Today, I went with my dad to get a doctor’s note for my sister, who is also a patient here and lives far away. I understand the legal boundaries that prevent this so I would have been fine if it was a simple rejection; however, not only did Steven turn us away, he also was extremely rude and condescending to my dad, who simply wanted to help his daughter. Even the clinic’s manager asked why the doctor was so rude to a patient. When my dad told him that the service is so bad that we won’t come back, the doctor said himself that HE HAS A LOT OF PATIENTS, HE DOESN’T NEED US. Imagine hearing that from someone who’s supposed to care for your health. Absolutely horrendous service, from a clinic that I’ve had the displeasure of waiting more than 2.5 hours for a blood test at once. No alternatives were given for the situation, except for her to either get a prescription at her school (which for time purposes was not feasible) or fly back to his clinic apparently. I also have breathing problems which don’t go away, but I’ve gone more than 5 times for the same problem and he’s done nothing more than prescribe allergy medication and inhalers. I’ve already told him the problem persists hoping to get a referral to a specialist, but he hasn’t done so at all. I’m under the impression that he just wants patients to come back for money, as all the reviews have mentioned. TL;DR: Horrible service, long wait times, doctor who said himself that he doesn’t care about his patients, and does not effectively treat patients. DO NOT COME, but if you do come ask for doctor David as he is much nicer than Steven. Omg! I already left a review for this place but here it needs a new one! Unfortunately, my mother wanted to have faith in this trash place. The doctor's wife is a TRASH HUMAN BEING- if she can even be called that. She's the definition of racist and rude and downright horrible in general and ugly. She is rude and skips people as she pleases. I KNOW the staff also hate her guts but their hands are tied. Today she treated my mother horribly and left her waiting for hours for a BLOOD TEST and kept skipping her while her asian patients got to go as they came in. She made her blood pressure rise and that's DANGEROUS for a person with my mom's condition. She knows that but loves being mean and hateful and DOESN'T CARE. She's clearly in the wrong profession- she belongs at the dmv where kindness is not as needed as in HEALTHCARE. Then they manage to mess up taking a simple blood test and left her while she was leaking blood all over the floor. No one there to assist until another patient said something. This place is shady and TRASH. I'm so glad they finally convinced her to leave this place along with my poor aunts and uncles that were putting up with such trash. Please believe the reviews! Don't try this NIGHTMARE office!!

My mother has been seeing Dr. Nguyen for years and though I questioned his practice and ethics, she remained faithful to him. It wasn’t until she tested positive for COVID and called him to prescribe Paxlovid for her, he denied the request and said she had to come in person. Mind you, you can call Dr on Demand and they can prescribe it for you based on your age and qualifying health risks. I do not recommend anyone to trust this doctor to have your best interest at heart. Please go find another practice for your loved ones.

Dr. Steven Nguyen is mediocre at best. The office people are the worse. If you made a request for record, they won't even response back to you, because they worried that you would take that record and go to a different doctor. The first thing they would want is for you to come in, so they could charge you money, even if you just want a copy of immunization record. Please consider going to a different doctor that actually care about patients well being rather than filling his pocket.

the doctor love money more than his patients. every time I ask him something he always said come back next time, he just wants to get more money. my daughter she got blood work we been waited more than 2 weeks but never get the result. the dr. he is rushing on patients. he never gives patient a chance to ask question. his staffs terrible when i call they put me on hold 45 mins and cut me offline.

The staff and doctor are awful, I have a very bad experience coming to this place. All they ask me is for my money and they don't stick to the schedule .they make me wait half of a day. Don't recommend coming to this place.

I've been to this place before. The doctor's attitude is very bad, even his wife's attitude. So I won't come back to this place again. Very unprofessional.
