The worst hotel experience I have ever had. From trying to use a different price upon check-in, being shown to a room that was not ready(no bedding yet) and trash from previous guests not emptied, doubtful if it was actually fully cleaned at all. No complimentary water/toiletries in the room as advertised, had to ask for toiletries, ordered water for the room and were expected to pay. Weak WiFi and the cherry on top-no hot water at all and the water pressure so low no water comes from the overhead shower, just a drizzle from the tap under it. And all in all customer service is lacking as we are just expected to stay, no viable alternatives have been offered, or any kind of discount. Do not recommend. Very frustrating and highly unpleasant experience. Actual rating: 0 stars.

We really appreciate all the staff of this place! You were very kind to us! It's such a nice place to have rest with good environment and excellent service! Before visiting this place we read feedbacks and were ready to different things.. But: Every day they clean rooms (2 times), swimming pool. So the place is very clean! The place isn't noisy at all! We had neighbors but did not hear them at all! WiFi is very good! Food is tasty! Sauna and steam worked till night! We really enjoyed! And special thanks to manager who helped our friend to organize a surprise for my husband and me! It was amazing! And a very strange feedback was about absence of an elevator.. There are only 3 floors.. And it was not a problem for us at all Thank you! We will come back for sure!

I had a generally good stay until the day I checked out. I mistakenly left 2 jackets in the room and headed back to my country. O realising this, I called the hotel requesting them to send the jackets and I would meet the cost of shipping. It has now been more than 7 weeks of lies and more lies. The Indian supervisor is particularly unhelpful because I have constant said I'll meet all shipping costs but every day I call I get a different excuse as to why they can't ship out my jackets. The last time I called the told me I have to go back to Uganda and collect the jackets myself. This is such an inconsiderate suggestion. Dolphin Suites get your act together and send me my jackets immediately!!!

The house keeping stuff are too unprofessional,they come in a group in the morning making noise and knock loud on your door shouting the word house keeping and even try to forcefully open your door. They don't serve breakfast in bed so you have to come out of your bed whether you like it or yes. Even when you tell them you will pay for the serve they dont which is very un usual and funny. Anyway to me minus that they would be better and can still do better.

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST MANAGEMENT IN THE HISTORY OF HOTELS IN UGANDA. On top of advertising for weeks a very lucrative offer they had ( 4 million for the entire hotel), they went ahead to dismiss us from their premises when we were the only ones there for a small gathering of about 15-20 people after reserving 3 rooms. Right from the head of security at the gate, they are very rude and refused to let us in to park our cars, to the manager who had us chased. I REPEAT, save your coins from this establishment

I found it difficult to write this review. I stayed here many times. At first I really liked it but it went downhill rapidly. Over the months service went down. Rooms were not clean as the sheets were stained and ripped. Staff is wayching sports games late at night on loud volume. The bars stays open till late even on weekdays. Night staff does not care about the noise, does not do anything or even apologise. Unfortunately this was my last stay here.

I really wonder why people give this hotel a good rating. rooms are outdated,small and the beds are not comfortable. Wifi is most of the time not working. during breakfast there is no service and the food of last night is still on the table. foodprices are much higher than outside and are listed without vat and service tax. The room rate for double occupation is over a 100 dollars a night. I would skip this hotel, hotel rates are expensive in kampala but at least you will get some value for money.

Located in the outskirts of Bugolobi in a quiet location. Great place to chill out and catch up with friends. Love their food. They have a fully stocked bar. The rooms need an upgrade and i think they have been working on improving them. Also the conference hall is abit small. Pretty sure nothing can be done about the size but its a cozy hotel with a gym, Sauna and a pool. Visas are accepted here and the staff are very helpful and they also have ample parking space. Check it out.

The speakers daily by the pool regardless of guests are loud and nonstop. All rooms are by the pool which is also not quiet. It’s impossible to relax peacefully here. I’m addition, the TP being delivered to rooms is transported in dirty water baskets - pretty disgusting. I’ve tried to give this place a chance many times but this is my last.

A resort type hotel where non- residents are allowed in as day visitors to use the pool and other facilities. Pool is a few meters from the rooms, so do not expect a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Music from non residents party from restaurant until after 11am also not conducive to an early night. Avoid if you want a tranquil hotel setting.

The service is not upto the expectations. The staff doesn't have the understanding of the service to be delivered. Where I had my guests for a week and I make payments and in between the hotel staff asked my guest to make payments without informing me. It's a disrespect to my guest. They have europian plan and with the dinner there is nothing to drink like water or juice.

Dolphin suites satisfied my criteria above and beyond but it's nothing fancy. It's in an expensive area so I imagine that's why it commands the premium price that it does. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I was in the area. The only issue I had was that the room overlooked the pool which was quite a loud area. All staff was helpful and friendly.

My stay at Dolphin Suites was more than satisfactory. Their reception and hospitality is exceptional. The rooms are very neat with comfortable beds. The food surpassed everything else. The chef is on another level. They also have a gym, sauna, swimming pool and a conference room. If you are visiting Kampala, I highly recommend this facility.

They have to improve the rooms the linen, towels, kitchen the food, and training the staff to clean well. The waiter need clean the tables in the restaurant everytime the guest goes. The service was good.

This is a nice place it is a tropical Paradise in the middle of the City the staff works very hard and they are polite the food is excellent I recommend the stuffed chicken breast

It is a shadow of itself. The waiter that served me was uncouth and shabby. Uncouth without necessarily being rude or anything like that. Place needs some TLC because its a nice location with acceptable infrastructure. My host a resident didnt have alot of kind words.

I loved the ambiance it's nice and quiet.....one is able to keep away from the noise in town it's a nice place for relaxing.Their meals are so yummy more so the chicken.but the problem I faced it's not so easily accessible while using public means of transport.

Come back here everytime I'm in Kampala. Good atmosphere, quiet place, friendly people, nice food. One thing though: those see-through curtains, when will you replace them by some decent fabric giving more privacy?

Beautiful scenary, services are on point, customer care is just right, pocket friendly. This place is a whole package deal you just have to visit and promise u will have no regrets at all.

Pool is not very clean. Lockers in the ladies' washroom have no locks. Walls in the showers are dirty. Oh dear, the cushions on lounge chairs at the swimming pool are extremely DIRTY!!!

Good place. However not recommended for those likes to watch international TV programs. You can get BBC and one sports channels and one Asian movie channels. Rest are local channels.
