So I’d like to Thank the technician who pulled over in traffic to check on my safety. I had ran out of gas on the off ramp today. Sitting there on my phone trying to track down some fuel, he was concerned I had passed out, as my head was down. I want to Thank the gentleman for taking the time to call 911 amd have them check on me. Now I can say I was totally confused when sirens and ambiance’s pulled in front of me. But I really appreciate the concern and his quick response. I’m am Ok. Just a guys who ran out of gas‍♂️ Cheers Chris Webster

Beware This Company!!! I booked two months in advance for an installation service at my new house and no-one showed up on the day. I called multiple times and sent an email before anyone responded and I was told that they had no record of the booking and couldn't do the work until the following week. Then they insisted that it couldn't have been them that I booked with, but I confirmed in my phone records that it was. Very poor customer service and then they don't even care enough to correct their mistake!

This father and son team is unbelievable! They are reliable and extremely knowledgeable. There was such a mess of after market connectors in our 15 million dollar home in the Thousand Islands from the original plumber. They had to locate, change and replace all of them with the proper plumbing connections. Absolutely the best plumbers I have ever had!!

Dave is VERY unprofessional. Called to yell at me because I asked him to repair a leak. Said they don't like coming twice but maybe if they got it right the first time, they wouldn't have to come back. Apparently this guy has a reputation of being a hot head. A word of advice, don't hire a plumber to do work on your heating system.

I was very please with the quick response, Dave is very professional knowledgeable plumber. Also respectful (facemask and gloves) to our current Convid19 circumstances. His billing was reasonable, accurate for the circumstances.

After weeks of calling and emailing we finally get to the point of "Dave said he would have to come look at it " Well duh, thats what I was trying to all along . Waste of time, Dave never showed.

Had no heat or hot water as of last Saturday at 4 pm. Donaldson came out to Sydenham from Kingston and fixed us up. Much appreciated and very professionally done. Our thanks and recommendations!
