Currently standing inside the medical clinic . Terrible costumer service. No one is in front of me receptionist has not even looked at me for 10 min. Now been turned down service because i dont have a mask and they are unable to provide one. She could have said this before letting me stand here for 15 mins. This is pathetic
Supper bad experience. I am not feeling well. The receptionist rudely ask me who I am and why I am calling. “Do you know who you are calling to?” That’s the greeting I got from her. And after giving her my information, she told me doctor is done for the day and then hang up immediately. I would not go there ever!!!
