Being new to town at one point, I had to go through several dentists within the Ottawa area. I was very disappointed to find out that many are usually trying to find excuses to overcharge you if you have a Federal Government employee dental insurance. They will try to convince to have all sorts of procedures that you don’t even need. This is not the case with Dr. Lee who will always try to save your teeth as if they were his and is always honest about what it’s best for you as a patient. He really knows his trade and all the work that I’ve had done by him has been beautifully and efficiently done. I trust him and fully recommend him. His staff is also very professional, reliable and kind.

Me and my husband were recommended to Dr. Sam Lee's clinic by a friend who has been a patient for 20 years and we are so glad to be in his team's care. The receptionist made us feel so comfortable and welcomed by the team from the first phone call even before we actually saw a doctor. Dr. Lee's team is very professional, the clinic is spotless clean+maintains top hygiene procedure. Most importantly, Dr Sam Lee provides great care and genuinely care and plan for the long term dental health for a patient.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Nguyen for exam and teeth cleaning. Staff at reception were so very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee even came to introduce himself as all our family have been going there for years. After x-rays Dr. Nguyen was very patient explaining in detail what they showed and what was required. It's hard to imagine leaving a dentist office feeling like you just left a spa. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and Dr. Nguyen.

Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful. He has been my dentist since the late 90s and I wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else. The care is top notch and he and his staff are so kind and personable. Most people dislike going to the dentist but my experience every time feels like I am going to visit extended family and I know I’m always in the best hands. I love this office, the staff is amazing, extremely understanding and such a delight. The receptionist is always a ray of sunshine. Dr. S. Lee is very patient, respectful and will educate you in the best terms. The hygienists are so positive and you completely forget you are at the dentist every time you visit! Dr Lee has been my dentist for 20 years. All the staff are always friendly, smiling and help with making you feel comfortable. The office itself is very clean and modern. Simply excellent service from reception to treatment. I especially appreciate Dr Lee's management of a patient's pain level - not all dentists do. But this is a place to feel very comfortable.
