December is the start of my second month on the program. Overall I feel great. I decided I wanted to be part of Dr Shumard's program in August after watching his webinar. I learned more about type 2 diabetes after the first 30 minutes, than I had from my personal Doctors after 9 years. Like I told my Health Coach, that I had been creating habits over the past 60 years. I can tell you that I'm glad I'm over the "Hump" and I'm looking forward to my personal care Doctor telling me I no longer have diabetes. This program is very doable and his personal Team takes great care of me. They really care about his patients, and I feel Blessed that I found them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I have been on the program for over 6 months and my blood sugar is now completely normal. Additionally I am almost 70 years old and have never been able to lose weight since menopause. Doing this program I have lost over 40 lbs. It’s like a miracle!
