3/6/21 I went in about 40 minutes before they were closed and I was trying to rush to be courteous but from the second I walked in the staff was so welcoming and inviting!! The worker helping me made a wonderful recommendation and found a brand of food that was just right for my dog! Id give it a 5 stars for that alone and thats before mentioning the fantastic prices and large selections! Overall great store, great location, FANTASTIC staff! I am extremely satisfied! Edit: since then I've never gone anywhere else and they continue to amaze me every visit and phone call! I'm able to call in ahead of time for any questions on what they have in stock and any other product questions I might have. The point system is absolutely fantastic and come with actual benefits, unlike most point systems that will give you 10 cents for every other dollar and never put expiration dates on the point. I've gotten a significant discount every visit! They also have occasional prize drawings you can enter your name in. I've also been able to receive free samples of food and treats to try out with my puppy. Plus if you bring in your dog they will take a photo of them and put it on their wall of pictures with all the other furry friends that come to the store!

Yuki and Vinny are extremely knowledgeable about Dogs! The first time I went into Dog Supplies Centennial and discussed the problems with my 13 year old DeerHead Chihuahua, Yuki blew my mind with all the information and feedback that she had given to me. The second time that I went back is when I met Vinny and got to discuss my Dog's health problems with both Yuki and Vinny. The three of us discussed what was going on with my Dog (Yankee) such as his health issues, medications, and the prescription dog food he was prescribed by the multiple Veterinarian's. We are in the beginning stages of trying to prolong my Dog's life and I feel confident with Yuki's and Vinny's suggestions and help that we will succeed in our journey to getting Yankee feeling healthy and happy again.

Dog supply centennial on Skypoint is definitely one of my favorite dog stores! They always have great deals, everything is always in stock and they have a great selection of toys. But most importantly I believe the staff is the best. Every single one of them go out of their way to help you, guide you and give you the support you need to raise a healthy pup. Without them and my trainer I’m not sure I would’ve made it through my first year with my puppy. I have learned so much and have so much more to learn, but I’m ready. Ilana, Fredie and Chris are definitely some of Poppy’s favorite people. There are so many others that are Poppy’s favorite too, some have moved and others are still with the company. These individuals make this company a family. I am forever thankful.

I went to this store initially to find out information about Freeze Dried dog food. I had heard about the benefits of feeding it to critters for awhile and then I read some negative stuff so I wanted to get some straight answers from a real person. That is when I encountered Freddie! What a dynamic wealth of information this wonderful lady is. She actually listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions. Not only that but she took the time to educate me on things that I had not even thought of. Freddie IS NOT a diamond in the rough, she is the complete, cut and polished gemstone! I quite literally can't say enough about her and the rest of the staff at this Dog Supplies Outlet Store. Bandit, Bear and Bud are big fans as well!

Cute store! I just went in to browse and see what it’s all about. The lady working welcomes me and asked a couple times if I needed help finding anything but let me browse on my own. They have a large selection of dog toys and I was surprised to see how reasonable the prices were compared to the bigger pet stores. This is definitely going to be my toy store for the dogs. I didn’t check the prices of the food but there was a pretty good selection of brands. They also have supplements and bathing supplies. Along with all the other dog accessories. They also have a points system which seems to be lucrative. Your purchases are saved so you can return even if you lose your receipts. It’s worth stopping in!

I highly recommend Dog Supplies, Centennial Hills location! I love the convenient 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days per week store hours. But that is not what keeps me going back - THE STAFF! Every one is always smiling, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and provides first class customer service, going over and beyond to all their customers. I do not know the names of every staff member, but shout out to Fredi, whom I have known for few years, Christy, so helpful last year with my GSD pup and helping me to find the right supplments for her, and now my personal go-to-person, hris, who is always there when I stop in. The dog supply outlet store is the best store for dogs. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff can show you a large variety of different foods, toys, training devices, and grooming products for your dog. I feed a very specialized raw diet to both of my pitbull dogs. It’s a mixture of freeze dried kibble from Stella and chewy as well as dried pieces of cod skin for their omega’s, and I feed duck heart for their organ. It’s a great place to learn about dog, nutrition, and other ways that you can feed your dog they also carry a large selection of dog supplements, specialized for your canine companion!!!

THE best pet store in Las Vegas, bar none! Honestly, this store wins in every single category. Best prices, best selection, and friendliest employees. And it's not particularly close. I highly recommend giving it a look if you live in the area. Heck, even if you don't live in the area, I would commute here for the sheer amount of options they have, along with prices FAR better than other independent pet stores. They run frequent sales as well so you can get an even BETTER deal on certain things at certain times. All in all, an unbeatable experience. Definitely Jax's favorite store too!

Was headed for Petsmart to get new collars and leashes for my girls. But remembered this place had moved to a bigger location. Stopped in everyone was friendly upon entering to us leaving. Bought the girls collars, leashes, chews, pigs ears and even found duck hearts. We are going to start coming here instead of Petsmart from now on. Will even come here for my girls food. Love how big this place is. Another awesome touch is the bags have paws on them. I absolutely love anything with paws and this just sealed my only coming here for my pets wants and needs.

My dog (Baymax) and I love dog supply outlet. Fredi is AMAZING and always so kind and helpful. Baymax loves that she can't resist giving him tons of pets, praise, and treats. The whole team there treats my dog like a celebrity, and he loves it- he walks in like he owns the place now They have a great selection of toys and food. Love the reward point system too, great perk and saves some money! I love that the treats, toys and food are always good quality too, and there are often new or seasonal products to try! Fun place to shop with your pup!

This place is the best! I was greeted by Kristy who was kind, warm and inquisitive about the reason for my visit. She answered all my questions and then some. She took her time and was so sweet to my new puppy. The other gal who checked us out was also fabulous. Both gals were friendly and knowledgable. They have a great point system for your purchases too. This business makes it easy to support and shop small!

The ladies that work in the evening after 6pm, I was there today… OMG they are wonderful! Always eager to help! The rewards program is one of the best.. they give you cash back! Yup… I believe it’s (1) point per $1.. you receive back in credit! Just be carful great sales tactic… chicken feet were at dog level and my baby went crazy! Who knew he liked freeze dried chicken feet!

I cannot say enough about Fredi and the staff at this store. I recently moved across town and have two other locations a closer but whenever I can I choose this store because it’s the best! As a multiple dog owner and having my own rescue Fredi has helped me with so many issues and taught me so much about nutrition I didn’t know. The best!

We always have the best experience at Dog Supplies Outlet NW! In particular, Sterling loves everyone that works there, and not just because he gets treatos lol. They have a great selection of treats, toys, food, and other gear. Oh and the free dog wash was an awesome addition! We love Freddy and everyone at the NW/Centennial location!!

The employee who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the variety of treats and food they carried, even offering to special order a brand I was looking for. She also showed my dog a lot of love and care, and offered her some treats. Please consider shopping here instead of the big chains like Petco and Petsmart!

This place is the best. They have a great selection and are always helpful. One lady there knows what my dog likes and if it's been moved she says hey it's over there today! Everyone is so nice and helpful. And the rewards program is actually useful. In one or two trips I'll have 9$ or so off!

Have been a big fan on this store for years when we moved back I had to shop again Now the new store is even better my dogs Stella and kyber or the dogs known to have the super sparky fancy collars love the fact they can get toys after a bath and I love the clean dogs.

They are local owned and operated. The staff knows and loves dogs. They only carry items for dogs, well they might have a bakers rack with cat items. Take your fur baby in and they'll take a picture and put it up on the wall.
