Worst experience ever in a doctor's office! If you have another place to go please don't come here. The people I met there were very unprofessional, from the doctor to the least person there, except one nurse and one other lady who apologized for everything. The doctor was really mad at me, just because I requested a referral as my pcp. He did not want to give me immunization and the screenings I requested for and do not want to refer me to another clinic. His reason is that my insurance will not cover the immunization unless I pay. I called my insurance and they told me that it is the doctor's duty as my pcp to refer me to another doctor or immunization clinic so that it can be covered. He also said he does not know whom he will refer me to. This is ridiculous! He does not know of any immunization clinics in Houston? Even if he does not know, he would have said it with professionally not yelling at me. I left there really feeling bad because I wasted two days visiting this doctor's office and the deadline given by my school to do the immunizations and screenings was close. However, I went to an Immunization clinic without a referral and paid with my money. I changed my pcp and went to my new doctor and he refered me to a lab where I did the remaining blood screenings and the insurance covered it. I am glad I did not get any shot there, because I no longer trust them. I will never ever, visit there, I will not even refer my enemy there. Terrible!

Terrible Doctor. My parents does not speak very well so they wanted to try a doctor that spoke their native language. Me and my family suffer from Hep B yet both times they came in he’s like we’re fine but have some type of other disease. My father diagnosed with another symptom than my mother yet he prescribed the same medication why is that? My mom told me to come check up and he took my blood test and didn’t even call me back. Mom called and he told her to come down to talk about her results. Why the heck would she check it when she just checked her results the week before. Shouldn’t I be checked up nope not a call since then and that was in June and it’s Oct now. He even filed my fathers old insurance of last year when clearly I gave him his new one. So now I receive a bill saying his insurance was reinstated as of May. Next me aunt comes in and he told her she has a disease in her stomach. He prescribed her antibiotics. She Finds out 2 weeks later she was actually pregnant. If she was pregnant isn’t it the doctors job to know when he gave her an ultrasound? Called back and he said “oh yeah I knew she was pregnant, those meds are good for the baby.” He has the nerve to try and cover it up. The way I see it he shouldn’t be having a doctors license, not even a license to look at people. If my aunts baby come out with any defects and finds out his carelessness caused it, expect a lawsuit from us.

This doctor is bad. Wrong field for him to be in. Brought my daughter in he literally was in there for a 1min. and said go to the pharmacy 3 doors down. When checking her to see her throat he looked like he didn't even want to touch her cause he backed up like she had some kind of disease and he was going to die, and walked out without saying anything.Same doctor I had to go off on the last time for being unprofessional. I'll be calling to change her doctor to someone who appreciates the field their in. RUDE RUDE RUDE AND AGAIN VERY RUDE DOCTOR!!!! THEY SHOULD TAKE HIS LICENCE AWAY.BAD EXPERIENCE BOTH OF THE TIMES I'VE BEEN HERE.MAKES YOU WANT TO PUNCH HIM ONE GOOD TIME

He is rude to all of the patience while I was in another room. He yelled at me, not only me, but others also. He then advised me to go to a particular hospital. The hospital didn't recommend my application. Then, I confront him about the hospital being too harsh. He told me, "Oh just call again to get accepted." After getting rechecked again at the same hospital, I confronted him again. He said told me, "It is hard to get accepted." Then I asked him, "Why did you recommend me this particular hospital?" He wasn't understanding and replying to my question, but he furiously yelled at me.

Please do not come to this DR. Hoang. i have no ideal how could he get the license. When i came to his office, all the i smelt was the money. He yelled at me when i told him i was came to another Dr. office. Very rude, unprofessional, all about the money. Beware!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoang for over 10 years. He is stern. He is good with his diagnosis. He is a good doctor despite his quick temper at times. His staff has been helpful in taking care of my referrals and home healthcare paperwork.

I’m quite disappointed in the old and skinny doctor since he has a really terrible attitude. By the way, He’s constantly shouting at his patients. I rate him as a bad or "insane" Please, I urge you NOT to go to this place.

Do not go to this place. The doctor not professional at all.i dont know how he get the license.newer ever come back there again.

Then customers services is worst then anything you could ever experience. Rude to elders and everyone in general.

He does not listen to patient, yelling for no reason. I grade him as a bad doctor, and never visit him again.
