I chose this salon, particularly Rosa after reading other people’s reviews. I was long overdue a haircut, and needed a new look. The booking was fast, she was available the same week. I went at the end of the day, so it was not busy, there was just another client with another stylist. Rosa took her time examining the picture I used as reference and gave me her professional opinion. She was a little nervous but I never hesitated because I really needed a new look. She explained to me that she was going to straighten my hair to make her final touch ups, even though I like to use my hair natural, but I trusted her process. At first, I wasn’t very pleased with the final results, but she told me to style at home or leave it natural to see if I needed any adjustments. Turns out that after my first wash at home I could never be more pleased, the soft layers that she gave me and where she put it looks a perfect frame for my face. I am very happy and getting compliments everywhere! Thank you Rosa! You are an outstanding hair stylist!

The staff are professional, talented, and most importantly - non-intimidating! I always look forward to my appointments at this salon and ALWAYS get a ton of compliments on my hair. I always feel confident leaving the salon. Katie is great at telling you what would suit you best when you ask and everyone's got great customer service skills. :) Every single time I've been here, I've felt better leaving than I did when I came in. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone else.
