This review is solely based on the delivery experience: our driver was Mark and he if I could rate him a negative number I would! At time of order, delivery was estimated to be 25-35mn, the app updated (pizza tracker) after about 15mn stating ‘Mark had entered my neighborhood’ but the ETA kept updating, stating he would be here in 7mn, then 4mn then up to 10mn. He finally arrived 1h10mn after I placed the order, so 40mn after the expected delivery. His excuse? He had to stop and get gas on the way. We called the store and spoke to Riley (as well as the GM but not sure her name) who we commend for their handling of the situation (refunded the order and gave us store credit), but Mark needs to either tighten up or be told to go deliver for someone else.

I’m stuck Home with my child, their pages Says they deliver until 10pm. I tried to place order from 9pm- to 10pm. Took an hour to place an order they refused to make. Website was down. Called to order, robot took my order then kept hanging up on me. I placed my order 3 different times. Finally spoke to an employee, and their manager said they can’t deliver to my location after 6pm because of “security issues” I live on hogan rd literally 3 minutes away. I’ve never had this issue before. Whats the point of delivery service if they can’t even drive 3 minutes away ?

Have messed up my last 2 orders and phones been down for days literally nobody will answer the phone and this is day 2 currently my order has been sitting in quality check for almost 35 minutes which means I'm probably going to get more old stale food tonight. Service has gone downhill the last couple weeks and if it's messed up again tonight I'm done with them. It's ridiculous at this point I'm glad I won't be forced to eat it anymore because I won't be at this hotel anymore I order because it's close and cheap and I'm on a budget not because it's good

Received the delivered pizza without ANY cheese on it. I called the store and it was absolutely ridiculous. The girl could not get my address correct, after spelling multiple times. She could not get the re-order correct, after 4 attempts. Said “s**t while speaking with me. You could hear others in the background laughing. My fiancé called back on his phone , ask for a manager, and was left on hold until it was disconnected at 30min, 12 sec. We ordered from them frequently, not anymore.

The worst place ever 3 times I order they charge me and they tell me will be delivered in 50 min then when late I call they say we don’t have order and hung up and everytime I call back wait like 20 min in the phone and then they hung up and when I go there they say sorry and refund the money. Any recommendations what I need to do I’m pretty sure they steal customer money

Ordered pizza online for my team, Never received it, I called them 1.5 hour after placing the order to know what is happening? They put me on hold forever to tell me they are waiting on the driver..., Was finally able to reach the manager who told me they do not deliver in that area.... But its their website that generate the order to this location... Which is only 10 min from the home we were in. He didnt care at all and just hung up the phone. Total waste of time

I ordered a pizza with an estimated delivery of 44-54 minutes. I called at an hour and 10 minutes because it said it was still being prepared. They said it was about to go into the oven and couldn't give an estimate of when it would be delivered. I had to cancel the order and make something at home for my kids who had already stayed up past their bedtime waiting. They didn't even apologize when I called. I definitely won't be ordering delivery from here anymore.

I was super sick on Thanksgiving and ordered a pizza. Tipped really well. They ruined my pizza on purpose and then made it to where on their website it never updated that the pizza was delivered so I wouldn't be able to file a claim for it. I used to order from them WAY more than I should have, I haven't ordered from there since and I never will again

I was in the the mood for wings but not here (or any Dominoes, probably ever again. Only redeeming thing was the flavor was accurate and the delivery was quick. The wings were fat, as in not the size the content-- I was biting flavored fat. they were tiny-to the point where I thought I might be eating quail. Also, glad I ordered extra sauce they only drizzle it on. Overall, SO disappointed. Habenero and Buffalo pics.

Ordered by phone and that took 3 calls about 7mins each call. Ordered and was told my pizza would be delivered in 30-40 minutes and it was an hour. The driver took my cash and said "fresh out of the oven". I took the soggy box and said "yeah". Used to order but WILL NEVER AGAIN. We threw the entire pizza in the trash..$31.00.

Just order from dominos, first time in probably 20 years. Hated dominos growing up. But this oder was okay. Pizza and cinnamon twists were good, but my boneless chicken looked like the scraps at the bottom of the bag. I mean I've had chicken nuggets bigger than this. Also the food was all kinda room temp. Oh well, at least the order was better than the last 3 papa John's orders. I will try again soon!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!!!!!!!!! Young lady that answered the phone to take orders was rude & when I called back numerous times (b/c they were hanging up on me) I finally spoke with a "manager" whose attitude was just as bad as the girl on the phone. YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER & DO BETTER. All these pizza places in JAX, I will encourage everyone I know to NEVER spend a dime with Domino's.

Never had an issue, always received good food in good time. Staff there has always been genuinely nice and friendly even if they're busy and it's always been my go-to dominos even when I moved farther away from it.

Stupid policy can't take bills over $20. Need to wake up and think about people who don't use cards. Better policy can't give change over $20. I had $35 order canceled and went somewhere that takes money. I understand the principle but if small order then can't give change over $20 solves that, plus will increase sales if over the $20 change policy. Better to make sell than lose it.

First time using this location. I eat Domino's one or two times a week...the taking of my order was perfect...but I got a 2 topping pizza that had more meat that my meatzza. It took exactly 60 minutes for the delivery to reach me and I didn't get the garlic sauces I ordered. It is oundercooked and too much cheese. Very unhappy with this location already

This is the Domino's on beach Blvd. Between university and South side. These employees are fantastic .making sure you get what we want.taking.their time. The gentleman taking my order was wonderful. And food fantastic. I ordered wings pizza with just veggies and garlic knots. The restaurant very clean and efficient The best service ever. Thank you.

This store gets some bad reviews but we order from here all the time and they have been nothing but nice with great customer service. I normally order take out and my food is always ready when I get here. Don't get me wrong. Domino's is not primo pizza. It's average and cheap but it's what I expect and really a great value for the money.

I ordered Classic Buffalo Wings specifically something without cheese. When the order came it had cheese on top. Called to have the situation rectified and was told that I would have to pay again after spending close to $30 the first time around. By far this has been the worse experience I’ve ever had with any Domino’s Pizza location.

Not the best I've ever had, but pretty darn good... AND, the prices are good for what you get. The 2 for $6.99 deal is awesome!!! If they had better pizza, especially stuffed crust, I'd give them 5 stars, but Pizza Hut still has better pizza!!! The tots are definitely not worth it. By the time you eat them, they're a pile of mush.

I ordered pizza from 7020 beach Blvd jax to deliver my home but When I got the pizza it was tempered and slice of pizza was missing. When I talked to store manager, he was very rude , he completely denied and said they don’t care. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION I wish I should give negative review for this store.

Just ordered and received an extra large hand-tossed pepperoni sausage pizza. Incredibly simple to order online, the updates are pretty cool, and the delivery driver "Mona" , was awesome, sweet & beautiful. Best day I have had all week. Pizza is perfect. Everything was perfect. Very very happy..

Just ordered from this dominos for delivery. I’m super impressed. I’m really glad I paid whatever extra fee there was for well done and extra sauce. I got pan pizza with green peppers and tomatoes. Delivery driver and customer service were both good. I’ll be ordering again.

Spent 2 hours waiting only to get the wrong order. Worst domino's I've ever ordered from. When I called to complain I was on hold for over 45 minutes before I just gave up. This is a terrible location that can't even be bothered to read. Will avoid in the future

I picked my order up 15 minutes after I ordered. Got back home in 6 minutes and dug in. Everything was barely warm except the Twist and Cheese dip. And my order of buffalo wings were not sauced. I hate complaining but that was my latest experience.

Easy online ordering and easy pickup at store. Good staff working there also. I usually do carryout here because I live 3 minutes away and to have it delivered cost me $3 something fee and $5 for delivery tip.

Tired of getting the garlic bread, only to find them all floating in a quarter inch of oil. Who eats this dripping in oil? Im no chef but pretty sure this amount of oil isnt needed for baking bread...
