Nice, funny receptionist today. Dr. Sarsam tells it like it is, would be helpful if he could give some good news too. Only gives maybe 10 minutes with patients at most, not very thorough, has his own agenda. Needs to listen to whole

He is totally bad. Not recommended at all. My child was so sick. Everybody expected its Cornona, Sarsam refused to see him untill we pay cash. He says that our insurance pays him late (Government insurance). He is not a human being.

The front desk very rude and they don’t take call and let you talk to the doctor, the doctor always mad and I don’t know why he’s allowed them to do that he’s a doctor and he must talk to the patient when need him

Dr. Sarsam is very patient and listens to your concerns. He gives options then asks what you'd like to do. Sometimes his decisions are preventative and highly respect him for that.

Dr Sarsam is great! He is very patient and listens to everything you have to say. He is also great with kids! My one year old loves him!

Updates 2023: no one will pick up the phone even if you called for days and no one will call you back too.

I called and asked if they conduct medical exam and the receptionist told me they dont do that ...smh
