The service here is the worst ever!!!!!!!! 1. The staff was very rude. 2. There was cockroaches. We order mozzarella sticks but the food hasn't come for 20 mins. When we asked double checking, the attitude of staff was very rude. She was sure to give us the food and looking us like we are demanding customer. And when she realized the food was not placing order to kitchen, she just made us wait for 15 mins more although we asked getting a refund. After the food was coming, we checked and it was not the food we want. So we asked her again But she didn't say sorry just saying "I will give you a refund" taking 10RM from her pocket and saying "ARE YOU SATISFIED NOW?" And the rest of staffs was smiling and laughing. It was really unpleasant experience ever. And there was big cockroaches!! We found and asked to kill it. At that time, they didn't apologize to us. I really disappointed today. And don't want to go there again. I hope my review is helping to improve service.

I was deeply disappointed in the quality of the product. I ordered pizza, and the cheese, which is one of the main components of the pizza, was very unappetizing. I'm quite sure it was not even real cheese. It tasted like some milk mixed with oil, more like cheese analogue than real cheese. I'm baffled how international renowned brand like Domino's can afford to tarnish their reputation by serving substandard ingredients in their main product. Preparation and delivery times were flawless, no complaint there. Sufficient to say, I will not be reordering from Domino's Malaydia branches in the forseeable future again.

I recently visited this Domino branch and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the store itself was very clean and well-maintained. However, the true highlight of my visit was the pizza - it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I would highly recommend this pizza store to anyone looking for a great slice in the Brickfield area. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Ordered probably 3-5 times this past year. 5 stars for timing of order prep and quality of preparation (didnt skimp on ingredients, wasn't messy, staff friendly and proactive) but 3 stars as on more than one occasion food was prepped without gloves and the staff was rotating between food prep and other jobs (new staff i guess). Didnt have any tummy ache on any of the occasions i've eaten from there. Place is well kept and cleaned often.

Very average Dominos. Ordered an ExtravaganZZa XL for Pickup, which was ready in time and they invited me to dine in, which was a nice move. Unfortunately the Dough tastes like cheap Margarine, I guess they take it to lube the Pizza Plates before baking. Had better experiences at other Branches tbh.

A good spot, easy to accessible and tasty pizza. The staff is helpful and the restaurant is not crowded. Parking is limited because cars must be parked beside the road. The interior is shivering due to the AC's low setting. Pizza is offered at reasonable prices.

Bad experience at the order desk. The staffs are rude in behavior and will make fun of u within themselves. Pathetic service, never saw such culture in world renowned gaint chain. Have to wait for lot of time even though the orders are less. Domino's management should actually look into this and educate and TRAIN their staff for better customer service.

I love the pizzas here!! It tastes so so so good and mouth-watering! The location of the place is not that easy to find and because of its small area it gets harder to find. But then again, the service and people does it justice :) The atmosphere could be liven up much more

Ordered Domino online and assigned to here. They were late more than 30 minutes and somebody called lying to me that delivery man had arrived and delivery man lied to me on arriving much later saying that he had called too even though there's no call history and concierge also never saw him neither. Please check whether your delivery works as supposed and don't make customer wait outside looking for him. Food was good though.

Very bad experience, I ordered pizza, and even after 1.5 hrs there was no response. Finally I tried chat option first a lady assured me that in 15-20 mins my ordered will be delivered. But after 30 mins I tried contacting again.. This time a guy named Muhammad told me that even he cannot contact the domino's brickfields outlet. Then I had to cancel the order after waiting for 2 hrs. I hope they will improve their service.

Ordered a pizza for take away yesterday. After waiting 10 minutes they called my name and handed over a bag with my order. When I opened the box in my hotel I found a cheesy four mix instead of my pizza and I don't like cheese much. There was only one other guest waiting but they still somehow mixed up the orders. Very disappointing since walking back one km to order and wait again was no option. You only had one job...

Overall a good experience to go there Service was good No sauce They don't have ice for drinks Food is also fine to eat

One star is generous. Worst service ever. Do not ever order a pizza here. We ordered 7 pizzas and actually got charged 7 pizzas, but you only delivered 6. When the delivery guy showed up, he only had 6 pizzas in the delivery note, showing that the system had only charged 6. The delivery guy barely spoke English and the customer care center did not answer our calls. Brilliant performance!

Really quiet on a saturday afternoon, which should have been a giveaway to its standard. Base was soggy in the middle, and the pizza topping were much more salty than the UK and hardly any chicken on my 'perfect chicken' pizza. At 80 ringgits for two medium pizzas on a walk in, it really wasnt worth it. I've never not finished a dominos pizza before, and this was a first.

Hugely disappointed.. Ordered 2 times from here and I doubt will be continuing to order from here.. The Pizzas were awful.. Like really awful.. Had take way both times, only positive thing was it was on time.. The dressings / toppings were really bad.. I mean it couldn't get more worse than that !! I hope they do look into this... Worst service ever I did not expect this type of service from domino's. I order through grab and the order was too late aprox 1 hr late. After that dilevery boy put the piza infront of my building like it's a garbage. I told that guy I am busy in office meeting it will be help full if they can put the order in front of my house. Worst expeirence ever.

Horrid service, I waited paitienty to order but they just turned their backs and ignored me as they just stood in idle chatter not at all bothered to take my order, the sheer stupidity of their arrogance astounds me. I'm never going back again until they change their staff. Please just find another restaurant, don't torture yourself

Warning - you will have a very bad experience. Ordered via grab - had a notification that it was delivered to our apartment complex, so we went down but there was no delivery driver awaiting us (and security saw no one either) so we waited another 45 minutes before giving up. Just don't bother with them. Very disappointing.

The service here is horrendous. I am utterly disappointed. Waited at the front counter for a good 10 mins before being served by an employer who looked like she just woke up. Definitely never coming back here. Better go to Bangsar, Telawi. Oh and not to mention, the quality of pizza here is below disappointing.

A horrible place to order . Places the order at 07 3@ pm . Calling them since two hours and order not received . Unable to cancel the order either . Asked for a call back and did not receive that also . Never recommend this place. Took the money and never had the courtesy to return or cancel the order .

Ordered a personal pizza for pick up at this dominos. But they mistakenly gave a wrong pizza. luckily they willing to deliver the right one when i called. but the right one taste so bad like using the wrong ingredient when i even ordered for an upgrade.

Pretty simple and basic but the service was a bit slow since it cater more towards delivery. For those looking for cheap drinks, there is a 99 Speedmart just opposite the road so don't simply spend unnecessarily on drinks when buying the pizza!

Disappointing cheeseburst pizza. Entirely different from one you get in India. No veg extravaganza but, an array of local weird options

poor serving time. Domino's online layout with the tracker function is unique. But waiting for 4 regular pizza for close to 2 hours and not getting informed from the outlet on the current delivery situation. This is absurd and poorly handled.

The staffs there are friendly... The place to eat there is quite limited laa... Tp okay laaa... Every Tuesday is promo for Dominos. So you can just order online then just come to pick your order in the store once your order is ready...

Limited Vegetarian pizza options are also available. Try the thin crust pizza and you will like it more. Place is small , clean and well maintained. Very close to KL central. They are open till 11pm in the night.

Ordered my Pizza at 6.53pm. Am still waiting for it at at 8pm!!! The tracker is useless if the people making the pizza are not interested in customer service! No call to inform!

I guessed this is the only Domino branch in Brickfields. Parking is impossible so, taking the public transport like LRT will solve the issue. Service is acceptable due to quite s number of customers before me.

All their meats have a synthetic taste. The dough is beginning to taste unnatural. I'm putting up with it. Had a rocky start with the Malaysian staff but I had to put them in line with a few complaints to HQ.

In kl sentral. Small but decent ambience. You can't order for delivery, but for-here and co-founder are available. Most pizzas on the menu are baked here.

The worst service I'd seen. Drink was hot and they didn't change It. Very rude and impolite the girl of the restaurant.

GrabのプロモーションでRM12.9でレギュラーサイズのピザ(seafood)を注文し、店内で食べました。店員は愛想は無いけど、注文内容確認など淡々として特に問題なし。お客はほとんどがテイクアウト。ピザは普通に美味しかった。
