This place is super close to my house and today I Went for the first time with my daughter and I won't return. I'm regrowing my hair which is 2 inches at the longest point so trying to get it straightened I anticipated the challenge. But giggling when you burn my scalp repeatedly..? That's no joke. And I happen to know Spanish and to have them talk about it amongst themselves.. No! I appreciated the effort trying and all but I literally won't go back when it's grown out. Plus, there's no way it was worth $37. That's insane. I had less than presentable hair at the end of it. I came home and showered to get my kinks back. My daughter hair was not washed properly at all. So disappointed. $35 for wash and deep condition. And what's up with charging 4% on card transactions . Do you know you're breaking regulations? You're not suppose to charge the customer extra because the bank is charging you for the machine. This is illegal in New York. Don't believe me. Go online.

I used to come here years ago And loved my result every time usually done by the skinny lady (dont know her name). I stopped going when one time this lady i never met before i guess too a break because she was pregnant idk, but she decided to do my hair and for some reason left it very puffy. I guess she was trying to give me volume even though i did not ask for it. When it was time to pay she charged me $35 when i normally pay $31 every time i go there. When i told her i normally pay 31 she started speaking Spanish to the co workers And laughing. They dont know there prices well clearly. Bottom line is when i went home i had to straighten my hair by myself because it was left puffy and ended up burning my self all when she couldve done it flat in the first place.

Way too expensive. I got a wash and set, no deep conditioner, put rollers in, didn't get oil, grease, or sheen spray- $25. I have medium length, behaving hair, this price is outrageous. I do believe that some people had positive experiences and these women may be kind and talented but this was not my experience. The positive reviews here are likely people who were willing to pay an inflated price and knew what they were getting themselves into. I totally understand Brooklyn's rent is very high that's why it's so costly here. I should have researched a location not so affected by gentrification.

They are very rude and disrespectful. They tried to charge me for things that made no sense and they charged a different price for my hair from the first time I came when I got the same exact wash and set I did before. She tried to lie when it was time to pay and said I had more done to my hair than I did so she could charge more. I had to argue with her about that. When I left I still had to go home and do my own hair. It was no point they wasted my time and money. Worst place ever.

One of the Female hairstylist wanted to do my hair but I didn't like the way she was doing everyone else so I told her i wanted someone else. She was so mad at me , very disrespectful. I should've never stayed to do my hair there because the other hairstylist messed up my hair due to me not wanting her friend( the first hairstylist) to do it. The Boss wasn't there and that's why they got away with their actions. I WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE TO COME HERE. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

am so very happy that I found this Beauty Salon. My hairdresser was extremely talented, courteous and professional. I actually showed her a picture of a model that had the same haircut style that I wanted, And she just nailed it!!! My hair was too long (below the waist) and natural curly Now I have the volume and style I always wanted and Love it! I would definitely reconmend plus their prices are very reasonable compared to other salons.

I came in wanting to bleach my hair bright purple they told me they could do it but she didnt bleach my hair right so the color wouldnt take and instead of asking me what i wanted they picked a color for me i didnt find out until it was dry i hated the color want to cry was over charged worst experience.

Horrible they braided my daughters hair so tight she got a headache. They should ask how fine would you like it done for the comfort of the child, you are already paying a lot for the service. Do better.

They burnt my hair to the scalp. Left me bald and refuse to return my money. This is after they told me the overcharged price. Was supposed to be $100. They charged me $150. $150 for making me bald.

They accept cards and are very reliable! They are also very friendly, you will leave with your hair in good/healthy condition! They open Monday - Thursday at 10, and Friday-Sunday at 9!
