I was brought to Dr. Plumbing by a Google search for "plumber near me” and was surprised to see that all Google reviews they received are 5-stars! I read those reviews and considered they were not fake reviews and decided to give it a try. After I used Dr. Plumbing I was convinced that they well deserve all those 5 stars.They were responsive to my calls and sent Seyed over to check my faucets. Seyed explained the work needed and gave me advice on which type of faucet suiting my sink best. After I purchased right faucets for kitchen and washroom, Seyed came over to install them. He did a great job and took care of all details and even went beyond and above to help fix the stopper. He didn't rush to finish instead double checked the new faucets to make sure everything works well. It's unbelievable to find such a professional and reliable plumber by just Googling online - love Google. I didn't know the market price of faucet installation but believe what I was charged for over two hours' of work was fair and worthwhile. I will definitely use them again and am confident to recommended their services.

Had an issue with the drain pipes leaking under my kitchen sink on a Sunday evening. Couldn’t use the sink or dishwasher without the drains working. Couldn’t take the next day off either to have someone come and fix it. Found out about Dr. Plumbing from Google and saw amazing reviews. Called them up at around 10pm and spoke to Mike. Wasn’t expecting anything at this hour but to my surprise everything mentioned in the reviews was actually true. Mike said he will be at my place in about 30 mins to survey the issue and was there as committed. He gave a reasonable pricing and had the part required for replacement and everything was fixed and working within an hour. I strongly recommend this guy and company. They work 24X7. I've had a tonne of different professionals come around to get this job done (install a faucet for a hose one the outside of my 100+ year old home...) and there was ALWAYS some problem holding it back. They didn't have the drill, they couldn't schedule the installation for a convenient time, the price was exorbitant etc.... Dr Plumbing came to the rescue. They gave me a very attractive quote sight unseen (which they held to precisely) they were fully equipped, and Seyed was excellent. Seyed in particular was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly, he knew exactly what he was doing, he was well equipped, and he was quick, efficient and friendly. (He even came on the weekend - another total bonus). Had a problem with a shower knob cartridge which had to be fixed urgently, as it prevented the water from being shut in the shower and caused us to shut the water in the entire apartment. Esi arrived the same day and was quick to identify the problem and replace the cartridge. He also removed the calcification which caused the knob to turn slowly and with some force required. Now the knob turns easily. Very happy with the service, it is fast and of good quality. The price is also fair for the quality provided. Definitely recommend to anyone who has plumbing problems or needs.

I seldom give reviews but when I do it means I'm quite satisfied . SEYED HASHEMI has been very helpful and go above and beyond . He not only offer a competitive pricing for my shower install he also helped me with workaround on getting a faucet replacement for free from delta and eventually helped me save money with parts and labor. Also very responsive . The workmanship seems like a good quality as I just had it installed not too long ago and no problems so far...

Fixed 2 clogged shower drains, and one low flowing/clogged shower head. During the repairs, Sayed (the serviceman), also helped kindly explain to me everything that he was doing, as well as offering me helpful tips in order to better maintain my bathroom to prevent future problems. Fantastic service. Highly recommended. 5/5 stars for sure. :) **Their website is kind of whack, but please don't let that deter you from contacting them.

Was in situation where I needed to change my shower cartridge on a Saturday evening. Unfortunately, it became stuck due to excess calcium build up. All the plumbers I called could only come in on Monday, except for Dr. Plumbing. Seyed came in at about 2 hours after I called. Thankfully, he did some creative thinking to get the cartridge out safely without any damages. I recommend Dr. Plumbing and Seyed for your plumbing needs

Sayed is an expert at his job. He was patient at explaining the issue, willing to answer questions (sometimes the same question multiple times), and provided his honest opinion on the best recommendation.
