said we return it on 3rd day evening. It seems they are in hurry to return the post. After few days i got the sms and track the details and got to know they returned much later not on 3rd day. Now i have to collect my RC from RTo. Postman are so imp that they can't leave their phone numbers on slip. I would request postmaster of this post office to guide your staff otherwise day is not far you will be called by higher authorities for sure. Pls do improve your service. You are getting paid for services. Better to see example of MTNL. Do for people. And ask your staff to write proper name on society register when entering in apartment.

Very unsupportive staff & worst service by Manpada post office. The staff reaches post office 20 to 30 min. late whereas their daily working hours starts from 09:00 AM but many staff employees reach office at 09:30 AM. Also they close their counter sharp at 02:00 PM or 12:00 PM on Saturday & if anybody is late for 5 min they don't entertain. Many days in a month their internet does not work & due to this reason they close their counter & does not work. I don't know why goverment is paying salary to these kind of branch employees if they don't work. I think the main Post office of Maharastra should look into this urgently because due to their employees rude behaviour & not working attitude many customers are facing problem in operating their account.

The reason I had to visit the PO was to collect a letter whose delivery we had missed. In case you are collecting the post on behalf of someone please make sure to carry your ID proof and an authority letter. The staff behaviour was unprofessional. Below things I wish PO to implement: 1. They start calling up customer to inform about expected postal delivery timing. 2. Train the staff on customer service. 3. In case of missed delivery, the slip should mention about the sender of the post. We had no clue what post had come. Also not sure why their address mentions PIN as 421204 whereas the area PIN is 421201.

Very poor experience, I reached at 4:30 pm to manpada post office but the staff has told it has been closed and ask to collect article between 10:30 to 12:30 tomorrow morning also I requested lot. I don't know is the post office is open only for 2 hours. Post office should go under private firm. I had article dispatched from bank on 22 April but when I checked my dispatch status they easily updated in module address not found. I don't know wheather they came or not in my area for delivering, but one thing how private couriers get address properly and deliver article very fast.

I was supposed to get a parcel from China, it reached all the way from there to the post office close to my location ( manpada post office)! but when I went there to collect it, they said it's been sent back to China because the address on it was incomplete! how is that even possible!?? even the acknowledgement email from the sender has the full correct address on it, then why would he write incomplete address on the actual parcel then!?? these people have definitely lost the parcel or stolen it! I'm not surprised at all! They've definitely not even attempted to deliver!

This post service is worst. I use to get my parcel in april, by giving detailed address also they are not trying to deliver, im getting message in tracking details that, addresse cannot be located. It went back to tamilnadu. Again my dealer shipped the parcel in another address which is in prime location, again they marked same reason. What the hell is going. If u cant give the service y are u running it just to spoil our governmnt name. I have very serious issue with this post service.. Worst one never go with this post..

Pathetic staff members. Had a really bad experience when I went in this office to collect an important parcel. The staff members were very rude especially the Head or the Branch Manager. Very lazy people, they were not ready to give the details instead of that they were interested in unnecessary argument. I don't know whether they are getting paid for their work or for argument and misguidance. Just for the sake of writing this review I am giving them 1 star otherwise they don't deserve minus rating as well.

Update: One of the speed post not reached my home, not blaming manpada office but courier person in my village marked it as delivered yet it wasn't reaches there. So after complaining on online forum, they delivered 20 days late the Rakhis..to my home. Pthateic service by Indian speed Post, but yes i hope it will be going to improve soon....

Worst service. unfortunately the area i reside in falls under this post office and they have a very good reputation TO NOT deliver important parcel/ bank/ govt documents etc. specially the ones that someone may be eagerly waiting for or dying to receive. No one keeps a check on such offices and staff also is least bothered and have a pagar chalu hai na, chalta hai attitude. I cant rate it negative else would have done that.

Pathetic service. I have been expecting an important parcel since past three weeks but haven't received it yet. When I visit their office, I have a bunch if very lazy staff hanging about relaxing and enjoying good salary from taxpayers money. Worst service. No calls no msg no update in system and aftr 5 to 6 days we get a message attempted delivery address incomplete parcel returned. Don't knw what kind of service is this. Even if we are ready to collect from branch they say they are having 500 parcel from that we can't search for your parcel. Great efforts hats off for this service keep going

Bunch of morons sucking Indian government's money. These people should be publically hanged and beaten because they are so disrespectful to women. They say they don't have staffing and the one that were present were eating in unofficial hours and least bothered about people. They didn't attempt to deliver the post which was marked so important.

1. If possible do not get speed post through this post office, either it will be very late or not delivered. So for speed post service 0 star. 2. Very bad experience. Unhelpful people. On Saturday, they do not work at all. The lady sitting on the front counter is very rude and abusive to the customers. They do not deliver the parcels/speed posts/any documents to the receivers address and also never provide the status of the documents.

I went here for linking my adhaar with mobile number..unlike my expectations the work was done in 5 mins..the person in post office who did adhaar and mobile linking was very kind and patient to answer my questions. Place is little congested but overall service was good.

Manpada post office located at sagaon Dombivali is on the main road, therefore it convinient to all those regularly coming over here for various types services, The staff here are very good and co operative of all level, Nice to visit

Got my license delivered the next day it was received by the post. Just make sure you pick up their calls as they call you a day prior to confirm your address.
