Dr. John's is amazing, IF you can get ahold of him. The reception is atrocious, they're kind but incompetent. They frequently don't answer the phones, I usually have to call 5 times to get ahold of anyone (12 unanswered calls for day-to-day meds in 1 day being just one of a number of worse cases) and they can take ages to send things, if they don't forget altogether. Wish I could give 5/5 but it's just unacceptable and makes me want another doc sometimes, one with online booking, but Dr. Johns is truly a very good doctor.

Dr. Johns was covering as an on-call doctor for Dr. Rittu Singh on a Friday afternoon, when I felt extremely unwell at work. The office saw me straight away with an efficient location description and impressively human connection along with professionalism. I was referred for x-rays, all of which occurred within Dundas. I left work at 3:15 pm and was on my couch, awaiting results by 4:30 pm. The collaborative efforts of the medical team are applaudable.

We see Dr. West and have seen the other docs in the practice if he happens to not be in. Everyone is truly wonderful and we are so appreciative of their care! Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. David John's and Dr. Mike West. Are both exceptionaly great doctors who care a lot about their patients.

I have had a very hard year but the understanding, compassion and helpfulness have just been outstanding.

Terrible coordination, poor diagnostics, Impossible to get ahold of.
