His office and his service has gone down hill over the years. Very disappointed. If you have a thyroid issue please see a specialist. Dr. Larose knows nothing about thyroid issues. I told him I thought I was having problems with my thyroid. He told me I need to just eat right and exercise. When I finally pushed the issue he checked and sure enough I hypothyroidism. He over treated me and caused other problems. Then recently Solis requested an order from him to do an ultrasound. He told them he wouldn't release the order until I came in to see him for a well woman exam. He takes my insurance, but he only uses Quest labs, which my insurance doesn't cover anymore. I called his office twice to see what I need to do. They tell me to bring in the information for the labs my insurance covers. I get there and he wouldn't see me. He wouldn't even send the order to Solis. Thank God I found another Doctor that took care of everything.

Hmm I don't have the same complaints about Dr. LaRose as the other reviewers. I admit to being a challenging patient as a nurse myself and I feel he is a fine "Family Practice" physician. He is in no way a specialist and would have to order Specialty tests if there are issues that are other than generalized medical issues. The days of the family doctor treating everything are passed. If he treated anyone who had a rare condition and there were issues, they would still complain. This is a good doctor who happens to stay in his lane. He is one of 2 doctors that treats me without biases. Try going to Methodist and being made to feel guilty of being sick while black? My husband and I both are very happy with him. As for his staff, I will not comment on because I don't need them for anything but check in to see him.

Worst experience I ever had!..After seeing the Dr. for medication, he hustled me to one of his physician in attendance. "She was an all out fool!" I didnt get her name but she was one of the most arrogant, self righteous, so - called physician, I ever met. She tried to bully me, into taking a test, that I know the insurance would not pay. I know this because, a month earlier, they tried the same tactic. After I refused the test, then came the insulting comments. Needless to say, I'll never go back to those qwacks.."if I could report them to the insurance board for their bedside manner, I would"...

Not a very good place to go …I never did see the dr. There was several young ladies checking me in took my weight and blood pressure took me to a room and told me to have a seat I waited for 30 minutes until I had enough the staff was very loud laughing and sitting around talking So I left the room and went to the counter and asked for my money back then everyone got quiet and serious and said that it will be a few more minutes ….I declined the offer and left…. very unprofessional that place was a joke

One word horrible!!! Will not be going back to that place again!! I should have listened to the last reviews because they was on the money about this place! Take your money and give you very poor service!! If you are looking for a good doctor do not go to this place!! All they want to do is milk you out of your money for blood work you might not even need. Just run away from this place!

James LaRose is my PCP. I've never actually seen him. I've had the pleasure of seeing the nurse practitioner here, Ms Young, she is absolutely wonderful and so is Angel! Heads up: the office is closed from 12-2 for lunch.
