When my daughter hit a wild turkey that took out her windshield a few Saturday's ago, Dixon's was the only place with a car left that she could rent until Tuesday while her car was being fixed. We phoned Dixon's at 11:40 am and discovered they had a car but they closed at noon and we could not get there that quickly. The man working that day was very kind and said he would stay until we arrived because he knew she needed it to get to Ottawa for work on Monday. That is way above and beyond. They are so nice. I have rented from them for years for work travel and have always had amazing service.

Rented over Thanksgiving weekend. The vehicle was great, but they certainly took the opportunity to gouge on price. Nobody mentioned the km limit when I made my reservation, and by the time I found out on-location they had me over a barrel. I ended up paying over $200 for a three-day weekend rental. On top of that, I got hit with an egregious under-25 surcharge and there were no discounts available for being a member of either CAA or the military. Rent with them if you get a good price and know the full terms. They won't be my first choice in the future.

My engine spontaneously quit on me in my old vehicle, I was in need of a good vehicle fast as I work in the community and rely on my vehicle heavily. Neal from Dixon's was very accommodating and put in much appreciated effort in to getting what I wanted quickly. My aunt and my self have both purchased vehicles through Dixon's and are very happy with our experience and purchase. I highly recommend Dixon's and Neal for anyone looking to step into their next perfect fit.

We were traveling through Kingston right before Christmas a few weeks ago. Another car rental agency mishandled our reservation, and we had to find a last minute alternative. Dixon's team was super helpful, and they have great prices. When we returned the car a week later, they even drove us to the train station after we'd dropped off the car. Really friendly, helpful staff! I would go to Kingston just to rent from them.

Extremely professional and reliable. Would definitely recommend and use again. We had booked in advance and paid a $100 non-refundable deposit. Due to COVID-19 we no longer required the rental and without hesitation, they offered to refund the money even though they were under no obligation to do so. This is definitely an honest business. Tried in phone several time in the morning to check the availability nobody was answering the call or no call back. Then i drove to the office but there was no available cars for that day, got disappointed. I consider the place only because i saw positive reviews in google but...

Outstanding customer service and some of the best rates in the city. I especially like the front door service; being picked up and dropped back home. I've rented multiple times over the past three years and have never been disappointed.
