Domino's Malaysia, you are a shame and disgrace to Domino's franchise. I'm shocked, disappointed, disgusted of Domino's Malaysia service and out of words. I am very frustrated and angry at them dur to their worst customer service care I've experienced in my life that includes living in: France, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, Cambodia. I ordered 2 pizzas more than 24 days ago, and after 1:20 mins of placing my order, it got canceled due to kitchen being busy. They canceled my order 10:20pm (after all shops were already closed) so i couldn't place order somewhere else. However, i received a message saying they'll contact me within 24h to assist me with the refund. 10 days later, no one contact me, so I did, and within the call and while i was explaining the case and asking for updates, the call was dropped. I called again, and got another customer service representative and started to explain again the case, and started the process to refund, but the call got dropped again, and no body bothered to call back. I called again after 3 days, they said they had technical server issues and that's why the phone call was keep dropping. They mentioned that they have opened a case and that the refund within 7 working days. 2 and a half weeks later, they still haven't. I called again, but the customer service line is always busy and no response. Always all customer service representatives are busy or unavailable. It's not about the amount of money supposed to be refunded. It's a bout customer respect. This is disrespectful, this is a very low standard from Domino's Malaysia, not only causing inconvenient and very upsetting situation when your order get canceled and you can't order from other places, but also to humiliate customers. That's the most brand reputation self-destruction and market share loss practice that any competitor can dream about.

Absolutely USELESS!! By far the worst pizza delivery I have ever encountered in my life. Dominos pizza Dang Wangi should be closed down due to its sheer incompetence. We ordered on grab food and after 2.5 hours no calls nor any update on the grab platform. So we went there (we had to drive) to collect it ourselves!! Guess what? They had only JUST sent it out for delivery. We called multiple times looking for any updates but they simply don’t pick up (I suspect they know their own failure at running the joint and can’t be damned to help). Alas there was no redemption in the quality of the food as well. The pizza was cold and the chicken wings tasted like some industrial cleaning chemical. I was scared to eat it and threw most of it out. By far the worst Rm 80 bucks I’ve spent in my life. I would rather eat Cendol from the longkang than dine at this establishment (or order delivery) again. Please for the love of god DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE. you have been warned. Ps. Their similar bad reviews relay the same sentiment as mine.

Ordered food close to closing time on the Grab app. After waiting more than 30min the app said that the food was delivered and they took the payment. I went down to the lobby to grab my food but nothing was delivered. Called the place to ask about my order, was told that it was close to closing time so they didn’t make my order. They said I could get it tomorrow instead. I refused and asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t refund me since I didn’t have a local bank account even thought the payment was done by credit card. All in all I never got my order and they still haven’t refunded me. Disgraceful business practices

Late delivery takes 2-3 hours without call customer to informed order will be late. Tried to contact branch to ask status order but to no vail. If happen one times only, i understand, but this is been happening for twice whenever i order delivery. Our office located just beside the branch and we order early to avoid the same thing happening but still late delivery takes too much times without getting appologies from manager branch. DO NOT TAKES ORDER IF YOUR BRANCH CAN'T AFFORD TO DO ORDER. DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOS AGAIN UNLESS THEY IMPROVE AND APPOLOGIES.

Avoid using their delivery service. They have failed at delivery twice in a row, and they do not call if something is wrong. You wait for 2.5 hours and then they just cancel your order. No apology or explanation. If you call customer service, nobody answers. I would love to share pictures of the food, but there isn't any food. ---- I raised this from 1 star to 2 stars because the customer service responded to my email, but it still took a few days to resolve the issue.

I would give 0 stars if I could! You should pull your service together as soon as possible if you don't want to close soon. Just because you are a company around the globe, does not mean you should allow yourself scamming your customers. How is that acceptable, that the waiting time for 2 pizzas are over an hour, then there is a "slight delay" and at the end, they never arrive, but the money is booked from the card?! Please.. Just don't order from them, you will get your hopes up but stay hungry at the end..

I would give it zero stars if possible. I ordered a pizza from Grab and waited 2.5 hours with no update on my order, and no way to contact them. The phone call keeps getting dropped and no chat available through the Grab app. I would say Grab is partially responsible for allowing such scammers on their app. It’s shame such a well known franchise allows their restaurants to scam people like that. Shame on you Domino’s!

Worst experience ever, don't recommend this particular dominos. Delayed delivery. Waited approximately 3 hours and manager doesn't answer my calls. I suggest people eat from other pizza franchises, the pizza they delivered to me was absolutely disgusting. Tasteless & pale cold. Would give this a 0 star rating if I had the option to. The management should be ashamed about their lack of customer service and being ignorant..

It is the fastest branch in delivering pizza, but it's the worst branch to have a pizza inside it, the employees don't give any attention to customers, very slow to serve the order and also usually miss something in orders.

We ordered online at 7pm. After waiting for 1 and a half hours, then reading other reviews we walked to the shop. We arrived to be told our order hadn’t even been printed yet and was in a queue of 200+ orders. We asked that our order was cancelled and for a refund. We were told they could only cancel the order at the end of the night. We didn’t trust this would happen so said we would wait for our order to be cooked. We got our order within 20 minutes.

Worst service ever, I waited for 1 hour for my order and when he reached he gave a missed call one time and then he left without me picking the food. I paid for my order online and never got the food or the money back and stayed hungry for the night. Worst experience ever

I was worried by reading the previous reviews, while waiting my pizza to be delivered from this outlet but then all was gooood, pizza was good, I ordered by promo free delivery from instagram ad, waiting about 30 minutes, and the runner called me, I asked to drop in lobby reception maybe I suggest if you want to go for delivery, order go through the domino online order, hope it helps

TOURIST SCAM. The grab app showed me to be at pickup point at 3:55, being there 1 minute before, after then 15 another minutes of waiting I called them and they told me that driver was waiting but I wasn’t there. Basically they stole my 80rm order and I can see that I am not the only case.

Very bad experience. Ordered from Grab, waited for 2 hours nothing delivered and showed delivered on the app. Tried to call, but the number doesn’t get through. Can’t contact the store. Reached out to grab and grab said they can’t refund because of some funny agreement with dominos. So do not order from here, they are basically stealing money by claiming the food is delivered

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered Grab and after 1 hour it says “we need more time to prepare”. However, my food hasn’t been delivered until it closed! Then it automatically shows it is delivered! What the hell! Their phone number showing on Grab is out of service…

Ordered a pizza at 20:40, no updates, no way to contact them and at 22:45 suddenly the order appears as delivered although no driver has ever showed up. Shame on you! This behaviour is against the law and you should be held accountable for your acts!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered three pizzas and some drinks at 12.30 on 18 April 2023 on the Grab app. The restaurant never delivered my food, yet they charged my credit card 1.5 hours after my order. It’s a fraud-business!

Pizza took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. No one picked up the customer service hotline.
